Do you have any help at home? Lifting a baby can look so easy and cute till the body pain starts. Try to sleep when baby sleeps, don't always clutch him to you, let his father or any trusted family member take him for a while or feed him while you rest.
Are you eating right? Breastfeeding can take a toll on you. Now is not the time to fast or go on a diet especially if you have a serious sicker.
Severe headache is from lack of sleep.
Dizziness is from lack of food.
Body pain if from carrying your baby and not resting.

Try visit the hospital. Let them test for protein and blood pressure to rule out postpartum pre-eclampsia

it is most likely you need rest. as for d dizziness, u may need to check ur PCV to be sure u're nt short of blood. sorry sis, try as much as possible to rest. leave whatever u think u av to do &rest while baby is asleep or calm
