Oldenburger and Loya have full cream milk.
I use loya milk (personal use cos my LO isn't 1 yet)

For yoghurt, I heard the unsweetened type is good for kids and then u can add fruits to sweeten.
Someone also recommended unsweetened Greek yoghurt.
Thank you, I use oldenburger.. didn't know 1yr old can take it....

Biko kwanu o, my baby is nine mobths old. "Ona esi onwu" very well, dont know how to explain dat in English but let me try, if she needs something and you dont give her, she will start acting and throwing her head back and front or cry till you give her.
Ok, I do place her in her cot bucz I beleive she cant fall from there. Dat is where I keep her, but surprisingly, yeday, I left her on her cot, only to come back from the kitchen to see her on the floor crawling to d door, I was surprised. Asked my father in-law who is with us, he said he didnt bring her down. Today again, placed her on the cot to get something in d kitchen, she was crying endlessly, only to hear a sound, went to d room, she was on the floor. Cant beleive a nine month old can delibrately through herself down frm her cot. I said delibrately becuz she comes to the edge of our bed and stops, then shouts so we can hear.
Bikonu o, dont mind my long story, preparing to go to hospital now to check her o, for falling twice abi three times from her cot, normal cot for babies.
Mamas biko, I am also worried she is hyperactive, or is it normal for her age??

Lower the cot (most cots have 2 heights). That height is for newborns and small babies. Dancing Queens like yours need more height so that they don't boogie too much and fall off smiley

And she isn't hyperactive, she's a Dancing Queen! (yes, this is a song, look up the lyrics).

How flush is your pocket? Similac makes a good mill. Also, for yogurt, have you heard of Habib yogurt? They have shops all around, walk in and find out if it's suitable. I know it's fresh and unsweetened.

lmao I don't think she's abnormal jor. Sometimes when my 4 month old is playing in her cot I get scared that she would fall off. I remember when she couldn't even see the toys dangling above her cot, now she can stretch her hand and pull them all off and even try to break the plastic thingy holding them. As soon as she learns to sit up on her own I'm moving her to the bottom floor. As for the isi onwu, you put someone in jail and you are surprised that she pulled off a prison break? grin

Lolzzz, someone cannot do prison break in peace.
Since she can crawl, when you're busy bring her down from the cot, give her her toys, remove things that'll injure her and allow her to show off her crawling skills.

The isi ọnwụ part got me loling cheesy She just throwing baby tantrums, if you try to curb it now she won't understand, she'll even cry the more. She's just 9months

The unsweetened one, yes. you can mash banana into it. Other fruit options are apple and pawpaw

biko my question is on milk for babies...

If babies can start taking cow milk from 1 year, then why do different formula brands have stage 3 which is supposed to be from 12 months and above?

Personally I think it's marketing! the milk is fortified, with minerals and vitamins that is the only difference.
if your baby is eating a healthy and varied diet, they should be getting most of the nutirents and vitamins from other sources of foods hence cow's milk is fine for babies above 1 year.

if your baby is not eating well, then you may want to continue on the toddler milk, or i would say if you substitite with cow's milk and give toddler grade multivitamins. that being said at One year of age milk should not be your baby's main source of nutrition.
