The companies that were set up in the military era, is it the church that ran them down?

The mission and the purpose if the church and the government are distinct. That is why I am not so comfortable with governments building churches and pilgrimage( although this may fall under the social welfare cadre of government's obligation), but the Church should be left alone.

Building industries is not the mandate of the church afterall, those people who are complaining of high school fees of Church schools will still complain that the products of the Church industries are not affordable for their members .

I no too like some pastors but we must give them credit where it is due.

If it is noticed and proven that the woman is discriminated based on gender, she will backed by law to sue the employer.

Man-Like-Dangote

I love Dangote( even amongst all the rumours of him being a channel for money laundering by politicians) because he looks smart and daring ,however I don't see him doing things very spectacular with his foundation. Although he has done some great stuff, most of what he does is give around #10k to market women. Like, 10k will make meaning to them but will it really grow another Dangote?

For me, Elumelu's foundation that helps gather 10,000 entrepreneurs in Africa yearly is more effective. Africa needs to get past this beggarly philanthropic system. Maybe investing 100million in 20 individuals who will become mini-dangotes will make more meaning to the economy and country than share 10k to 10,000 market women.

I thought Legislative election petitions ended at the Appeal Court?

Anyways, this bill is self-serving and should not be assented to by the President.

You subvert the will of the people by rigging elections and when the court sacks you, you still want to receive salaries until Supreme court announces judgement.

If this was the only thing they could think of,I think they should go back for another recess.

I think tuition is free already in federal universities here in Nigeria. What people pay for are auxiliary fees like hostel fee and the rest.

Even in the state university I know of, the part of school fees dedicated for "tuition" is only 10k per session.
