When I went to register for ANC,the nurse asked if any of us has bin circumcised?Reason being that women who have undergone circumcision usually find it hard when it comes to delivery,that part that is bin removed plays a vital role when it comes to delivery!

And DAT been promiscuous gist na lie oo...do u knw DAT it has lots of disadvantages, ur baby can get infection in d site if not taken care of properly, sometimes while cutting sumfins go wrong, like d gal wouldn't be having urges again, she would find it hard to be sensitive down dre when making love to her husband.... Den also circumcision dosnt stop a gal from being promiscuous...sum gals are circumcised and are still sleeping around....I av been asking all my friends DAT gave birth to baby gals and dey said dey don't do it again and dey didn't do for dre babies....

Circumcision for a female is a sin even a reputable Doc will not advice u to do it, it was ignorance that made our fore fathers do it back then Circumcision for female have future disadvantages like my mil will always say none of her son will marry a girl that's circumcised have forgotten what she told me abt it will ask her again moreover if u are a Christian Circumcision for female is a single.. ur dh is funny sef does it stop male frm sleeping with various women?

Please my sister dont subject ur girls to that... I've seen a lot of marriages fail because this thing called circumcision. ....your female child will not be sensitive down there and won't know the real pleasure in love making... try and convince him otherwise and train ur girl child very well....circumcision in this age?? Please ma tell your husband to read about female genital mutilation. It's bad for the girl child. If you circumcise your girls and they get older, they will not enjoy their sex life when they eventually get to have one.

Circumcision does not determine if a girl child will be promiscuous or not. Promiscuity totally depends on the upbringing you give you4 girls and who they hang out with.

Please talk to your husband to reconsider.

Ok this is one of the questions I so cannot stand yet cannot ignore. If you let your husband circumcise your children then you have failed woefully as a mother to them, start now to tell him it's not happening. This is not even a would I could I should I issue. There is nothing neat about it, no real doctor would do it. Biko google female genital mutilation and print out as many articles as you can for your husband to read. This is like saying you want to sacrifice one of your twins to the gods because twins are a taboo, that's how archaic this circumcision talk sounds in my ear. It's an ancient tradition that we should count ourselves lucky to have escaped.

He is educated and know alot about female mutilation. I dont just know his issue with circumcision. Like he would father them and still marry them.

I'm so hurt,angry and confused, I no sabi advice people for marriage matter o,
because the step I'll take might put a serious strain on the marriage. but if Na me ehn! Once I born, I'll ask the hospital not to discharge me and my baby .

My dear, my sil was circumcised but her son is 2yrs now and she's not married. She has slept with all manner of men, has seen different sizes of Dicks. Started having sex at age 11, goes out with both married and unmarried men.
