And Delta State receive a whopping 21 Billion Naira a month from the Federation account. Highest allocation in the country as majority of other states get 4billion to 6 Billion Naira a month.

There's no justification for stealing. Begging is even more honourable to stealing.
In the traditional Nigerian society, everyone is accounted for and nobody goes hungry.
There's no way I will be eating when I know my kinsman hasn't eaten for days.
Nobody dies of hunger then.

Everyone knows the problem of each one and a child is seen as a communal property. So if I see your child misbehaving in public, I have the right to correct and guide and you will even thank me for that.
Everybody was hardworking then. Where you see bet9ja? A man provides land for each of his sons to farm and feed from.

Nowadays very few care about your welfare. 'To each his own' mentality has taken over as can be seen in the prison yard type of fences that would give Michael Scofield a run for his money.


Let's change our mentality. Morales should be imbibed in every child right from birth. Train your child well to avoid situations like this and let's act according to the golden rule.
