Please I NEED HELP
I'm in my late 20s, I have a 3 year old.
Myself and and my husband have been trying to conceive since June this year, but to no result.

Before then, the only way we tried to control pregnancy was not to cum inside me, and it worked. But now that we are ready, my menstrual cycle has been deceiving me, sometimes it won't won't come untill after 40 to 50 days.
Please help me

I was unable to reply mentions so I opened this new account. I did a couple of test like Hepatitis, FBC and some others, but basically doctors didn’t ask for those that checks for other STDs, most of the symptoms left without medication some still persist like the cold, mouth sores and oral thrush, the rash is no longer there but it was on my chest, back and arms it appears and then in like four days disappears and doesn’t itch. I have discarded most of the drugs I took. I was able to see the paper doctors gave me. But I can’t figure anything since I don’t understand what’s written
My partner didn’t have any symptoms

What is the color of the rash formed on your body?
I would prefer to have a snap of those mouth sores?
And the thrush as well.

Please I need your help. Just few days ago I woke up to start feeling pains on the right side of my middle back.

I did not think it would be serious so I went about my normal routine, just today while trying to lift a chair, I felt a stinging shape pains that i had to drop the chair. Even as I type this I'm in great pain.


What's your advice?

Some pieces of advice:

1. Use of pain relievers to ease the pain at least for some days to see if there could be possible improvement anyhow.

2. Application of either a cold or warm compress to reduce pain or even moisturize the region of pain. The soothing feeling can good and sedative.

3. You may massage the region of pain, a soft or light massage accompanied with relieving medication can help a pain of no specific cause. Just try it, avoid overhauling this exercise.

4. Plenty of rest and sleep can be of help except the pain comes either with lying down or wanting to rest.

5. Kindly observe positions and movements that worsened it off, try as much as possible to put changes on these positions and movement to improve your comfort.

6. If pain persist or does not seem to improve in anyway within first week of using medication and practising these exercises, kindly see the doctor.

pain is not from site if surgery. it's a pain in the stomach, same pain he was experiencing before surgery

Then see another doctor. Diagnosing pain and causes of pain is really a difficult exercise from here. Let him see another doctor that should have a physical examination of his body to know if there is any cause to this disturbing situation. Morning.

This means your not going to have your normal bleeding cycle for some months. This is a good management especially for Endometriosis interna. As for opening your cervix as to what your doc said that I can not tell right now, but be rest assured whatsoever he did was for your good and wellness.

There are drugs with side-effect advantage that can help you to gain weight but risking it for the others is not safe. I rather would advised you caused a gain in weight by proper dieting and resting of mind and giving more hours to leisure.

The spleen swelling could have resulted from sequestration of used and ill-fated blood cells. The PCV and Hemoglobin concentration is grossly bad, if a Hematologist were the one that requested a transfusion then it is really not what I can alter from here.

Your boosting strategy may not work, so how much to boost in a day that will not turned sickle, frigid and friable. Whether you do the transfusion or not, a diet consisting of nutrients and vitamins increasing blood cell formation should have always been on her trail.

Somethings been eating me up. I had sex with my boyfriend some weeks later i started falling so sick I will try to point out all I can remember
*Came down with what I felt was fever was burning hot so hot you just need to come close to feel the heat
*at night I sweat. Not just the usual sweat but one I have to change my clothes two times a nigbt(this happened for like a week)
* I started feeling so cold especially in the morning. Doctor said it was pneumonia + a cough that lasted for three weeks plus.
*and the rashes I ve never have in my whole life spreaded all over my arms and back as well as my breast region.
* I also had serious muscle ache. Serious that my mom had to help me massage it. My neck did hurt too it felt like someone hit me with a blank on my neck
* nodes on my neck, groin, as well as ear.
* I started having blurred vision and sores on my lips like fever blisters
* and then injuries in my mouth, weird ones
* I have oral trush at least thats what I thought them to be. White tongue I have had this before but this onr is different. With slimy white things in my mouth every time
*I also experienced dehydration and dry mouth.
* also had a delayed flow
The symptoms are so much I can't even mention it all. Most of these lasted for about a month +. I still have cold till this day. I shiver most times and its my major fear. And the rashes are still there.
This Is the major problem. The nurse who was handling me said it might be an STD maybe HIV I took plethora of test including HIV after 3 months all came back negative, I was told to wait 6montgs to check for HIv again it was still negativr. During this month I have seen so many doctors, private and government all they do is givr me drugs but I still experience the pneumonia cold( no cough) and occasional mouth sores as well as the rash. My boyfriend now my ex took HIV too it was negative.

Apart from test done for HIV, what other test have you done so far?
What were the medication(s) given to you formerly?
Has any of the medication so far ease off your symptoms or signs?
Which of the symptoms or sign were affected?

Do any of your sex partner or any have complaint close to yours?

N/B: I may need to view the (pattern) of rash formed on your body.

he slept well last night and and the night before. but he complained of the pain this morning for about 2hours and he said it relived him. since then no complain.

Alright. The pain could have resulted from drug interaction complexes from prescription. In fact, it was way high too drastic to subject some one to such medications having just done an appendix removal.

If the present pain were as a result of the former, the pain definitely will reduce and eventually stopped by good chances. However, pains continuing more than one week requires him to see the doctor as soon as possible.

My brother had appendicitis surgery sometime around may, this was carried out after series of tests.

Fast forward to 3weeks ago
He started complaining of same pain, so we decided to go to an health centre. We saw the doctor in charge and he prescribed some drugs(mist mag, loratidine,pcm,lexotan,amoxydav). After using this drugs as prescribed, the pain worsned, he was unable to sleep all night , he took the drugs again in the morning and same thing happened, so we decided he stop taking the drugs and take just mist mag . He also took dewormer this night(he dewormed 2weejs ago). So far so good no pains yet. Please doc what might be wrong. I need your advise on what to do. It hurts seeing him in pains.

Count is okay. Out of the count few good percent can move proudly. This definitely will affect activeness being that swimming activity is poor.
Affecting the count are low levels of normally formed sperm cells. This may nearly affect all the other criteria as discussed formerly.
Try and do another analysis to confirm this result to what it really is, and seek a doctor's advice on what to do should it turn same with the former.

i did family planning(jadelle 5yrs) this year Feb, i started having series of symptoms may from high blood pressure, palpitation, chest pain, pressure on head etc. by july i was advise to remove it, since then i have done series of test all negative but each day i still wake up with new symptoms. i treated typhoid which was very high last week with injection & drugs now am on well woman max but have been having internal weakness & my body always feel shaky when ever am hungry, feels like i cant breath well until i eat, still suffering from anxiety. It would not be wise to worry about conception just 1-2month of regular sexual activities, as some delays may necessary not be from any known cause. Ensure to keep records of your ovulation date properly, stay on pre-pregnancy planned vitamins and minerals for normal body growth and development. Keep a healthy mind and involve less in strenuous activities and exercises.
Remember, this does not stop you from visiting the clinic or laboratory for quick check up for things that are answerable in minutes.
