hmmn, what is really weird about this season is it could all go tits up for this nuccas coming to air their smelly mouths here.

UTD next set of matches are liverpool at anfield and Citeh. by the end of that run quite possibly the myth of the new "barca beating" Utd attack could have well been dispelled.

this time last year the press was lining up to give the trophy to the chavs.
all u opta guys should post the league table this time last year, chelsea was scoring for fun. Utd was drawing games like it was the vogue thing to do.

we all know how it ended. there is a long way to go. KEEP THE FAITH GUNNERS

erm ok. startimes wants u tp pay 1k for MTV base, 1 Serie A match per week and another MCS sports channels that show old matches from various club channels, and nickelodeon

grin grin grin grin grin

mcheew, i wonder who the dummies that cooked up that idea were at their office.

id rather not watch those channels than pay 1k extra. instead make the mumu's simply increase the sub to like 1.5k across board jeje for the new stations. everyone witha startime decoder will pay 1.5k, instead they added extra 1k for mundane channels which only 1 in 5 customers will pay for

maths and strategy is obviously not their strong point, them self wan do "premium". mcheew

Mr Opta (coogar) at this rate, you will quote opta for how many times u were in the sack with your wife.

keep quoting convenient stats, i see u purposely omit the ones that belie your point.

duduspace:
Secondly, I mentioned last season that there has always been a tendency with this team to do just enough to get by, there has always been an attitude of doing one's bit and leaving others to do theirs and the players don't cover for each other. I think that has made a lot of players who aren't naturally self motivating a bit more lazy and I'm talking about the players who lose concentration easily or don't respond to the emergence of danger often enough once they feel they've done their bit. Some of those players have left but some remain while some new ones are being added into the mix. I mean the likes of Clichy, JD, Arshavin and now Ramsey, some of Gerv's actions on Sunday gave me concern but for now I'll put it down to possibly fitness, he could have done a lot more to close down Walker higher up even though not one Arsenal player believed Szczesny wouldn't catch that ball possibly.
dude, i always find it weird when you come up with statements like the above. summarise it for yourself in one word, or synonyms of that word.

laziness; indolence;indiscipline; lackadaisical attitude; . . . . . . . . . . . . .

i know we prolly didnt spell it out so explicitly, but some of us were complaining about indiscipline etc, why then were you arguing so vehemently?
if you can detect the above in the team, how come those in charge cannot? and on whose table(s) does the buck stop?

or have you joined the association of transformer huggers who are always bellyaching? has your football knowledge also deserted you? i ask cos thats what you folks said when we said practically what you said above!

duduspace:
If the system is repeatedly failing as its done so far this season, then individuals have to step up and take responsibility while systemic issues are sorted, that is unfortunately what I've not seen this season and why I'll be on the back of people like Ramsey and Djorou. There are games where skills and systems fail and where mental strenght and a strong spirit or just basic hustle helps you through and more importantly you should not be adding to the problems of your team mates by not being at your best or just being content doing your bit at a time like this.
NOBODY, does the "extra" out of simple inventive thought. students of psychology will tell you that every person needs a reason to give extra, no matter how mundane. how many employees will shed a drop of extra sweat for an employer/superior they have no motivation to do so for?

despite being labelled a hero worshipper, i would like to recant again, in todays football it takes a special breed of coach (fill in your choice name) to get average footballers to give extra and sacrifice for the team and ultimately the coach. since we started majoring in average players, we have gone down steadily.

argument could be made that when it was rosy, we had average too, but we didnt have MAJORITY average then and truth be told, they were not way average compared to the rest of the league, they made the league 11 easily

its a different thing when all u have is 11 world class players in a team.

gone are those days at arsenal. the buck stops where huh

duduspace:
We all have different opinions over players but I'm sure Diaby would not lose the ball as much as Ramsey did on Saturday and his off the ball work is a lot better. I'm looking forward to a MF of Diaby/Arteta/Song sometime after the International break.
story story. tell it to the marines. better bring out your archives of diabolical's games for arsenal and take a look again. diaby and losing possession are synonyms. there is a reason he was named diabolical and it wasn't cos of own goals or bad goalkeeping

dont understand what u see in all this crap players sef.

