Sweet Corn
We select and grow only the finest, sweetest and most suitable sweet corn varieties in Nigeria. Corn is cholesterol free. It’s a good source of vitamin C and A, potassium, thiamine and fiber, and it’s very high in antioxidants. We currently have an estimated output capacity of 5 metric tons weekly. We have begun testing of our heat resistant variety in Nnewi in Anambra state. We plan to move our production to Anambra State in order to be nearer to our customers

Herbs and Spices
MIP has completed testing of 16 various herbs and spices that includes Thyme, Parsley, Coriander, Dill, Celery, Cumin, Ginger, Oregano, Basil, Paprika, etc. We plan to commence large scale production for the local market and export under nethouses in Anambra state by September 2016. Nethouses also provide shading for the crops and significantly improves the yield. We plan to commence processing and export from the Anambra farm. We currently have local off-takers for Thyme, Coriander, Cumin, Basil, Oregano and Ginger. We will produce Curry Powder from our Uru factory site for local consumption and for export as our production grows. We will commence production of Ginger in partnership with the National Root Crop Research Institute (NCRI) in Umudike. NCRI will provide planting materials and technical expertise while we will off take the entire production from various farmers in Anambra State at pre agreed prices. We will leverage on outgrowers and plan to produce Ginger in 1000 Hectares

MIP is an agribusiness company registered in Nigeria for the purpose of farming, food processing and consultancy The company owns a medium sized farm in Nnewi, Anambra State Nigeria. We have since commenced production in the Nnewi project in a 5000 square meter greenhouse farm consisting of 9 greenhouses with a nursery, they hired a Kenyan expatriate, Mr Peter Kabue from Hortipro who is will commence local production of both Bamboo and steal frame greenhouses in Uru, Nnewi in Anambra State

English Cucumbers
We use only the very best seed, along with traditional plant breeding methods, to produce cucumbers with vibrant dark green edible skin and exceptional flavor

ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNMENT IS THE BIGGEST SUPPORTER OF INNOSON MOTORS .

Thanks for your interest in the implementation of the new Anambra State empowerment programme for motorcycle taxi operators. We cherish inquiries and queries and concerns from the public on various issues.

You probably are aware that the Anambra State government is easily the biggest supporter of Innoson Motors whose quality is quite impressive. All 40 trucks donated by the Anambra State government to the Nigeria Police, Nigerian Army, Civil Defence and Security Corps as well as Department of State Security on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka to fight crime in the state were from Innoson. The outstanding 60 trucks which Governor Willie Obiano has pledged to ensure that Anambra remains Nigeria's safest state, which helps to attract investment flow, will certainly come from Innoson Motors. Even as you are reading this short reply to your inquiry, there are orders for different kinds of Innoson vehicles from the state government. We are very proud of our relationship with the foremost indigenous vehicle producer in Nigeria. We are also proud that the firm is located in our state. We have a duty to encourage indigenous companies, especially those in our area.

You may wish to know that Innoson does not produce seven-seater shuttle buses which the Anambra State government is using to replace commercial motorcycles in their large numbers. Whenever it starts to manufacture this category of vehicles, we will certainly patronise it because it is the right thing to do.

Demolition and removal of illegal structures and shanties in the State Capital Territory today continued.
The exercise was jointly supervised by officials of the Awka Capital Territory Authority, ACTDA and men of the Nigeria Police Force.
Among the areas where the operation took place were the buffer area between Enugu-Onitsha Expressway and the Old Road, the Eke-Awka area as well as Club Zone, Awka popularly known as Abakaliki Street.

I wish there is a FMCG in Anambra state that will partner those farmers using greenhouse method, they will sign an MOU for the farmers to produce some selected crops while they process them for the final consumers. With our small landmass and threat of erosion I think greenhouse is the best bet for us to be self sufficient.
