iykepromotions: everything's fine. No further reply from the company. Placed a new BIN price on it some days back. Just a matter of time. IMO, you should have taken the offer bro. Hand reg to over 1M naira... is a more than a good deal. If my memory serves me right, you did something similar to your green energy domain name and I am not sure you found a buyer for the domain name till this very moment. Just learn to take an offer IF it was good a enough in an instance where the end user was the ONLY one that replied... That is how I run my things, especially if you were the one that reached out to them. I do hope that you find a buyer for this in the nearest future. Good luck! |

Crime › Re: Food Seller Accused Of Using Mortuary Water To Cook At Oko Polytechnic (Photos) by 2sexycom(m): 9:56pm On Apr 27, 2018 |
BoneBlogger: A food seller was left heartbroken and in tears after being accused of water from mortuary to cook food at the Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra state. A journalist, Ngwu Victor Bright, paid the distressed woman a visit and consoled her over what he labelled a rumor to tarnish her image.
Read what Ngwu Victor Bright shared on Facebook;
CONSPIRACY &PROPAGANDA!
CHARACTER ASSASSINATION
This woman here is called NWANYI NANKA, every Staffs and students in Fed Poly Oko know what am saying. She sell foods like Rice,Beans,Plantain,Meat etc. She cooks like three coolers of rice every day but finish selling before 2 pm.
WHAT MADE HER FOOD OUTSTANDING? Nwanyi Nanka is a very jovial and neat woman, she serves food as mothers serves food for their children, the meat she serves is so sizeable that it can make three meats compare to other sellers. She even sells on credit to students whom she know can not afford it at that moment. These features made her very outstanding more than any other seller and these brought jealousy and envy among her co food sellers. Some lecturers can not settle down without demanding for her food including students.
Just about two days ago some students were paid to tarnish her image ,they went to social media proclaiming that some group of Police invaded school and arrested Nwanyi Nanka for using water from mortuary to cook , they added that it has been confirmed fact.
When i saw this on Facebook and WhatsApp, I couldn't believe it, as a certified journalist I had to wait till the next morning and I called one of my students and asked her to check if Nwanyi Nanka is at her shop, she confirmed that she was there but added she has been crying since morning because she came to sell as usual not knowing what people have done with her name ,students gathered in ewe watching her as a thief just for her to discovered what her enemies have done with her name.
I spoke with her and consoled her also but why on earth will someone be so wicked to tarnish someones hard earned reputation.. This world is so cruel and some students including some mass com students who are supposed to verify the rumors couldn't wait for verification instead they started broadcasting and feeding people with fallacy .
This in journalism is called defamation and a very punishable offence. PLEASE DON'T ALWAYS JUMP INTO CONCLUSION, ALWAYS VERIFY EVERY INFORMATION. THANKS.
I am Comr Victor Chinonso...certified journalist
Source; https://www.nationalhelm.co/2018/04/food-seller-in-tears-after-being-accused-of-using-mortuary-water-to-cook-photos.html Enemy of progress. That is how I was telling a friend that a new meat seller in the area is really making lots of money. The next thing he would say is that it is not ordinary because the seller is using juju... i quick reprimanded him to stop it. Knowing the basic of business operation alone, i could see why the guy is making money. his location is very perfect and there is little to no competition in that location. |

Treasure28: Before the discovery of namesilo marketplace (especially the bitcoin pay out option which for me has solved PayPal exchange wahala) , I usually offer to send the domain name to the buyer first and then receive payment after successful domain name transfer. Still did this two days ago for a domain name. It clears the air of skepticism. Although the risk is on me but I have never regretted that action before. Also, my buyers are usually companies that won't want their image tarnished. So, they always do the needful. Lol This option is good but trust me, these days if dem know say u b naija, dem go fear. whether u send first or not. They prefer not to deal with even if u offer to transfer first. |

All4good: Thanks for your input 2sexycom Not just domaining but online businesses in General are tough and our 9ja ip is aggravating the toughness Lol. Trust is all too important for our online presence. And even in minute details you must prove not to be distorting the fact. As website owners we are now required to state it clearly for our visitors to read that "I might make a commission if you click the link....." otherwise risk Google banning your adsence or hiding your pages from search result. Integrity is Important. It will take us to that place where our ability can't. Hang on and hang in Bro, you will be successful. mehn bros, the Nigerian ID ruined over $2000 worth of potential sale for me last year. At one point I was on $1500 negotiation until they asked for proof which I gave and didn't hear back from them again. This happened on 2 other occasions . Even one I successfully sold this year, after discovering I am a Nigerian, he had to transfer the domain name to another registrar before he released funds lol. |

All4good: If you were mentoring him as promised in your offer there won't have been need him coming out here to get your attention. In this age and time you insist on mentoring only via email which you reply like 12-24hrs later. Also learn to give full disclosure as to the reality of domain sales rather than always coming here to report domains sold in less than a month forgetting to report the ones you haven't sold in more than 2 years. Obviously there are more persons who are stuck with your suggested domains that haven't sold in a year. But for me the downside is not in the lack of sales but rather in the lack of mentoring which we hoped to get as advertised. Going forward if you are really serious about mentoring people then setup a whatsapp group for that purpose. You are right I am still in talks with the guys who took up my offer last year. We have discussed many things beyond domains. Since I use gmail, I setup a hang out using my real email address... And since I regularly check my emails, it makes it easier to discuss with these folks and they didn't feel neglected at any time. Domaining is forking hard, no need sugar coating it. It is even now harder with the aggressive involvement of hugedomains. When u take people up to coach them, don't let the feel neglected. We are all seeking for ways to the next level.their trust in you is sacred and should be respected. |

iykepromotions: Don't know how serious this one is. Did some outbounding this morning, and the MD & Co-Founder of one of the companies reply "We could be interested in the range of perhaps £3k."
Cheers, Wyatt ================================= The domain Name is CoffeeMachineCompany.com. Well coffee machines are costly though still optimistic. Congrats in advance. It looks cool. I took a look and my observation is that this is a UK company in that niche. Don't accept that offer straight out. Tell them u want to talk to your business partner. Give it some days then reply that you guys wanted to counter 5k pounds but will take the 3k pounds they offer. You are lucky because they don't own the .co. UK one of these crazy Chinese people own it and has a site on it. So don't accept their offer straight out. |

expertix: And you were saying such a thing as if you knew what you were talking. Such statements can cofuse another new commers. I have said my own mind and with experience. You can buy today and sell with 4 or more fgures in the second day but such domains are very rear, but you can still find pearls in the ocean with had work. Expired domains are also not easy these days, they can be very difficult to catch. Good luck. it is getting even harder to find anything tangible these days. Some guys like HugeDomains just want to frustrate everybody out of this domaining and it is no longer fun. |
