0monnak0da: How can you compare Federal project in Anambra to Lagos The FG project in lagos are businesses not Charity. The FG gets over 40 billion naira a month from Lagos on VAT this does not include custom duty or Excise duties not to mention the Airport. Lagos state gets about 13 billion from the FG in a good month so all in all Lagos is actually subsidizing Anambula state. This gives credence to d fact dat Lagos had achieved d status of a metropolitan city way back. These ibos came after the Biafra war and things degenerated. We are not saying all ibos shd go but at least 99% shd. Pls don't be offended 1 Like |

I can assure you most who understand it are those who migrated to Yorubaland ! its ONLY when i served in SE i understood what is meant by "Biko". Most local Yorubas i know dont know whats called "biko" . |

jp philips: Sorry can I get some clarifications from you- mainly about the figures. Thank you. Is that in millions or thousands? Are you saying there are 110 million Americans living in China? If Yes, please can you kindly provide your source. If you mean that there are 110,000 Americans in China, can you provide a breakdown of those that are expatriates working for American Multinationals, Journalists working for American News Corporations, Researchers and Students and Americans who are economic migrants in China. Many thanks in advance |

jp philips: This is how morons join a conversation midstream and get slammed to the ground. It appears that your dull brain does not not the difference between Individuals migrating for greener pastures and those working for conglomerates who are diversifying into other countries. There are many Americans no doubt in the UK and China but a majority are working for US or European firms. I spent two years in Shanghai working for a firm, will you put me in the same category as someone who traveled from Abakaliki to Lagos to work in his brothers shop? Try to understand before commenting or ask for an explanation. Like a big fool that you are, you didn't just seek clarification or understanding but you thought in the usual manner of an unintelligent dunce, that adding insults to your points would make you more intelligent. 5 Likes 1 Share |

jp philips: There are over 350 million Americans and not 350,000. Is that what the Aba made Encyclopedia you have provides? If you get something as simple as population figures wrong and don't have the ability to deduce that you are way of the mark, then you need to sit in a corner with a dummy in your mouth. Clearly you have not even seen the map of the US before let alone visit otherwise you wouldn't have made that 2nd grade error. Your brain wasn't quick to tell you that the population of the US can not be less than 350,000. There are more people in Awka than 350,000, yet this slowpoke doesn't have the gumption to comprehend. Come and tell us you made a mistake. 3 Likes |

ACM10: Someone else that had classes under the tree; do you realize that folk(s) is a term that applies to more than one person. You either say that person or those folks. There is nothing like 'that folk'. I keep telling you to find your level but you wouldn't listen. Someone made a huge blunder and you agreed with him but you couldn't see it either because you are ignorant of the error or you were in a hurry to collabo with someone against me. ACM This is your last warning, if you don't have anything intelligent to share with me, ignore my posts or I will start pointing out the grammatical blunders/ scud missiles that you release regularly. Now sod off. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Red_Mullet: Igbos are not trouble makers but at the same time, they are never intimidated rather they will fight for a cause they believe in even to the last man standing. The civil war is a case study, even with millions dead and the overwhelming imperial and federal allied forces attacking them from all sides and harangued by hunger and starvation with the blockade effectively in place, they kept on till the end. I don't think any other ethnic group in Nigeria could have the guts and resilience to stand the rest of the country as well as the imperial forces. The east was destroyed both the infrastructure, social demography, etc and it took the Igbos many years to recover irrespective of their natural instincts on turning waste to wealth. Lagos would not survive an implosion of the magnitude that ethnic war between Igbos and Yorubas would cause, there are many Igbos that were born in Lagos who have never been to the east since they were born as well as hundreds of thousands of others who invested millions who would rather die defending it than running away. If the Igbos could fight the whole of Nigeria to a stand still then I don't think the Yorubas alone could overwhelm us. LETS GIVE PEACE A CHANCE IN NIGERIA! |

Biafra diplomat: Do you know the meaning of standstill? Do you think the war ended in a draw? It appears you folks learned nothing from the last war. Your mouths and fingers write cheques that your bodies can't cash. One would think Biafra won the war with the constant boasting. Lesson for you, boasting is the preserve of winners. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Biafra diplomat:The same okers that ran away in 1993 hoping for Yoruba humiliation. We know your loud and boastful ways so nothing new there. There will be no war Those of you that are prepared to Yorubize are welcome we have been absorbing strangers in Lagos for centuries. Those who insist on keeping their red/baby hat and white blouse and different colour wrapper ways would be convinced to return to develop their home. Anyway why are you guyns so afraid of your homelands? If it is the angry gods we can give you Yoruba jazz to pacify them You know how powerful Ijebu jazz is Amadioha go bow! 1 Like |
