When this was proposed, I had to take it to the TTC thread. I have never been there before, in fact it was my first time there. I asked if possible it would be possible to retrieve the NL account cause I was bent on deleting my account due to anger. I did even when I was told it wasn't going to be possible. That was exactly how LuckyG account was deleted. It wasn't deleted cause I was caught wronging anyone, it wasn't because I was bursted scamming anyone.

The decision to was to kindle out the seriousness that is needed to talk privately with me. Apart from this, I owe no man anything. I never requested any money from any man and I never did any business with anyone. I am not known to sell any health products, neither do I promise any cure to any disease whether by known causes or unknown causes. In avoiding such a drama, I have upheld now and then that anyone in the background or privately to visit a reputable physical doctor. In so doing, I have therefore no knowledge of any person here save for whatsoever was given during my clerking them. I have met not one a person and I have also not wrong anyone in physical.

I went for scan today 25/7/19 and the result showed these:

Try to understand that these parameters are merely to predict the Gestational age of pregnancy and usually are not dependable by some limits. The gestational ages varies and the atmost considerable should be that the Doctor makes decisions relative to LMP than relying on the ages provided through scanning manipulation.

I have seen your Abdominal circumference and Biparietal diameter dimensions. Now, what was your supposed calculated Gestational age at the time this scanning was done assuming you know your LMP?

She has been taking an herbal mixture for both the ovarian Cyst and enlarged spleen,the herbal mixture seems to works by shrinking the cyst but months later it appeared again. And for the enlarged spleen,the herbal mixture isn't working.

Her complaint has been abdominal pain and feeling feverish whenever she feels pain from the spleen region.

The spleen enlargement scan says it's a little bit enlarged.

Alright. Now, the causes to an enlarge spleen are quite plenty. The cause could be metabolic derangement, could be hematogenous(relating to blood) or even structural. This requires a clinical investigation that will cover for a special management. When this is not done within when the body is keeping a balance, the spleen will keep on enlarging until when an acute abdomen becomes complicated.

You have to avoid this. Avoid this by seeking help from a reputable hospital around that will take it upon herself to investigate what is responsible or identify the triggering factor to this complaint.
Least to worried about is the ovarian cyst especially if the cyst is a normal cyst. It will definitely come off it growth within a short time.

To the question: Initially I went to a reputable drug disorder in the city (ijebu Ode) who gave me some drugs, then it's only bloating bcs once I eat any small portion of food I will get filled , l can only fart or belch to get relieved after that the gas accumulated again.
After 2weeks of no improvement, then the middle pain has started I went to our family hospital(Ibadan) , I complained and the Doctor gave me the following
1: COMEPRA 20(Gastric resistant omeprazole)
2: A brand of amoxil 500
3: Gelucin tab
4 Pcm
I took along with it EVINOM (vit E 200mg) and LOYD DIGESTION HERBAL TEA.

I got relieved NAD I'm able to toilet and eat well but the pain is still there. it's minimal if I never take anything but once I've eating it starts while sitting unless I stand up b4 it can subsidies and hardly noticed.
I will get in touch with the Doctor back home when am through from work in 2weeks time but b4 then what can I do.

The doctor didn't say anything concerning the spleen enlargement I guess he doesn't really knows what to do.

You are bothered about drug interaction. You just don't want to come up with any serious effect on using both the Chinese tea and orthodox medicine. Good!

There are little knowledge to cover drug-to-drug interaction between a Chinese tea and any of these Orthodox medicines. However, one has to be careful on using both at same time. But if I were you and I choosed to take the tea and my medication at same time, this is what I may do: I will take the tea first and 30-45 minutes after take medications. This may avoid any interaction or any at all reduce the effect that will come from it.

The size is not problematic. But the location and degree of diffusion of the myomas(fibroid) can make the difference both to stand as factors to either worsen the bleeding during pregnancy, increase fetal stress or cause symptoms that could cause health complications for you. This is rare for the later. Going in for a myomectomy(fibroid removal) is not significant but for necessity leading to your comfort from complaint own to it, you may need it.

Both you and your husband should have yourselves treated for cases of infection and curbing him of being a reservoir.

Splenomegaly, a spleen enlargement can be cause by so many conditions. What has been diagnosed to have been behind this by her doctor?

No single one on the cap, just rest of the part. It does not affect me in any way, they're painless and not that big, and I've had sex with it that way for numerous times, just wanna get rid of them

If they are benign and not troubling, you may just have to let it be that way. But for reason own to you, you may have to book an appointment with a doctor and see on what he can do to have them removed.

Am kind anxious person which have become very embarrassing for me. Sometimes even find it difficult to stand infront of my family and pray! I don't think your anxiety or fright to expressing yourself is clinical and thus may not require medication of any sort to help this. You really haven't tried enough, that's just what it is. If you really want to improve in yourself there are enough of good books to read and YouTube videos to watch regarding this. I would advice you to start by using "WikiHow", search your "How can I... " from the search option carrying window. Enough things to do and practice will appear for you to study and practise. In the morning before going to work or classes, play YouTube videos on this issue. Try and practice what you have them thrown before and in 6months you will improve.

That shouldn't bother you much, the fact that you have use Oxygen inj and Misoprostol pessary and oral has already laid the foundation for an abortion. The pregnancy may hardly survive, the bleeding may not be sudden but in some women it can just happen given some hours or even days away. It is missed in some sense already. Take a visit to the clinic and have a full conceptus removal for your health sake.

Your cycle will regulate itself that shouldn't be any problem provided that there is not obvious or insidious complication from your last miss. He may need to review this decision again not to bring up problems that weren't there before.

Clomid could actually predisposed the user to intermittent vaginal spotting. This is rare except for cases of wrong usage or long term use. I wouldn't advice on using it if you have a normal smooth ovulation cycle or if you have being carrying pregnancy without its use for the previous ones. In this, it is advisable to seek a doctor's opinion on how to use it to avoid acute and long-term use effects.


I would prefer to know why he would want to have me on Clomid if were you, have you at anytime discuss with him the difficulty in carrying pregnancy after missing one?
Does taking Clomid have a way of preventing further pregnancy loss?

While you remain seeking to hear from him, in mine opinion I rather would have you not rushed to take the Clomid and if you haven't really been having problem making pregnancy then there is really no fast rush in going for it. The interest at heart now should be on how to manage your next pregnancy to term since you don't problem making one.
