To start doing push-ups and maintaining it takes a lot of discipline. I do at least 50 pus-ups everyday now, but I know how much it took me to be able to stick with it. If you don't have something serious pushing you to do it, you won't do it for more than 5 days. I'm telling you. I don't think a girl is worth all the stress it takes one through actually especially if you have never thought about doing it before.
