Let us connect brother, I like your orientation as well.
Yes, I go around teaching people and not just girls on so many things. I'm also involved in so many humanitarian services, right now, I'm topping my local government on fight against Covid19. Would be my pleasure to connect with a fellow hustler, if I want to be rich, it would be for people to hear how I got there and its possible they do too.
Let's make the world better as we live
I sent you a mail.

It still amazes me how the lady would marry such an old man. Its unnatural for a young lady to fall in love with an old man with wives already

I guess its because the man is rich, well, she has inspired me to hustle till I become a billionaire.
Just to show stupid girls that you don't need to marry someone because of money, because you can also make such money yourself.

I belong to the billionaire squad, this would be my speech when asked how I became a billionaire.

So annoying that girls would do that shit because of money

To the ladies...
1. You don't need to wish marrying a president, you can also be a president
2. You don't need wishing to date a celebrity like davido, you can become richer and more popular
3. You don't need to wish dating Otedola, you can be richer
4. You don't need wishing to marry a doc, you can be better
Infact, its ridiculing wishing to be with someone and worshiping them because of money when nature has given everyone the chance to be one.

Parents...
Teach your children financial literacy
Teach your sisters financial independence

Let us lift each other up from poverty and poverty mindset, 70% of Nigerians are not just poor but live with a poverty mindset.
You made so much sense. Your type is really rare.

I would have said let's hustle together, but I have to stay focused on my own goals.

Hustle, make it, be big, and never forget to tell girls what you just said. I look forward to having a society were girls would actually know that they can make money without selling themselves either as runs girls or into stupid marriages.
RomanceRe: Is It Right To Marry Someone Baby Mama by 4ckz: 1:47pm On Jun 14, 2020
All our top ranking baby mama's, from Linda to Sophia to Mommy tife, do you see any guy going for their hands in marriage?

Do you want to be unfortunate?

I think it's better marrying a divorcee than a baby mama.

However this rule might not really apply to single moms who's children have been rejected by the father, but those ones their fathers are proud to announce that those women are their baby mama's, no go there.

The British prime minister called us fantastically corrupt, however that doesn't nullify the fact that Buhari called us lazy youths.
However, the above is not what I mean. There are far more corrupt countries and they still defend their name with all honor, but we keep selling ourselves low, painting ourselves black all over the internet.

I believe that we are doing a better job at destroying our reputation than the actual perpetrators of crimes abroad.

Your content is awesome but your title is misleading. The post is nothing about Nigeria vs South Africa. It is an internal issue. I guess that's what your first paragraph goes to clarify but then, not everyone would even open such a seemingly fruitless thread. Such title would only attract xenophobes.

Back to the issue at hand, I agree with you. I've come to learn that most people here who support outsiders to trash talk Nigeria have never left the country. They have no idea what life is like on the other side and therefore are misled to believe that it's greener everywhere else. Fact is, every country has its problems. Nigeria is heavily populated so everything is somewhat accentuated. The number of rich people will be high, the number of poor people will be high, the number well known names in the academia will be high, the number of criminals will be high, the number of musicians will be high, etc. This isn't an excuse cause there's really no excuse for crime. However, when you travel across Africa, you'll be glad you're Nigerian. While our government has become synonymous with corruption, we still have some level of stability and outlined power transition policies. Majority of other African countries still have power drunk dictators who have refused to leave the seat; some have handed over to thier sons. You think that is not a form of corruption? Talking about country-wide poverty, have you been to Central Africa? Like my friends here would say, Central Africa is the Africa the white man sees on tv. Even here in the Western world, we have serious racism to deal with. But people from these other countries remain patriotic to their country while fighting their leaders.

I think we can also put up a patriotic front while we fight out leaders internally for better leadership. Our actions should be geared towards positive outcome and I do not think any country has ever made serious progress in the past by joining outsiders to trash talk their country. In fact, you'd only be stigmatizing yourself and your country people. Funny how we turn around to complain about how we're perceived or treated out here.
Your submission is very interesting and I wish more people reasoning like you should contribute to this thread.
I would change the heading to better portray the message, the previous heading was kind-of a catfish.

The bolded should be a message to every Nigerian.
CrimeNigerians let's learn to defend our name more. by 4ckz(op):
The purpose of this thread is not to spur counter hate towards South Africans, rather it is to encourage Nigerians to be more patriotic and learn how to defend their country.

It always pains my heart when I read through Nairaland and Twitter, and when ever Nigerians are called out for Crime by South Africans, some very stupid Nigerians would come out saying Nigerians are criminals, some even more stupid ones would try pointing fingers to some tribes in Nigeria.
If you have ever been apologetic to the notion by South Africans that Nigerians are criminals, I want to tell you right now, "you dey craze, you no get sense".

