For you to win the World Cup, generally, you need nothing less than 8-10years of strategic planning which will also involve football Development across the country and that includes massive talents discovery and infrastructural development. Your national team needs to be rated among the best for a number of years and yours players need to be playing in some of the best clubs around the world for over a number of years also.

You need an assemblage of great players and a great team to win the WC.

My friend, it's deeper than that. The best clubs in the world don't give Africans enough chances rather they sign their own. So, by default, the team with the most Quality players at Quality teams usually end up winning the world cup. There's a reason why only European and South American teams has ever won it. Also, Biased and bad officiating, Rankings, Wc draws usually favors Europe and South American teams
