I dont know much about formula feeding but i think you are doing good but if you continue giving formula every 3 hours breastmilk will reduce. Its the sucking action and frequency that stimulates breast milk production. Breastfeeding is hard at the begining i wont lie but once the milk is flowing it becomes super easy. I can understand how you feel ftm ko easy. Try and put her to breast more often or pump to increase the flow of the breastmilk.

She was deceiving me , was just sleeping ooo....d nxt day I hear am...see cry...if she put mouth nothing dey come out ...she go vex dey shout...hey... All d nurses kept pressing that part of my breast that av bone...lol...dunno what its called..sha to knw if milk will show...after pressing... Small colostrum will come out..I will put her mouth again...she will kip sucking and stopping...at a point after taking pap my breast became engorged... And it wasn't even flowing... Vry stony...d nxt day I kept putting her to fed ... Luckily for me ..day 3 abi 4 it started flowing well...
Wen ur baby is very hungry(b4 giving her nan) put her dre let her suck...with d hunger she go suck am with force...just keep doing it ...one of these days it will flow well.

yours may be the absorbable sutures that are meant to be broken down by the body over time and eventually dissolve completely bt u may return to d hospital if u're so worried abt it

Congrats to all the new mamas in the house..
I actually just registered today but i have been viewing this thread as a visitor for a while.
So I am FTM and the journey has not been easy.
I had a terrible MS.. which just reduced. I have been spitting endlessly(it irritates my DH like mad) bt i cant help it..i dont know what to use to help reduce it.
I spent 3 days in the hospital because i couldnt eat or drink anythn. I lost almost 10kg in 3wks.
I am currently 12wks and i feel much better(im still acting like an old woman tho

Expreriencd/Sabi mamas in the house, i sometimes feel a painful pressure under my abdomen and sumtimes in my V.. I want to know if it is normal to feel that at this point..I am really concerned

You should see my kitchen, it scares me. My mil packed every single foodstuff you can think of, then my mum insisted on waybilling her own bag. I should consider selling foodstuff on Jumia When do they expect us to now lose the pregnancy weight kwanu.

In other news, one week postpartum and my tummy is almost snapped back. Haven't tied it or done anything to it.

It's been 7 days, I've tried all these tips o, I'm tired of using her as a pumping machine, I'd try express more sha. I'd do the hot water compress and express tonight. Really tiring

Funny I've not really filled a pad since delivery. Finally decided to eat my mil's bitter uda soup that she says would clear my stomach, ate it today and had the heaviest flow ever with massive clots, was kinda scary.

U are just making mouth. Very soon u will be pregnant again. Me that was in labor for over 24hrs as soon I saw my husband after 3weeks of birth the kind congy that held me was so bad that my episiotomy site started aching me terribly without him even touching me. The next day I kpekus seriously I didnt even pity myself.

As they get older they'll poo less. From about 2 to 3 diapers a day to anything from 1 a day to one explosion every 3 days like my oga. Breastmilk digests almost perfectly so as their digestive system matures they'll utilise it better with little or no waste. It's only formula poop my baby poos now.

Feed when she's hungry, you'll figure out her pattern soon enough
