urrmmmm... now on my 4th deal since starting domaining again ( I was on some voyage for several months and thank God we have successfully launched).

I was with this guy last night, he said he is interested and asked for how much. I told him 350 and he said 200. I asked him to meet at 250 and after a few minutes, I sent another email to let him know I had adjusted the price to 200 for him and gave him the undeveloped link.

No news since then. What do you think? has he backed out of the deal?

The next day which was Sunday we spoke after church service on phone briefly and then to my surprise, she started uploading video of her in a concert with Nigerian top artists performing I was shocked I asked her if she went to a concert the previous night she said yes then I asked why she didn’t tell me even though we have spoken after then. She said she’s sorry then I told her “ok”

She started nagging and asking me why I was giving her the attitudes by simply saying “ok” she said her friend took her to the concert around 12am(my people is that possible her girlfriend took her to concert on the island by 12am no be say car Dey oo) I said ok even if that was the case why didn’t you tell me, she said she forgot!!! Like wtf? You forgot? I mean we’re supposed to even see each other I don’t have problem with her going out but she didn’t accord me any respect now I’m thinking of quitting the relationship and the worst part is she’s claiming rights and not apologizing and this is someone that always claim to love me.

Setting up Ranches will help reduce the Nomadic rearing of cows. PDP tried to demonize it to score political points. Even individuals can setup private ranches. It is a profitable business.

Ranches can be setup by FG, States, Business and Individuals. You can even have ranches and rent out spaces to cattle owners for a fee. Nigerians can sell grasses and Feeds to Ranches as well.

What is federal government's business in a privately held business such as cattle business? don't those cattle have owners? why should it be government acquiring lands for them? they are wasting their time. they better use the lands in Kano and Sokoto to do that rubbish
