Wow, from my own Nnewi... Mbanu, she needs to be thoroughly flogged in public. The guy should be thankful because she's the type that would cheat on her husband and even have mouth on top of it. I wonder what her family is saying about this, no sensible parent/umunna would support this nonsense unless they're part of the whole arrangement.

It seems alot of our youths in this country need to be educated adequately about this abroad mentality. Some of them are under the illusion that living abroad is the answer to all their problems, some believe the good life can only be found there. Well let me start be informing them that life is not and never a bed of roses.

Alot of people living abroad work like slaves, they earn wages like labourers hourly. Some the kind of jobs they do abroad they will never dare to do it in nigeria all because of pounds sterling and dollars. Some work in cold rooms from morning to night and later on they come down with various cold related ailments. Some work as glorified houseboys and girls they call themselves care giver, personal care manager etc. Some work as agbero/bouncers they call themselves security officers. Some work two different jobs no sleep for the son of man all to pay bills, some are paying debts for the rest of their lives, but they lie to the people at home. They will pose inside snow, pose near brand new cars which some of them dont own, speak fake phonetics wear cold jacket to show they have arrived in the land of cold. Just to create an imagination in the mind of those at home.

Truth is when we make our country better nobody needs to subject him or herself to the harsh conditions of living of immigrants in London, Spain,US, Germany etc they are second class citizens, no matter what you know or do there is a cap to your rise in the organization. Not to talk of the extreme cold weather and they know it that our skins texture was never designed to withstand that type of weather , no wonder most of them who leave here normally come down with arthritis, pneumonia, chest problems, ear, nose and throat infections. Another terrible set are the ones who say they are nurses those ones have no life, they work day in day out for the hard currency not knowing who will enjoy the money, the clean oyinbo man's shit, they carry a dying oyinbo like a baby infact it is a terrible situation.

Our leaders should fix this place or let those who can make it the best place on earth do it and see how these so called oyinbos will be begging to come and live here. Any girl that marries a man merely because he is based abroad is a fool, by the way most of them end up divorcing when they find out the reality when they get there.

Information gleaned from the Facebook page of the girl seems to suggest that the girl was the one who called off the wedding apparently because of a guy based abroad.

if I were the young man I will go and do thanksgiving, definitely God has helped him to avert a future impending doom from the lady. As for the lady I reallly pity for her.... I leave the rest.
