Let me start like this, in 2011 when i was sick, the doctor checked my weight and am weighting 64kg. But yestarday, suprisenly i checked my weight, and i was weighting 80kg. Am not fat oo neither am i tin (see ma pic)

my question, is weighting 80kg ok for a tall normal guy? Or is it that am becoming a giant? or do you think i should try and reduce it

And for the ladies is 80kg ok for your guy or would the weight interrupt you fun ? Or do you think it should be reduced?? And the gentlemen in the house, is weighting 80kg perfect for a guy.

i did like my wife/girlfriend to weight just 60kg. Please your contribution would be highly appreciated.

tonaydo: my brother am also in this sweet state called enugu and am telling you now that the cost of housing here na die.......its really expensive i doubt if you are staying in the town.......cos to rent a house here aint cheap at all.

The reason why the cost of rent is high, is because of constant increase in population, people tend to go where development increase incessantly and where life tend to be easier.

but never to worry, Enugu state is a planed state in term of housing concenstration, what am saying is that, when the govt move to the less developed cities, people move with them. Which as well would reduce the housing rent and stability in allocation of human resource.

I live in River state where the govt concenstrate in developing the capital only. But i do visit Enugu every three week becus of the kid of business i do.
