Nigeria's cup is gradually filling up.. |
Hello poster, it would have been more helpful if you gave more information about this role. Your post is vague and doesn't really say what your expectations are, neither does it describe the role or the organization involved. We generally don't encourage such vague vacancy posts because scammers use the same style to farm jobseeker's email addresses. So your email contact has been hidden. Please supply more information to help potential candidates and yourself too. Thank you. |

kayles: Its on nairaland U'd meet congenital, unconscionable, egregious and glib liars, imagine paper wey dem collate on saturday evenin. Na ur **th** mark all scripts on sunday? Not vry1 is as stupid as U're makin it seem. Wise up Man get a real life. You say no insult intended but you've called people "congenital, unconscionable, egregious and glib liars"? Isn't that's a lie itself? |
lukmonolakunmi: The problem now is dat i don't no if my level of knowledge in handling computer is enof to bn a computer analyst. If you allow your mind to think this way you would mentally disqualify yourself by yourself already. See, if you fail to convince yourself that you're fit for the job, you're going to find it near impossible to convince a recruiter. See yourself the way you want to be seen. Think positive! Shld i bone d seem interview?I can't even believe you're asking this question! Well if you don't go then your chances of getting the job are zero. Or can you win a competition without participating? Don't you realize that the reason you've been called is because they believe you have the potential to deliver? It's better you start preparing. Shld i go 4 it n pretend as if am very very gud in handling computer? Most job interviews are glorified pretense sessions. The recruiters pretend to know exactly what they're doing, and the interviewees pretend to be who they're not. A job offer results when there's a match between both pretenses. So my friend, by going there to pretend you wont be doing anything new or unexpected. Please practice your pretense very well! Shld i go 4 it n b honest wit dem n tell dem am nt dat very gud in handling computer but i cld learn in no time?Honesty? When they're already expecting you to pretend? I don't imagine they want to hire a candidate who confesses they're "not very good in handling computer". Look I'm not recommending that you go there to tell blatant lies but you need to make yourself look good. No one will recruit anyone they perceive to be incompetent. Or others?• Find out what the role "Computer Analyst" entails and prepare to demostrate it at interview • If you can get hold of the vacancy description, good, go through it to find out what the requirements or competencies they want to recruit for are so you can prepare precisely • Although pretense may get you the job, note that pretense won't keep you in there. So start to genuinely equip yourself with computer knowledge. Choose an area of the field that interests you/fits the job and go for it! • Find out about the NGO and arm yourself with enough information about them • Prepare a few (1-3) questions about the NGO/vacant role to ask them. Use your questions to show them your smartness. If you're curious where to find all these, please just Google them. Good luck! PS: Shorthand spellings don't make a job candidate look good, or serious. Try to work on that too. |

I know what you mean about Nig folks seeking impossible deals. It appears the thinking is, "if he is willing to sell for that price then he must have factored in a huge profit for himself already" so they will still haggle anyway whatever the price. Shame about your 607s, are they in Lagos? Are they RHDs? |
If Enyeama is to be dropped for not stopping 34-goal scorer Diego Forlan well, no problem. But in the same spirit, all those useless forwards like Ideye & Co should also be dropped for wasting clear chances and giving Nigerians high blood pressure during that tournament. They should be asking Efe Ambrose where he was when Forlan was going? Didn't Uruguay's 1st goal come through Efe's position too? Even Spain's cheap 3rd goal came from his side. He likes to overlap but is slow to track back. With no named sources, the whole thing reads like funny speculation sef. |
