Biko,
Are these kids normal at all?

These are probably hungry unemployed school dropout.

Now the people building some of the so called projects they are bragging about in Enugu and Awka are from all over Igboland and doing their bit for their people.

Now compare that with these never do wells that are concerned with creating feud with other peoples' hardwork instead of contributing something positive to development of Igboland. Can you see how useless some of these kids can be?

Only one kid is comparing and posting pictures from other places. This thread is about Enugu. You may need to review your comment and apportion it in an appropriate manner. Thank you.

I think it is the other way round. Owerri and Aba are the dirtiest towns in the SE and equally with the worst road roads.

Onitsha is among the neatest in the SE presently and equally most planned city in the SE. Owerri and Aba are at the same level. Onitsha like every other major city has different hoods, high density and low density, depending on where you can afford. You cannot compare Awada to 3-3 or Fegge to Omagba. The same is in Enugu, you cannot compare New Haven to Ogui/Asata. etc. Even Asata/Ogui hoods are even worse off than Obosi/Awada. Because Awada has far better buildings and equally planned while Ogui/Asata is what one will easily regard as slum.

I was in Owerri myself recently and i was shocked at the level of propaganda being dished out online whereas the reality on ground shows total disaster and mess.

The report is about industrial air pollution of which all the SE states were affected. I still have the report chart. It has nothing to do with dirt.

For instance, i took this pic at Owerri. Does this environment reflect what you mean by beauty? Meanwhile this is a road at center of the town that was just completed. You guys should stop spewing rubbish and go on ground to be well informed.

Onye sentiment. The UN told you Onitsha is the diriest city in the world. But because of your emotions you're hear bloviating. You can lie to the internet all you want. You can count the amount of trees in Onitsha on one hand.

Ontisha is among the most well planned cities in Nigeria, Aba is even more well planned. But the plan excluded trees and finities of life and the people there are acting accordingly. Keep lying to the internet because of your emotions. The entire world knows the behavior of people in Enugu and Owerri isn't the same as the ones in Onitsha. Anambra people are so sentimental it's ridiculous.

Look at the most polluted/dirtiest cities in the world, Aba, Umuahia, Owerri, Enugu, Orlu, Onitsha etc. made the list tongue

We are here to state the fact and not foaming in the mouth. All the SE states are into it. Onitsha represents what Lagos and PH represents for the SW and SS, you do not expect women in Onitsha to behave like commercial se.x hawkers in Owerri or like poorly paid civil servants in Enugu. Onitsha is among the neatest cities in the SE presently, you can take it to the bank. What you think does not matter because it does not represent reality. Please help me count the trees in the picture of Onitsha, since they are handful.

Yes, core Omambala people respect and adore all Igbos. We are one and indivisible Ndigbo. The so called Enugu, Anambra, Imo, Abia and Ebonyi were simply created out of administrative convenience. It has absolutely nothing to do with intra ethnic differences.

A native of Uli in Anambra has much more in common with an Orlu in Imo state. Just as an Amansea or Udi native in Enugu state has much more in common with an Awka or Dunukofia person from Anambra than with somone from Uga or Ogbunka in the same Anambra. We are simply one Ndigbo. Even as Enugu city remains our eternal capital. ( Obodo Nzuko Ndigbo). People that matters in Igboland recognizes this fact.

Look at the coverage of the study, two cities from each of the SE states. Onitsha, Enugu, Owerri, Aba, Umuahia leads in the pollution. tongue

However I must be fair these state, the research is not about dirty but about pollution and environmental/industrial activities.

The study was done in only the SE states. From the report, places like Lagos would have been way ahead of the SE if the sampling was extended to Lagos. What they used in their sampling was not dirt but PM- Particulate Matter.

Facts are sacred and not sentiment.

Will you stop this nonsense, it was your useless comment that messed up this thread up in the first place why would your try to run down the 2 most economically vibrant cities in the Southeast and you even had the guts to insult the natives of both states, no one is supporting chino on this but with your stupid comments it wouldn't take long before he gets a partner, you started this mess chino has always visited this thread with no issues until your stupid and foolish utterances/comment.

Great !

I wonder why it's taking them so long to develop that estate?
I think their key setback is their model of asking folks to pay gradually instead of just paying one time for a cadre of building and showed the spot where their house is being built and issued C of O for their plot of land for the building
With 419 at the back of many Nigerians, it will be hard to convince people to use their current model

To the almond estates properties promoters, time is money and they can't afford to be a minute late, no speed limitations to other myriads of opportunities traversing within that enclosure. Am quite sure more options will be infused in no distant time, installment payments, intermittent offsets, outright payment, etc

As much as the customer is king, using the model of waiting on lackadaisical buyers to develop at their own instance, Might not really spur the needed adrenaline push to achieve the set target.

Seems they equally got several models of structures,
Below are recent update.
