ZUBY77: my question was more like " is that necesaary"Well then the question was rather vaguely asked in the first place. |
kimco: Oh dear...we christians and over dramatization. I say the guy isn't a hardened criminal...jux someone who was forced into the act and jux needed someone to ''bring him home''. Glad it was the word of God that did. But pls let's stop being drama queens. You shouldn't have included the highlighted sentence because it makes nonsense of your attempt at an argument. It actually affirms that the Word of God is indeed alive and active. Some of you folk just like to criticize because it's the easier thing to do, not because you have any real point to make. |
ZUBY77: I dont really get the meaning of this..It's the list of Nairaland usernames viewing a topic. On NL, the list is refreshed every 5 minutes and it can be found at the bottom of every thread page. These guys here just go to the bottom to copy it, and paste it as a comment. I think the idea is to show the number of people reading your work. |
Truthisit: The word of God is powerfulIndeed it is. What happened is a clear manifestation of the Word in Hebrews 4:12 Hebrews 4:12 The word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. It cuts all the way through, to where soul and spirit meet, to where joints and marrow come together. It judges the desires and thoughts of the heart. Hallelujah! |
mlqs: U think graduates r interested in a mushroom cyber cafe?rubbish u better find better things 2 do and stop fooling people. The role is fairly well described and there's a physical address so I think your comment is uncalled for. If you're not interested don't discourage those who might be. |
naijababe: OP, is this a technician role? If not the pay is shite, they will struggle to fill it they they want a fully fledged engineer. The role is based in Nigeria and I believe there would be folk who would be interested nonetheless - don't discourage them. |
iv4fb: @1forall, its in Nigeria and its genuine-never posted anything not genuine.Did my post hint that I thought otherwise? Was actually calling to the industry guys who would be suitable for the role. |
siina: cultivate the habit of reading and stop been a jerk,if you are given a comprehension to read during the test will not read it? I just gave you info about. The job you are signing for so that you can be more aware but there you go talking rubbish...lazy assThe guy hasn't complained of the long post itself but of those quoting it unnecessarily to drop a one-line comment. You appear to need your own advise and cultivate the reading habit. |
Where are the O & G folk? |
I read through the thread on the subject of the girl in Canada who said she'd get rid of her Nig passport. With so much premium idiocy on display there I couldn't comment because I find it quite tasking to exchange views with dolts. Where do you start from when those you're trying to engage do not understand the meaning of propriety? See, in trying to save on expensive data, many probably didn't watch the video, some wouldn't even read the 1st post! You need to understand too that many of these posters on NL are just kids with mobile phones and are; according to Sagamite, truly 'cretinous products of a failed education system' which is a very apt description given the kind of common-sense defying arguments they make.Clearly it's just a defense mechanism employed to masquerade the misery and despair of the hapless Nigerian situation. It's glaring that they're living in denial of obvious fact and as for me, I feel more of shame and pity for such folk. Even Fela the almighty activist after he had screamed and shouted, got fed up to where he sang 'Look and Laugh' so, I just read and laugh ![]() |
^ If you take the time to go through this thread and the jobs section starting first with the guidelines on the section home page, I believe you'll find a vacancy or two that'll interest you enough to apply. However, be careful to apply good judgement. Good luck! |
jennykadry: ^^^ YOU ARE THE DUMBEST PIECE OF CRAP THAT HAS EVER EMERGED FROM NIGERIATouché ![]() |
eduson33: who else knows the meaning of that tattoo on the forehead? The eye of horus, and its smack in the middle of his forehead. Now that's extreme. |
xykms101: i would never think twice before returning in double, i'm not the type that call on mods or complain of insults. Two wrongs don't make a right, you would do well to report all offensive posts and let the mods do their job. |
This is the 2010 thread. The Nigerian Army 2013 recruitment thread is here https://www.nairaland.com/1233736/nigerian-army-dssc-scc-2013 |
I wonder why u guys are still going on about this passion matter. On matters of personal conviction there can't be a winner cos diff folk have diff reasons for doing stuff. So, STOP derailing the thread and save energy for the drills. I have a question though, what do you think is witholding the release of this list? |
Okay guys it's enough. STOP derailing the thread. Thanks. |
I don't think it is. While it may be true that you need spiritual liberation, that way of going about it sounds quite different from examples Jesus set for us. For instance in Mark 9.17-29 Jesus commanded a dumb spirit to leave in v.25 and explained how to do it in v.29. All powers in heaven and earth have now been given to Jesus, therefore true deliverance from powers of darkness can only be received through His name. (Read Luke 4.18 where Jesus stated his mission). I would recommend that you read through this thread https://www.nairaland.com/1262082/how-conquer-poverty-barrenness-spirtually to learn from the experiences of many others and further educate yourself about spiritual deliverance. I think it would be helpful to you so as to avoid further compounding the issues you have to deal with. All the best! |
Happy birthday Ikenna! Hope you had a good one, cheers mate! |

See what we've been saying? Why are elected public officials forming forums all over? A problem left unaddressed will only give birth to more ridiculous problems. When nothing was done to sack the valueless governor's forum, now we have a councillor's forum yapping. Now who knows what the next distorted idea to wield political power is going to throw up? |
Phinity318: U realy did well, cos am sure if it were Senator Yerima dt was in ur shoes he would av done worst!.Hahaha ![]() |
With all these viewers (I counted 14 just now) why is it taking long to get 10 comments? Why leave things for others to do when we equally can? Na wa for my people oh make una comment na |
Though it could be have interpreted as rude to walk out on them, it would have been worse if you talked back in anger so I think you did the best thing under the circumstances. |
^ Actually it was locked earlier to clean it up but its been unlocked now. Thanks. |
OP your job ad does not meet the forum criteria for vacancy posts. See https://www.nairaland.com/1183609/using-nairaland-jobs-vacancies-section for the guide to posting job ads. So please amend your post, thank you. |
Thread left locked after clean up job but unlocked now. Thanks to wondagirl for reporting. |
Katangora: I'm not that patient, since he didn't seek the author's permission before he copied his work, I don't also see the need to threaten him first before releasing his pix.. Na the thief face be thisTwo wrongs don't make a right. You have no evidence that that's the guy stealing people's work. Have you considered that it may not be him who's the actual plagiarist? He may have reg'd the website for someone else. Posting his picture here is a violation of a forum rule. |
Okay I understand to your position now - he can more easily exercise ownership rights over his work if it's published on his own website. However the actual plagiarism needs to be dealt with anyway. |
