Chino is not Igala and even if he is, he's not lower or higher than his fellow Igbo Anambrarians, we don't discriminate here so don't bring or promote any division amongst the people of Anambra. FYI, he's an Aguata man from Uga and living in Awka.
As for you chino, you've been told times without number to stop disturbing the Imo and Enugu threads, we can forgive you on our Anambra thread but let others be

Chino is Igala boy from Anambra because he doesn't behave like us, the Igbos.

People, kindly ignore this Yyeske.

There isn't much difference between him and Chino.

If you doubt me, check his comments.

Seems you don't want to enjoy this your beautiful thread, if my comments on IPOB pains you, find the nearest wall and do the needful. I even thought you were about to call me aboki or afonja like others.
Even if he's Igala, so damn what? You don't even have any proof to your assertion but spewing your hate just to cause a division amongst the Igalas and Igbos from Anambra.
Your idea is DOA, face him or me and stop trying to cause any division in the state or we disrupt this wonderful thread.

To the almond estates properties promoters, time is money and they can't afford to be a minute late, no speed limitations to other myriads of opportunities traversing within that enclosure. Am quite sure more options will be infused in no distant time, installment payments, intermittent offsets, outright payment, etc

As much as the customer is king, using the model of waiting on lackadaisical buyers to develop at their own instance, Might not really spur the needed adrenaline push to achieve the set target.

Seems they equally got several models of structures,
Below are recent update.

We need more of these types of decent estates with different designs and sizes of buildings for all social-economic cadres of earning power.

More importantly, we need banks as Fidelity etc to fashion out how people can rent-to-own these homes by providing mortgage facilities for buyers.

These are how things are done in sane societies.

Will you stop this nonsense, it was your useless comment that messed up this thread up in the first place why would your try to run down the 2 most economically vibrant cities in the Southeast and you even had the guts to insult the natives of both states, no one is supporting chino on this but with your stupid comments it wouldn't take long before he gets a partner, you started this mess chino has always visited this thread with no issues until your stupid and foolish utterances/comment.

Thanks Bro,
Although Chino is some mad guy, these people that attack Anambra unnecessarily except of course out of some hidden hatred or envy are the reason Chino often gets out of hand. I am sure he personally knows some Imo or Enugu people that hate Anambra and it simply makes him go ballistic to see any such comments online.

Some Igbo people are too mentally slow that they have failed to see that the region cannot develop as states, but by bold inter state (Sub-regional) projects as railway-line, new power grid network based on coal and gas fired plants and of course encouraging mass production of cheap solar panels, batteries and inverters to make sure houses or businesses even remotest villages can at least have electricity even if it's solar generated.

Italu Ji egone nwanne,
Honestly, my soul cleft for joy seeing products from the east all over Abuja,

Was amazed seeing toiletries produced in emene, saw a popular juice drinks made in aba, seeing innoson cars allover here in Abuja, seahorse lubricant have been on replay as advertised in several radio stations here in Abuja,

We not close to Uhuru yet though.

The key word holding back industries is = ELECTRICITY !

Without it, true industrialization cannot be achieved with diesel generators.

Our plan for adequate power in the zone must be two pronged 1. small power plants to supply designated industrial areas . Then mass produce 2. solar panels to fulfill 100% the electricity need of homes and small businesses.

Enugu is like a spiritual place in the hearts of many great Igbo sons and daughters. Have you ever wondered why Owelle Nnamdi Azikiwe was spiritually connected to Enugu? How and why Ikemba decided to live there till the end? Yes,, Chief Alex Ekwueme lived and aged gracefully in Enugu. Or why Arthur '1000' is 042 in and outside?

Do you know why Igbo business billionaires like Innoson, Alo Aluminum CEO, Juhel CEO and Anbeez CEO chose Enugu as their homes? What made all big Igbo politicians of all ages own homes in Enugu? Just as ancient Egyptians were in tune with the pyramids, so are many Igbos spiritually connected to Enugu. Enugu is more than a state! Some of you may understand this now or perhaps later in your life. Ekwusigom!

Spot on nwanne.

Win - win
All fingers definitely ain't equal,
Equity demands opportunities for all and sundry,
We share same umbilical girdle on this bone of contention,

Low income earners are deserving of a decent livable space, hence civil servants granted mortgage facilities from banks and facilitated by the government with the collaboration of turn key investors,

The task is simultaneously driving cost down, by achieving much with less and contracting low prizable developers, who will be using manual labor.

