WHEN WILL NCC (NIGERIAN COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION), (the regulator of gsm operations in Nigeria) RESPOND TO THIS? Can't the telecom gsm operators bar those numbers? |
The numbers are not exhaustive. They can use several other numbers to FLASH. EFCC, GSM operators, NCC and other agencies should quickly step in and stop this fraud. In the interim, do not call back any number that starts with a plus sign (especially if you don't know the number). Exercise due caution. |
psalm 35 if u insist. but then u are not supposed to like any aspect of the word of God more than the others. Just love all of them. |
Egypt 3 Nigeria 1 Final score. Nigeria will still make an impact in this Nations cup. I see Nigeria getting to the semi final. As normal with the bird eagle, the Super Eagles will rejuvenate and excel. Watch out! |
Nigeria will definitely win this match. For those posters spelling doom for Nigeria (saying Nigeria will lose by a wide margin), I am at a loss as to where they got that impression from. I am also at a loss as to the basis of their prediction. It does not matter whether we like Amodu or not as coach, the truth and fact still remains that Super Eagles under Coach Amodu has NOT lost any match by a wide margin. Check the facts and be POSITIVE. |
JUST LET AMODU BE. IF NIGERIA NEEDS A NEW COACH OR COACHES, LETZ BEGIN NOW TO LOOK FOR A WORLD CLASS COACH AND SUBJECT HIM TO SERIOUS SCRUTINY OVER A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS. THE NEW COACH OR COACHES CAN THEN DEVELOP A NEW TEAM, SHOW HIS CLASS AND PUSH TO ACHIEVE WHATEVER TARGET HE IS GIVEN. LET AMODU TAKE NIGERIA TO ANGOLA AND SOUTH AFRICA! |
How did they arrive at the figure 83. Were they keeping records? @ michelin89 Michelin89 sure has taste. She is old and experienced? Someone who worked in Michelin in 1989 cannot be young. lol |
Re: Breaking News: Soludo Is Pdp Candidate - Supreme Court « #9 on: Today at 02:40:12 PM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All this soap-opera drama just 2be governor. WTF is wrong with Anambra. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nothing is wrong with Anambra State. What is happenning in Anambra State is a revolution. The new order will start and has started from Anambra State. From Anambra State, Nigeria will heave a sigh of relief. Just watch out! |

when is the next carnival. was thinking of goin to Jamaica, but maybe i will stick to calabar |
the just shall live by faith |
Amodu is the most accomplished coach in Nigeria. Take it or leave it. With Amodu as Coach, Nigeria will spank Egypt. In fact I see Nigeria win the Nations Cup. |
they should be able to pay a paltry N200 million from school fees alone, not to talk of the church. I don't think this is a big deal. |
is this Tinubu-Fashola gist still current? |
bifor nko! why won't he drink garri? |
Yesterday (Sunday 29/11/09) was very quiet for Arsenal fans. They lost their voice! Chelsea destroyed their arsenal by a demolition squad led by Didier Drogba. Arsenal had no answer to Chelsea's fire power. Chelsea 3: Arsenal 0 |
who are these 6 local players he invited? We need to know them. On Amodu, I think we should allow that man to lead Nigeria to the World Cup. It will be most unfair to replace a coach (Amodu who has qualified Nigeria twice for the World) with any other coach who has not. We can employ a new coach after the world cup for 2012 Nations Cup/2014 World cup. |
I have seen a lot of comments in Nairaland on similar issues. But can a woman who has been proven unfaithful to her partner/husband ever truly turn a new leaf and behave? |
NA LIE!!!!!!!!!! |
The list of 23 players sucks! I do not see anything inspiring about the selection. In fact with that list, my faith in the team is beginnig to wane. Maybe we should get a good coach to support Amodu. Maybe we should introduce new/hungry players. Nigerians said their U-17 players are over-aged. FIFA President said the oldest player was 18 including Chukwudi. Maybe we should introduce Chukwudi, Emmanuel, Goal keeper Paul, Ajagun, Azeez, and Okoro, Chrysanthus, Goal Keeper Ajiboye. AND MYSELF! |
I can do the job well! There is no need to look for another person |
Is she really dead? To me Maryam Babangida was a great woman! She touched a lot of lives in many positive ways. |
JOSEPH BLATTER (FIFA PRESIDENT) had this to say on Sunday 15/11/2009 On Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) tests to determine if players comply with the age limit. For years now, FIFA has been combating this problem together with the national associations and confederations. After the research and tests carried out thanks to MRI techniques, we’ve reached the conclusion that the players who’ve taken part in this competition are all in their 18th year at most, as the regulations stipulate. For us, the subject is therefore closed. There’s no more need for me to discuss this problem unless someone has proof that requires it to be looked at again. source: www.fifa.com BEFORE Blatter spoke, I said: I feel sad about all these so much talk about our super eagles being overaged. FIFA has set a standard applicable to all the players for u-17 world cup. The standard is called MRI test or scan. The rule clearly states that any one who passes that MRI scan is qualified. The Golden Eaglets playing at the moment have passed the tests. Those among them who failed were booted out of the team. We should not set a different rule for Nigerian players. Otherwise there would be no standard. A standard is applicable to all. We should not use MRI scan for other countries of the world, and when it comes to Nigeria's case, our people are doing analysis, bringing photographs that we can't ascertain when they were taken, and asking one's father and descendants to come and swear an oath to confirm the age of the players. It doesn't work that way. The players passed the test. They are qualified. PERIOD. Nigerians have suffered a lot. They can't just believe that something good will come out of Naija. NOW, I have this to say: CASE CLOSED! |

I saw this on the forum shown below: http://wetindeyforum.webs.com/apps/forums/topics/show/1609806-how-to-stay-young?page=last George Carlin's Views on Ageing Do you realise that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about ageing that you think in fractions. 'How old are you?' 'I'm four and a half!' You're never thirty-six and a half. You're four and a half, going on five! That's the key You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead. 'How old are you?' 'I'm gonna be 16!' You could be 13, but hey, you're gonna be 16! And then the greatest day of your life , , You become 21. Even the words sound like a ceremony. YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!! But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour-dumpling. What's wrong? What's changed? You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40. Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's all slipping away, Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone. But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn't think you would! S o you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60. You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing; you HIT Wednesday! You get into your 80's and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30 ; you REACH bedtime. And it doesn't end there Into the 90s, you start going backwards; 'I Was JUST 92.' Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. 'I'm 100 and a half!' May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!! HOW TO STAY YOUNG 1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay 'them' 2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down, 3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's. 4. Enjoy the simple things. 5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath, 6. ! The tear s happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive. 7. Surround yourself with what you love , whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge. 8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help. 9, Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next country; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is. 10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity. AND ALWAYS REMEMBER : Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. |
Finally, they may have started listening to us. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-336159.0.html |
