I just visited linda's site now , she actually said the story was scam.She directly accused them of scamming Nigerians.She made no mention of another page.Yes,she was indeed insensitive.

Well, if you ask me, i believe a lawyer is fit to fill that position. Its a REGULATORY agency not an electricity industry operator.

For you to deal with these private companies and hold them to their faults in a democratic setting like this, you need to have sufficient knowledge of the laws of our country and maybe just the fundamentals of electricity. And i'm sure there are a lot of engineers that can put him through on the latter.

Engineers too understand basic law.

I noticed that the first search takes some reasonable amount of seconds, but if you repeat that same search, you get the result in less than a second.

Am serious working on the search speed which will improve this weekend.

The only reason your Php app is slow is due to your logic, and also because Php is not a strict language.
If you write Php the way you write your c++ you will notice improvement.
Beside this is just a start, there is always room for other languages.

Hello guru01 , I suggest you use php extensions written in c++ that way you can have the best if both worlds.Since you can code in c++ and you have written your php in a C++-like manner this should be a a simple task for you.That way you can have the advantage of speed and concurrency.But you will discover that writing a php extension is no trivial task.Well, I was lucky to discover a software that will convert already written c++ code to php extension code. If you are interested in the software pls let me know.It is a free downloadable software.

As to database,if you don't mind your app being dependent on google you can opt to use google cloud for php. I think the issues raised here by ealier posters do not apply to it even thought it is a mysql kind of cloud database.

Fayose is one big fool. He talks too much. I guess he caused the attack on that community. If u are the owner of the site then you have a right to request this service and be willing to pay for it.If you are not the owner, you have no business requesting that.

Only the developer can integrate a payment system to an existing site. For a new developer to do it he must gain access to the source code which the old developer may be unwilling to give up.But he may be willing to guve it up for a fee. A new developer can however develop the site f from the scratch and integrate the payment system.

The most reliable way to do it is to contact the website/webapp developer and tell him exactly what you want.Since he wrote the programs on which the site/web app run, he will find it most easy to explain how to go about it to you.