If you would spare yourself 5mins to research on Google, you would know that South Africa has more crime rate than Nigeria. Infact, 9ja dey learn for the kyn crime wey dey SA. But, do Southafricans come out internationally to spoil the name of their country? No!
And you stupid lots would go online typing rubbish about your country, not knowing how negatively it would come back to bite you.

We should care less about what South Africans think about us, and focus on reducing the crimes in Nigeria and by Nigerians.

I don't blame him though, a government where the PA to the president can order the arrest of staffs of the first lady, I wonder if he really has as much say as the arrested staffs of the first lady.

RomanceRe: Your Husband Earns 100k A Month, How Much Do U Want Him To Give You As Allowance by 4ckz: 12:22pm On Jun 06, 2020
Op since you said marriage, I will answer you.

If my woman is a house wife, like she takes care of the house and kids and I go out working, I would have to place her on like 10-20k from the 100k, that's after deducting money for house maintenance. She is an adult, she needs money, and frankly since she is taking care of the house she deserves it.

If she is working like I do,which I pray for ( no one wanat a house wife these days), we devide the house work and the financial load. You can't work from 7-4 come back then start running around and I will do the same. Likewise, you can't leave me to pay rent, buy food, take care of the children school fees, it's your family as well as mine.
This sharing however doesn't have to be 50:50, who has more money can carry more but never above (70%) of the load, we can as well buy equipments to help with the chores and the chores should be conditioned to each person's time.

If I marry you and you work earn like 50k and I earn 150k, you must contribute something to the house!

To be honest both app and web developing, I was stuck between furthering my knowledge on web development, like learning higher stuff like jquery or sql or just looking a bit into app development like having a bit knowledge of Java and c++.

The issue I had to contend with is lack of motivation, I was already convincing myself that tech skills were useless to someone in the medical field.

Depending on the aspect of medical field and your interests:
1)Data Analysis, in which case you have to add python skills (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn libraries etc). This will be helpful in epidemiology /medical statistics related work.

2) Web App Development; django framework(if you choose python language) will come handy. You can build an electronic health records (EHR); an app for booking a medical appointment etc.

3) You can write programs to automate certain tasks or operations in your practice.

My area is Public Health. I have an app I'm still working on, though it's already deployed , that helps mothers/caregivers keep to appointments with their primary health care service providers.
Thanks, you don't know how much motivation this is.
I was already planning on stopping any thing coding, I thought it was useless to me.

RomanceRe: Funny Nightmare ( Wet Dream ) by 4ckz:
Let me break it down for you.

The old disgusting ladies you saw are a manifestation of demons in their true nature ,you were lucky, most times demons come in appealing ways, but you were shown their true nature.

The door was the escape route, this is understandable even to a mad man, and the bright light outside shows how bright your future is, and that was the obvious reasons the demons came after you (in such large number).
Yet again you were lucky to be shown your escape route, and you didn't need to struggle to find it.

The young attractive naked ladies signifies the appealing form demons go to and attack their preys, in this form they are hard to detect even to the vigilant spirits, and this is why they normally go to people on this form.
They switched to this form as soon as you opened the door in a bid to draw you back, and you fell for it.

The other ladies stood up and left as soon as you came back because they were highly disappointed in you. They came in group earlier because they expected a war from you but you were to easy to win over, even with the signs shown to you.

The final lady that had to do the do with you was disappointed as well, but someone has to get the job done.

Again, another sign was shown to you in the form of black the black kpekus. I can deduce that your guidance angle is a strong one to be able to reveal these signs overly and to do so in simple lay man terms. This black kpekus was meant to remind you that all isin't as it seems, but then again, you threw caution to the wind.

It was at this point that your guidance angel gave up on you. How can you repeatedly be so stupid?
He vexed and left you to enjoy your destiny siphoning process.

Your pastor coming, seeing you and then turning a blind eye, and yet calling the demon mother might just signify...
I don't want to say it out loud, but if their is little sense remaining in you, you should be able to know what I mean.

Looking for your clothes after the incidence was the spiritual marker that the siphoning was complete.

You find what you think were your clothes neatly pressed is classical demon move, giving you back a look alike of what you lost, and even presenting it in what seems like a better way, but it is just the opposite.

The cum on your boxers is a physical manifestation of the siphoning that occurred in the spiritual realm.

My advice to you, don't even bother seeking for help with all these businessmen pastors, you might as well use the small dough you have and be fvcking olosho.

covid2019:
As noted elsewhere in my previous thread: https://www.nairaland.com/5829221/build-small-house-now-keep, I have been seriously considering building a house, but after a few inquiries and inspections, I discovered that I could only afford a land and build in remote area in my state.