I concur with this post, however Chino must tone down Igbo bu ofu. His hate for any SE state outside Anambra is disturbing, notice he does not do same if its SW or Northerners insulting Anambra, that's why many question his Ethnicity.

That said Igbo's are their own problem see all the hate ofodirinwa was spitting towards most economical SE cities that put Igboland on the map, and to think that he even got likes and some cheered him on is even more worrisome.

Heritage? Dialect? How can all Anambra people have the same heritage and dialect? A man from Uli has far more in common with an Orlu man in Imo than he has with an Awka man. An Awka indigene has more in common with an Udi man in Enugu than he has with an Idemili man. An Onitsha indigene has more in common with many Anioma groups in Delta than with an Igbo-Ukwu/Ekwulobia indigene in Anambra. State lines are drawn for administrative convenience and often reflect little about our heritage.
Some Anambra groups, mind you, are classified under the Waawa clan of Igboland. grin And not every Enugu man is a Waawa man.

The problem again is you level of sentiment. There has been an attention to environment Owerri and Enugu have paid that Onitsha and Aba havent. There has been an attention to industry and commerce that Onitsha and Aba have paid that Owerri and Enugu haven't.

I just came across the Kano thread https://www.nairaland.com/4454028/kano-night-video-photos and this is exactly what i was talking about when i said that we needed too step up our game. Enugu might have more residential estates than Kano (i don't know) but what we lack is that striking thing that makes Enugu a city to behold. What is that thing that when people come into Enugu, they say WOW. The only city in Igboland that has anything close to that is Owerri. We can't remain an average city. We need to push the limits and create infrastructures for the future and not limited by the past.

Please go and see the type of allocation Kano receives yearly from federal government. Do you even know that Kano is almost as populated as Lagos according to Nigerian census.

South east states get the least federal allocations combined.

We cannot develop massive infrastructures with meager budgets. It's impossible.

The only option is to use private funding.

When they talk like that i just IGNORE them.
They act as if they don't know the money given to Kano state alone by the Federal Government is bigger than the entire Southeast region COMBINED! On top of that, all the Federal projects are located there and SE gets almost zero federal projects. Yet, you want them to compare on equal footing?

Afam,
Why don't you compare Dangote's house to your father's house? Afterall, your father is older than Dangote and should know how to manage money better. Your father needs to build something that will "Wow" your village just like Dangote did.

Don't we all know that? That's not the crux of this discuss. The point is that we need to start thinking big before we start thinking of how to finance such projects. It's doable.

I have come to understand that both you and some so-called peace makers are the ones giving this Igala boy the mouth to unleash his different monikers on Igbo thread. You never caution him but rather hit at those who questions his ethnicity. And you so-called Omanbala lovers can support him there and talk family issue there with him and his kinsmen. But for now, he is not welcomed in our midst. He is an outcast!

Part of the reason is the dearth in bold and visionary leadership in the South East. And when our Governors do have bold ideas, it either normally ends up on the drawing board or if executed at all, the finishing is poor b'cos they don't use a good contractor or spend enough money to guarantee a good job.

Governors like Rochas seems to have a good vision.....for Owerri at least, but i've noticed the finishing and quality of many (not all) of the contracts delivered aren't up to world-class standards! Though in fairness to Rochas, he seems to have improved on the quality of jobs delivered lately.

I'm impressed with what Dave Umahi is doing thus far in Ebonyi. He's another Governor with a grand vision for his state, and he's delivering on it satisfactorily....thus far that is!

The major reason why states in the SE struggle to initiate and deliver on big ticket projects is b'cos of the poor amounts we receive from Abuja in relation to other states like Kano. Also, there seems to be a lot of leakage in IGR collection for states in the SE: a state like Anambra for instance should be posting nothing less than 4 billion naira a month as IGR, ditto Abia. But presently both states are doing less than a half of this. I reckon what Anambra has lost through ineffective and inefficient revenue collection techniques since 1999 is over a billion dollars.

As much as i don't like him, i'll have to admit that the present Abia Governor is doing something regarding the roads in Aba. And i've been impressed by the quality of job done as well. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and it takes a lot to impress me esp' when it comes to governance in the SE!
