That's all you can do, remain hopeful...

That HO caseworker was just a clown. Going to Nigeria, does not mean you went to visit your husband?
It's up to them to prove the contrary, and since they could not convince the Judge...........
Husband should start packing and saying his Goodbye's.....

Thanks for the words of encouragement a big Amen to that. Do you have any idea roughly how long it takes to hear back from them?

Anyone you decide to go with. The most important thing is the information on it.

You are already assuming it's a rejection? Did you prepare your documentations well? All in date and supporting documents properly packaged?

Good evening house. I've been following this thread for a while now. Please I have a question;

I did my biometrics on the 24th of February. And my documents got to Sheffield on the 16th of March. This is the 12th week if I'm Counting from the date of biometrics. And I still haven't heard back from them. should i be panicking?

Thank you.

Looooool I can imagine. I've literally put a sign up on my door if I'm not in for the neighbour to collect - I don't want to miss it at all. UKVI know how to get someone stressed. Awwww my dear I know the feeling of not spending your birthday together - but this will surely be the last one spent without him.

You don't need to panic. If there's any concern they should have contacted you via email or phone call. For normal application you should exercise patience, it can sometimes take time. I'm sure you should hear from them before the end of this month.

You need to fill in appendix 2, it is your wife that will submit everything. the only thing they will take from you at the VAC is your passport and application form. Everything else from appendix 2 all the way to relationship documents to maintenance documents to accommodation documents will need to be sent to Sheffield. its easier if your wife sends it to Sheffield as she can track it and organise it correctly. your wife earns enough it doesn't matter if you are not earning as long as she is.

Hope that helps

Pls do I need to submit the sponsorship form suv or so this different from the application f8rm and appendix 2 or is it just the 2 form s?
Pls kindly help fir clarification thanks

You don't need a sponsorship form. The financial and appendix 2 are the forms you only need.

Hello house
I am an eu national , and would be moving to the uk shortly but before I do so, I am planning to get married to my fiance who is non eu (we are both nigerians and live in the same country), and invite him over there. Now my problem is that our wedding is going to be very informal, no family no relatives just the both of us and two witnesses. I am aware they expect one to send them wedding pictures among others to proove genuine relationship, will our case be problematic based on the fact that it will only be the few of us on our wedding pictures? I have many other pictures of us with friends and family and other evidence to proove our relationship is genuine, just wanted to know if they will pick on this little issue.
Thanks in advance

Clearly explain in the special notes section. And put current number on property (not unless you are friendly with the occupants in Number 1)..........
