We started trying in September 2017 and to be honest, we have not done much in terms of test or any procedures. DH believes "it's fine" but I beginning to think there should be things to do. Any one in the USA, please advise what steps I can take and best (most affordable) way to go. Thanks.

Hi dear, you’re welcome. You’ve been trying for less than a year so most gynea/reproductive endocrinologists will still say you should try for at least a year before starting investigation. If you’re above 35 though, you can go see your doc now. Frm what I know, you’ll have to see your family doc who would refer you to a fertility specialist. If you have insurance from work or the government, that should suffice. Can’t exactly tell you about the fees cos it’s free where I’m at( government funded). You can check on babycenter.com make sure it’s the .com so you will be discussing with women in the USA. They can give you specific info like prices, clinics of best choice etc.

In the mean time, just chart your cycles, and have times intercourse. Infact, follow SMEP plan
