Currently on CD5, just finished with AF. I truly believe d potency of bitter leaf now. Took it judiciously during AF and l bled like a leaking tap.

pls how did you measure the qty to blend/use.
i intend to start it next cycle, if no belle..
am wondering if blending about 15 to 20 big leaves is ok to produce 2 cups to drink am and pm?

Amen. M2tone was 1550 per pack. i was taking 2tablets twice. morning and evening. pregnacare not sure what exactly the price is, the first time i bought i bought it 3000 for a satchet of 15 tablets. i think i was cheated. the next time i bought it was 3000 i paid for a full pack of 30 tabs

Blend or squeeze about 10 fresh big leaves or about 15-20 dry big leaves. Its higher for drying leaves cos they shrink so you need more.
Then dont make and keep till evening. Make n drink within like 15mins or better still immediately.

God will not allow you reach hsg stage before he sama you with your bfp, i wish you can use the pregnacare conception religiously and treat the infection... Babydust

as I see u online I been wan quote me bfre u just quote me. my ish is taking drugs o, even when am very sick, I go manage tke am, as soon as d body relive me, I don dump the drug... abeg any ideas on why I stopped seeing ewcm? bfre I dey even use am d play 4 bathroom cos e b like catarrh

lol, our minds are working together, it might be a drug's side effect, or u are not taking much water...u can be taking more of cucumber and water melon, Concerning the pregnacare, put it inside eba, u can use water to swallow it, God will make it work

Dh and i went for a dedication yesterday, the baby was so found of my hubby that they played almost all the time we spent there, the mum and dad coudn't stop gushing about their baby "she can laugh alot, smile alot, recognise us now" etc. While my dh was still playing with the babygirl, the father couldn't hold on any longer, he asked to carry his baby that it's been long he carried her(baby he still carried in church ooo). I felt so embarrassed, but i immediately replied him that the baby belongs to visitors for today, he should cool down, so he did. Meanwhile, dh was planning to envelop 5k for them, dunno what happened to dh, he just changed his mind to give them 2k instead of the initial 5k , giving reason that since it's not a big party, i quickly supported his idea. Dh is not d type who tells ppl negative things he observes even me, so that i won't start hating on the person, but i guess it was because of what the father did, i supported the idea mainly becos of what he did. They married a week after us, despite knowing our condition, we carry pikin, e wan collect am from our hand, e for no invite us sorry for my rant and long post, d tin just dey my mind... I know my God will do my own for me soon,i will do shakara ooo, but i no go do am for person wey dey ttc

I second what Loisemm typed. That leaf is truly potent esp when taken in heavy doses. I must confess I didn't measure mine. I accidentally found a less bitter specie and used to drink like Abt 2 big Eva bottle of it everyday; then I noticed I was staining everywhere plus " weeing" every hr. So give it a try

Well , I won't really be worried if l were u. I bled profusely for three days & spotted lightly on d last day. So I believe d qty is what matters d most not really d duration.( my mama too said d same)
Concerning d vj ting; Abeg go do swab culture test sharp sharp. If possible go with dh also. I used to have recurrent fishy smell down there in d past till dh tested & treated himself. Den d issh stopped