Excuse me but if I say a goalie in a supposed top 4side in England let's in goals at a rate of 2.3goals a game, would you contest the fact that he's not top draw?you must be a pillock.
by accusing a soft-pawed goalie who let's in goals on a regular basis, am I saying anything false about him? Love it or not, stats hardly lie.
So you now agree your defence is rubbish. But You folks here hailed Wenger as a genius when he signed Per and not a few people up in here felt your defensive problems were over.Dayokanu said he was too slow to defend properly, but one plonker said he'd been capped 70-ish times by Germany therefore DK was talking rubbish. Now the goals are still coming in and your first port of blame is your defense.
yeah, continue nitpicking, what ever rocks ur bad belle boat.

i just hope u will be this insightful and forthright when we pull up stats that show how much of pile of poo ur club/players are during this season. besides i believe the stats also show that your team has let the opposition have more shots at goal than any other. going by that we can safely say your team's midfield and defence is basically rubbish and have been living off a potent attack and luck.

does that conclusion sound logical to you? cos thats what the stats say

its WIFI only, just like the nook color.

whilst its not a total deal breaker for me, (i can mifi with my fone), it is for the absolute majority of pple in nigeria.

plus just 8gb? with no expandable storage. and it wont be developer friendly too coso of the absence of SD card. one would need a pc everytime to do anything and recovery will be difficult in the event of mishaps.

so its a niche device, its primarily a reader with fancy bells and whistles and some color.

Regular watchers of the hilarious Manuel Almunia will be amused to note that the two goals he conceded on his West Ham debut on Saturday came from Palace's only two shots on target.

dudu said we cant do a 13th. well. , . . . . . . .
going by the pattern set early and likely to continue given the unfortunate injury situation, i did the following calculation.

points to be dropped grin grin
chelsea=6
manutd=3
Liverpool=3
spurs=1 (HOPEFULLY)
stoke city=(4 hopefully)

the Odd relegation bound teams who do the usual at emirates=9

equals 25. excluding the odd draws if you are a pessimist.

we have 31x 3 =93 pts left to fight for. minus 25= 68pts

ok, for now thats top 10 grin grin grin grin grin

personally, if we dont make CL, id rather we dont make the cup too. its a waste of time and rubbish to play in, plus the number of games and the travelling and timing can only do us further harm

coded guy:
A very truthful post.

This is surely a pathetic team, the first team player who also has not been perfoming well suddenly gets injured and they they expect the bencher to step up. Always expecting that because they expect someone to step up he will step up. we all know what the results have been for the past 6/7 years with this strategy and they are still doing the same thing again. This is pathetic to say the least.

You still expect the ramsey that was giving away the ball in dangerous places is the one that would carry THE ARSENAL to the promise land. SMH

You will be fighting relegation at that time and those 2 wont be able to do diddly squart tongue
hmmn, well lets just say at times u have the insight of a tortoise grin

funny thing is i went over the highlights and spurs had a field day down the right when sagna was present too, so blaming jenkinson aint exactly fair, besides Bale has take numerous "senior players" to the cleaners to with that pace

StarBoard:
And Cheesy has conceded 16 EPL goals already.Let in 8 vs Man.Utd.
Yet he was so up to the task he got beat by a shot from 2days earlier.
Some goalie
now you are being grossly blinkered. whilst watching the match yesterday i was saying that the boy's performances have not been given credit esp because of the crappy defence in front of him. he has practically been one of the best performers this season, but like you UTd farts are given so much to the "stats" surely any credit is eroded by the sheer number of goals he has conceded.

he has had a very good season so far. do u realise how much worse it would have been with almunia in goal?

Funny thing about this is that a friend of mine with a GLO Modem has a similar problem, He doesn't get any network on when he plugs his modem in, but the GLO router at my office still works fine.

West Ham United have signed goalkeeper Manuel Almunia on an initial one-month emergency loan from Arsenal after he slipped down the pecking order at the Emirates.
Almunia, 34, has arrived to cover for current West Ham No. 1 Robert Green, who faces around six weeks out with a knee cartilage injury.

Hammers boss Sam Allardyce told West Ham TV: "We've been hot on the phone and secured an excellent signing in the short-term in Manuel Almunia from Arsenal. It's a big 'thank you' again to Arsene Wenger and Arsenal for allowing us to get such a high-class and experienced goalkeeper to come in and fill-in for Robert for the time being.

"I think he hasn't had as many games at Arsenal as he would have liked so he wants to play first-team football at the end of the day.

"We hope that huge amount of experience he has had at Arsenal and the football he has played on a regular basis will stand us in good stead here at West Ham and more and more clean sheets will come from his presence in goal. That will obviously help us to secure more victories while Robert is out."
this nucca must prolly be drunk already, just look at the bolded.

i read this, and its supposed to be direct quotes. i just had to start laughing.

Kroenke told the Daily Telegraph: "Maybe it is one of those times when we have to work our way through, maybe with some young players.

"Arsene has been really good at developing these guys, people like Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jack Wilshere.

"There are some really good players that Arsene thinks can be special.

"Sometimes you go through periods like that.

"Arsene's our man. As an owner, that's who we put our confidence in."

