i downloaded a mp3 and i tried to add it to my library, and since then banshee and rhythmbox have been crashing religiously
i deleted the mp3, which though worked fine in vlc and xbmc and have also tried purging both banshee and rhythmbox and re-instaling but to no avail

i put Linux Mint 9 in all its greeness on a partition @ work and it worked fine. . . . . till today when i found after the splash screen it goes blank and stays blank!!

i havent installed the drivers for the ATI graphics in it so im guessing thats whats up. need to do sumtin else i format, which i really dont wanna

i think the ish started cos i messed with the startup manager thingy and changed grub resolution. other than that i cant think of a reason why its acting up cos it worked fine for like 3 days

@ george d, one more reason i seem to like the startimes thing is that i get to watch my local stations in clear pictures. i dont live in mainstream lagos perse so to get clear analog pics no matter the antenna i buy is kinda difficult. but as long as they get on startimes im cool. u need see Stv in digital picture quality. . . fantastic

i go out, dont get me wrong, but say around the evening to my JOB as the neighborhood cool spot manager and live wire and get back around 12 midnite to see my lovely wife and kids in bed, or at times all night especially weekends!!

i sleep with my wife once every week on sunday evening if i am not too tired from the weekend activities.

i also generally cannot afford to give my wife money (she works too and i often tell her to help with the expenses) afterall im not SUPERMAN!!!

my wife also complains all the time about not having sex and my not meeting the bills but i really think she should help out by understanding and accepting the situation afterall, im the head of the neighborhood recreational spot, it takes time and unfortunately most of the money i make.

i try to help out with house chores like minding the baby when i wake in the afternoons but im really no good with them. i also cant cook or wash or sweep to save my life so im really not that useful in that regard. BUT I TRY HARD OOO!!!
