Ok, I would really recommend re-image your computer. That will be your safe option here. Consider backing up your files and re-image; this can save you the troubles of trying to troubleshoot something very complex. Also depending on how old your computer is, you may also consider having a technician (or if you feel comfortable yourself) apply a thermal paste by the fan, to cool the overheating problem down.

My sister got locked out of her win8 laptop which is a local admin account instead of ms account which would have been easier. Pls can anyone suggest or even better give me a link he/she used to download a working bootable free iso that i can use to create a new admin account(because my sis has only 1 account and a guest account i created recently wid isunshare trial ) or iso that can reset the local account. I have tried quite a few iso like ophcrack and i dont have windows 8 installation disk. If there is any other means give me a tutorial, the laptop is hp 64bit win8 from the box. thanks

It looks like something went in your registry and disabled your WSH (windows script host). To renable:

Start
type in regedit on the search bar
click on regedit to open windows registry
Follow this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings
In the right panel, you will see Enabled. If you see the entry 0, it means that the Windows Script Host access is disabled on your Windows machine.

Double Click on it and give it Value Data 1 to enable it.

A value of 1 will enable Windows Script Host
A value of 0 will disable Windows Script Host.
Click on OK and exit the Registry. If you don’t see this entry, then you may need to create it, as it does not exist by default in Windows.

Re-image means reinstalling the operating system on your computer. Sorry for all my jargon. There is a cooling paste (like toothpaste) that is applied on the heating sink, which helps cool the processor.

Good evening all.
Please i am having issues safe ejecting my External Hard drive. Whenever i try to eject after use, it keep saying a generic bla bla bla program is still using the disk whereas i have closed everything.
I have been going through disk Mgt to make it offline and back again to set online.

Ok well lets give a fresh install a try. Is it possible you can just wipe the drive and reinstall windows 7 again. Sometimes when you do an upgrade and downgrade, some remnants of previous version can cause problems. Doing a clean install is always best.

Urgent please, i have laid this complaint before but no response. I replaced my damaged HDD and installed a new windows 8.1 OS on my Hp laptop and try to drive the system, but on completion i observed the system doesn't boot when i power it up not until i remove the battery and put it back again. Then when i press the power button it won't start up until i press either 'Esc key' or 'F10 key', and go through the booting setup again and again anytime i want to use the system. This problem always come up whenever i want to power up my laptop and i have replaced the CMOS battery, so i was told to goto My Computer, click and goto device manager and confirmed if all the components are properly driven but it was observed that the 'Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface' was having the yellow umbrella sign on it, meaning it was not properly drive or having some issues. When I click on it to update it on the internet, it will tell me 'the best driver software for your device is already installed'. but the problem still comes up when i shutdown the system and ON it again, i decided to check the status of the Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface by right clicking on General and a dialog box with this message was displayed,"This device cannot start. (Code 10)" and "STATUS_DEVICE _POWER_FAILURE".

Two things you can try doing here:

You can try installing an older driver version of this device AND if that doesn't work, you can update your BIOS to fix issue.

The device driver you should be looking for is the chipset driver which is provided by all manufacturers on their website. Some manufacturer also provide BIOS updates via their website as well.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do by yourself to break into the admin account as you need technical tools to do so.
Because this is a security feature , it is also wrong to give a tutorial here on how to break into an admin account because it will get to wrong hands.
I can only help if you are in Lagos and can show proof you/your sister is the owner of the laptop. if you agree, reach me on 08164685979.
On the other hand, if your sister has a back-up of her files in another storage or the files are not important to her, she can wipe off everything on the hard drive and do a clean reinstall.

Look for an engineer nearby to help out. It is risky to give guidelines on how to solve this problem without confirming the ownership of the system.

You may also consider the second option I gave in my earlier post.

what is brand and model of the system?

Try testing another charger with your laptop. If no changes, try a new battery as well.