Kroenke also insists it is up to the Frenchman how long he wants to continue as manager at the Emirates Stadium.

He said: "With Arsene, it's his decision and only he will know that.

"He still maintains himself in tremendous physical shape. You have to have stamina and energy.

"Arsene has great energy and that will always be his decision."

Fabregas' protracted move back to Barcelona finally came to fruition this summer when the Spain midfielder switched to the Nou Camp in a £35million deal.

Fabregas arrived at Highbury as a teenager in 2003 and Kroenke revealed the decision to not stand in the former captain's way was down to the manager, as was Nasri's departure for Manchester City.

"That was between Arsene and him," the American added. "I like the kid but I'm not going to change his mind.

"Arsene made the decision.

"If we wanted to be really hard about it, we could have done but Arsene believed that it was the right way to do it.

"I also get it on Nasri."

"If we didn't do something on Nasri people would be looking at us next summer and saying, 'Why didn't you do this?'

"We bought in a lot of resources that we can use on other players.

"I honestly didn't make the decision on Nasri.

"Of course the board talks about these things but at the end of the day, that's for Arsene."
the only thing i can say is, LAWD, is it a criteria at arsenal to be full of bullshyte?  grin grin grin grin grin

If CU is allowed to go away wit this, den very soon students may be discriminated by their hiv status, skin colour(albino), tribe and the likes, Wht message ar they sendin to livin faith xtians and muslims who live in the same neigbourhood, Its unfair, unconstitutional, ungodly, unconventional, uncivilised, divisive and it clearly shows dat CU cannot cope wt modern realities,
does the constitution allow religious organisations and bigots to start schools run in religious mode?
does the constitution afford the right to practice a religion and practice it in a way u deem fit?

how come you have all suddenlywoken up to see the idiocy of giving so much leeway to you pastors, imams, and religious organisations.
how many alleluias have u shouted today? or allahu akbar? (cos i have to be balanced here)

islamrules:
What is cat doing in the lake. When it get drown, it will blame the fish.

Whenever a muslim in a christian school get offended religiously, he blame bigotry.

Why cant cat leave water for the fish ?

Last month,

A muslim family were beaten and molested by American police.

Why?
This family went to a gymn and it is written on the wall of the place, that headties, scarfs, caps, hats are not allowed.

These muslims family went with Hijab/nicab and the authority told them to leave or remove the hijab.

These muslims started quarelling with these officials and labeled them bigot (your language now meaning anti-islam).

Whereas they read the instruction before going in.

Police came to stop them, they transfered these anger on the police, and the police called for backup.

"Bigot" is a word being misused to protect islam
.
i doubt if islam needs protection. its doing fine all by its self, and of course a few exploding turbans and underpants grin grin grin
Education › Re: Muslim Students Denied Admission At Oyedepo’s Covenant University by 4llerbuntu(m): 10:14am On Sep 30, 2011
the school prolly shouldnt have. thats one "soul" lost for christ grin grin grin grin grin grin

but, are the muslims going to start M.S.S., and build a mosque or set aside a space to pray 5 times a day right in the middle of a church owned, religious bigot populated and administered school?

when at the beginning we spoke out against this stoopid idea of privately run schools being run in the mould of CU and Redeemers etc, we were shouted down. shey u can now see the result?

I feel pity for religious types. your lives are simply a confused mess.

THE SCHOOL SHOULD ADMIT THE BOI SHARPLY. let somebody introduce division and rancour sharply. they are having it too easy sef.

there is no reason why Covenant University/ Redeemers University should not have the following.

1. A mosque with a large minaret and a very loud loudspeaker for calling adhan
2. Male students with long beards and 3/4 length shorts called trousers.
3. Female students in Hijab/full Ninja
4. special provision for halal foods for the muslims
5. at the regular programmes, the pastor should lead the prayers, then an IMAM should also recite whatever it is they recite.
6. lectures must be halted at regular intervals to enable the muslim student observe their prayers.
7. open air crusades by both christian and muslim sects, obviously with full permission to "attack" the unbelievers

pls help me fill in the rest.

but then i also need to ask this questions:

1. why is the NASFAT run school not a viable option? do they have cults there? is the education there substandard?

2. what would the parents say if they discover after a session that their much loved son is converted to a bible thumping christian with blazing fervour? (those types are usually the best grin grin grin grin)

3. Does the school run by NASFAT admit christian students? if so, are they afforded the full rights to exercise their religious beliefs?

i find it amusing that the parents are fighting tooth and nail to go put their son in a christian school.
i believe i have heard that the dress code is stipulated, religious activities mandated etc? those are according to christian ethos i believe

that is what those schools are CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS, and they are run in that mould.
