violent: E ya wa wo Shiela obringing back memories of community gathering, merry mayflower....... |
So sad! As an ex-may, the values I learnt in mayflower school still help me a lot in life. Rest in peace. |
I am happy ACN lost. I would vote for a goat ahead of an ACN candidate. I hate the ACN because their agenda is pushing people down the poverty line. |
I pity people abusing Tonto Dike should. If she catches you, she will sing her songs to you all. |
Correct write up. |
If they did not tell you that they will get back to you on a specific date, it may take months. I guess you exchanged phone numbers with other interviewees. You should just keep in touch with them. |
I am not worried one bit. There is enough cassava bread in Aso Rock to feed the country. |
I dont like it. |
From accounts of victims of child abuse that I have heard on bbc world service, a good number of them said children, they felt they were guilty and the molesters were right. It is important for parents to shield their children, especially girls from male relatives. Most children are abused by people they trust. |
Ariyke: Easier said than done bt wait are u male or femaleI am a guy, but I was just playing the devil's advocate. I give kudos to you ladies. Carrying a pregnancy and delivering the baby cant be a child's play. A whole human being inside me! I hail women o. |
Ninilowo: Nooooo! Na Bisi-OBODAPO Obe. gunuvi: You can say that again...IdiGBEPON-OBOI admit I made a mistake. I should have written Bisi OKOdapo-OBO. |
Why should you say funny things? Methinks labour is a simple thing. Just go in and drop the baby. |
The yoruba man could claim that he added some fertilizer to the water he used to water his plant during the rain. The igbo man could claim he was practising for a javelin event in the coming olympics, so he needed to sharpen his throwing skills. I cant think of an excuse for the hausa man, so he is the most foolish of the three fools. |
Bisi IDIdapo-OBO! |
@op, you did not tell us why your wife slept out for three days. You should examine yourself sincerely. If you are convinced that your wife is the one not making your marriage work, divorce her and marry another woman. She has already left the second time, and there is no point trying to make a marriage work when one partner is not interested in the union. I suspect infidelity on the part of your wife here, but you cant claim you were not spanking another woman in the two years of your divorce. |
Hello poster. I dont want you to believe you have any spiritual problem. In february, I failed an interview with a good coy. I was down for about three weeks. My father brought a pastor to pray for me. He told me I must come for deliverance in his church. I must spend three days in his church, after which I must leave Abeokuta, because I can never get a job if I dont leave Abeokuta. I told my father I was not going to the pastor for any deliverance. My father insisted I went to the pastor. He believed something was wrong with me spiritually because he expected me to get a job easily. I had a 2.1 and my final cgpa was 4.11, so he felt getting a job would be a stroll in the park for me. I am a christian, but I believe that what you believe about yourself will work for you. I did not go to the pastor, and I got a good job six months after. Free your mind and your job will come when you least expect. Keep trying. |
As long as he did not rape the girl, they are good to go. |
Thanks brov, I appreciate, bur u kw patience on its own is a Hardddd Work when its taking too long a time! 3 years bro, no be wasa o!
Yes. I understand. I just got a job last month. I have not resumed self. Last month made it 2 years and 7 months that I finished my nysc. I had given up on my chances of getting a job. |
When your time comes, you will get a good job. I believe you know almost everything about jobsearch in the contemporary labour market. You just need perseverance. Keep trying and your time will come. Dont give up. That is the most important thing. |
alyarmouk: guy no be here u go sell ds kind car na...me wey dey find eod 850 naim u dey flash 66m...dem suppose charge u for murder attempt ooThe poster should go and sell the car at national assembly. |
A better investment is contesting and winning the seat of a senator in Nigeria. Your cap self no go contain the dollars. |
As long as you dont leave your husband to take care of ALL the financial responsibilities in the family, you are entitled to give your relatives money when they demand from you. Your husband should even thank God that you are not demanding money from him to give your relatives. My uncle's first child is only fifteen years old but my uncle is already sponsoring two of his wife's relatives in the university. What would your husband have done in this case? |
Hahahahahahaha. I guess you dont want to lose your boyfriend. Dont worry, he will be yours if you are meant for eachother. LWKMD! |
It is not about age. It is a matter of financial maturity. As a man, when you dont even have a job, you wont think about marrying a wife. I dont know any lady who wants to marry a jobless man. |
goofie: for my friend, she practically asks d guy on d first day before she starts falling in loveIt is really important. In these times of economic recession, it wont be cool spending money on something that could have been prevented. And the agony the parents and kids go through is not worth it. |
It is very important. It is a shame I am AS and I have to look for an AA lady. Chai! But I have decided that once I date a lady for about 2 months, I will take her for test before we spend 3 years dating, only to be confronted with the results during preparations for wedding. The earlier you know, the better. |
@poster, I have a lady-friend who earns 11k more than her husband. She told me she agreed with her husband to take some financial responsibilities before their wedding. They are now married and they are doing fine. The last time I ran into her, she told me they (her husband and herself) were looking for a plot of land in a remote area in Abeokuta, so they can start putting up their structure little by little. These kind of ladies are rare. Since you are married now, you have to handle the situation with maturity. I cant agree to marry a woman who expects me to carry all the responsibilities in the home. I be Lizarazu? |
You are right about your idea being stolen. The commissioner may just give idea to the governor and they steal it. But, it may be difficult to implement your plan without their consent and approval. |
I am not married. This is my take. If the husband and wife are working, the woman should assist the man in handling some financial responsibilities. Except a man is a senator or a governor, it is not easy to single-handedly handle the financial requirements in a family given the current economic situation of the country. If a man wants to take up all the financial responsibilities alone, he may end up not building a home of his own. He would only collect his pay at the end of the month, finish it and wait for the next month. These things should be discussed before wedding though. |
@crown, did you receive the message from flour mills? I mean who is the sender? |
You will definitely wear uniform, except when you are appearing in court. However, methinks you should be proud of your job, and by extension, you should be proud to wear the uniform. It will even save you the cost of buying work clothes! ![]() |