The effect is that my neighbours and everyone in my vicinity will be of low income or lower middle class. This effect is seen in churches, schools etc around there too.

Personally, I don't care about this but my elder brother will not allow me to rest. According to him, "Nigga, you like village too much, leave that place," he is of the opinion that I should even leave the state entirely-- he is New York based anyway.

NOW, these thoughts have been in my subconscious mind, having subliminal effects on me.

Considering, that this great forum has people from all walks of life, I have decided to bring this issue here: TO WHAT EXTENT DOES ONE'S RESIDENT ENVIRONMENT AFFECT HIM especially with regard to finance.

Should I forget about building now-- since I can only afford to build in a remote area now-- and rent in a highbrow, upscale area?

What are the advantages or disadvantages of living among the rich.

Thanks.
No one ever regrets having a house, apart from the rent free state, bad as e reach tomorrow, no one will chase you from your house, and this is the only investment that never depreciates, always appreciating exponentially.

Put 25million into a landed property today, in less than 5 yrs, the worth can be up to 100m.

No go do pass yourself bro, it's a battle of expensive living vs moderate living
Spending vs Investing
Home insecurity vs home security.

RomanceRape, A Thing Of Pride? by 4ckz(op): 8:00pm On Jun 03, 2020
This is a sincere question coming from my heart, being (or calling yourself) a rape victim, is it now a thing of pride?

I have seen the trends; since 2018, a guy has raped 72 girls (in the same vicinity), another 24 (the same vicinity), but why haven't they been reported since?
To answer this question, they come out and say it is not easy reporting rape, citing the trauma they go through, how it is hard to do so then because of the stigma and shame.
So I ask, from 2018 till now, have stigma and shame just evaporated since then?
Or, is it that now, being a rape victim is now a thing of pride?

One case that still gives me the chills whenever I think about it is the case of the father accused to rape two of his daughters by the wife, in which case we later got to know that the wife leveled such allegations because she had issues with the spouse?
I was and is till triggered by this case, because I know that if I were there at the point of allegation, I won't waste any time listening to any explanation by the man.
Why, go to such extent?
Is being a rape victim now a thing to be so proud of that we can now hang it around the small shoulders of little kids?

The trend kept getting weirder and weirder still, it has jumped to celebs, from oluwadolarz to perruzzi, to D'banj.
Why now?
Why wait for a trend?
Don't you see how so much we have forgotten the case of Uwa, and this accusations have led us to another series of gender war. It makes us forget about the cases that demand urgent attention and then focus on these ones because Celebs are involved.
I ask again, why now?
Is being, raped now a thing of pride?

I wonder why the people that are actually false accusers are not made example of?
Ronaldo, Neymar all settled, but we didn't get to know of the penalties these women faced.

When wrongfully accused, it's always a fight to clear your name and not to punish someone whom have put your reputation to question and in extreme cases, might have put you in jail or got you killed in this country that jungle justice abounds.

I am confused as fvck when ever reading through these accusations and tantrums, God forbid that I label someone a Criminal just because of some whatsapp texts or tweets. It is now really hard for me to take these accusations seriously, and God forbid that it will lead me to a point where I wouldn't help an actual rape victim because of the stupidity of other girls, who now make me to take every allegation with a pinch of salt.

I have now come to the conclusion that being a rape victim, or falsely calling yourself a rape victim is now the new woke, and it's now something to be proud of.

Peace!

you are so on point! Men have kept quiet for too long due to fear of people like the OP and like you rightly said being termed rape apologists. The result is that women have seized the opportunity to play the victim. I remember how one of my teachers back in sec sch was sacked and disgrace over a rape allegation which was found to be untrue after several months.
Exactly!

Rape is just a sensitive issue which women tend to always judge from the point of emotions rather than logic. We have seen the trend; Ronaldo, Neymar, Coza pastor.
As a male, as soon as you are accused for rape, you are labeled a rapist before proper conviction.

I got so mad few days ago when Genevieve Nnaji (sadly a rape victim) labeled all Men potential rapists and everyone including the stupid male celebs where applauding her. Uche Jombo even said "if you are triggered by Genevieve's post, you are a rapist" and everyone applauded her.

No single male celebrity spoke against this and the few brave men that countered it were attacked even by a higher number of stupid-ass males who want to be socially correct.

People don't just know the power of these small narratives, with time, they'll grow up to become a social standard, and by then any male accused of rape, will be found guilty even before the matter is properly looked into.

Rape is a crime! We know. Every criminal should be dealt with, but well in accordance to the law.
