on the process of uploading passport i experience a network glitch which i had to restart my computer.
i then try to login again it goes direct into the acc without providing me with tap to upload passport,How can i re-upload passport??

Successful with OTP, login, password generation, passport and I'd card upload. After this point, my profile is showing some codes in all the fields. Pls how do I resolve this. Someone made the same complain up there

I'm yet to upload my passport and ID,
but I logged out,
now that I want to login again into my profile it's taking me back to otp, and refused to take me to my profile on the dashboard, Pls help me resolve this.

But on my selected device field....they r saying "you has no device" (sic). What could that mean?

After I had imputed the OTP it just said OTP successfully validated. Please how do I go on to the next stage.

Npower please try and make this easy for us by using our phone number to login and create our account. This "OTP validation failed" is too much.
Please you guys should make it easier for us.

how do we re -log in if we have entered our new password but unable to complete all the necessary steps at once?

Please Npower, you have sent over ten OTPs to the registered email meanwhile your portal hasn't accepted the email, it is giving me 'user not found ' message. I have been able to log in with the phone no but got stuck at the verification stage. None of the OTPs, the two sent to phone number and the ones sent to email has worked.

Just try the same way but it will now ask for a password i. e if your password was changed successfully..

Hi, I keep getting, "error OTP Validation Failled" whenever I use the OTP sent to my email. I have tried to login at different times but in each instance the OTP sent to my email fails the OTP validation. Please, help me resolve this. Phone number is 08063085860.

Hello npowerng, I have a few challenges, kindly help me out.
1. I skipped the upload passport and ID card part and now I can't find the link to do that, instead when I log in am directed straight to home page.
2. My device status shows 'no device information' , but I did select a device earlier when I did my assessment.
3. The first 2 digits of my account number is missing, although it's just 2 zeros (00). Kindly clarify please.

Hello Nairalanders, I am still having issue imputing my OTP on the platform, each time I put the OTP, I still get an error message. I have tried UC BROWSER, CHROME (phone and desktop), FIREFOX (desktop) etc. I have also used TECNO, FERO phones, I have tried MTN and AIRTEL data. Still I get the error OTP validation. Who can advice on the way forward please. Thank you

Good day, I was trying to upload my passport and National ID card but the system became unstable and stopped loading the site. I tried refreshing and noticed that it has already submitted without doing the uploads.

I have already sent my passport and National ID with the problem stated clearly to support@npvn.desk-mail.com since yesterday and no response yet.
