I pray Zenith does not recall him....and he wins his case (if he has a good Lawyer).
If Zenith comes to their senses and recall him, they have already damaged his reputation and would need to do more than recall him, to repair the damage.
At this point, Zenith has fouled the law.
What evidence do they have, that the man is guilty of the offence?
Do they have a Court Judgement in their possession, as of the day of the sacking, to back-up their decision?
If Zenith claims that "the man's action is damaging to their reputation", it means they have concluded that he is guilty of attempted murder!
Since the case is yet to be heard by the court, it means Zenith has assumed the authority and competence of the Court!
It means Zenith is second-guessing the Judge of the Court.
It means Zenith is forcing the hand of the Judge, to decide the case in their way.
That is a serious offence of Contempt of Court.

So, l pray Zenith dont recall him because their Head of HR may likely go to jail for contempt of court (or whoever signed the letter of dismissal).
It also means that Zenith Bank will be guilty of wrongful dismissal - Gbeese!
It means that if he is discharged and acquitted), Zenith is guilty of Slander and defamation of character - Another Gbeese!

Infact, this guy would make enough money of Zenith (exemplary and punitive damages, his accrued income and gratuity) that he would live well for the rest of his life.
But he needs to sell his car and get a very good Lawyer first. As-in a very, very smart Lawyer.
First thing is to IMMEDIATELY COUNTER SUE the Wife and the Boyfriend for Assault.
He should then sue the Boyfriend again, for Trespass (because his wife's hiuse, is also his house, as long as they are still married and there is no Court order barring him from the venue!).
Finally, since all the cases are related, he should insist to the court that they be heard at the same time!

That is how to do "battle" in court.

If her parents divorced early on in her life and are bitter towards each ither and her mother raised her to be bitter towards men in general then yes, it can be a problem for you. She might project that bitterness into your relationship and you find yourself fighting battles you know nothing about.

Then again if her parents divorced when she was well grown up she might harbour fears of the same thing halpening to her and might carry baggages into her relationships that might put you on the defence all the time.

Then again she might see her parents divorce as a challenge that hers should not end the same way and thus she woukd be kinder and more caring and long-suffering to achieve this goal.

So how do you know if her parent's divorce has affected her positively or negatively? By studying her very well. Try not to get carried away by the euphoria of your feelings towards her. Euphoria does not last. One day your eyes will clear. So push the euphoria down and study her behaviour properly. Ask pertinent questions, observe her way of resolving conflicts. Does she like the same things you like? Do both of yoh have similar goals in life? Do both of you have the same religious beliefs, do both if you share the same beliefs in the roles a man and a woman ought to play in marriage(submission, 50-50, etc). From her actions is this girl the one you want to be the mother of your children? How does she dress? Who are her friends?

All these will paint an idea of the kind of person she is, and if she fits your spec then you are good to go.

Two months is too soon for them to be worried about having babies. They need to have sex during her fertile period. She needs to know when she is ovulating. Due to his rough past, he may need to do a semen analysis or sperm count to ensure everything is as it should be. They ought to be having sex regularly at least three times a week for about a year.

She ain't no graduate but the loves me and made lotta sacrifices for me you know. She changed me. I was written off no body think me will make it.some think me would have been dead right about now. Feel me. She remodeled me, I went back to school, we planned business , I invested cash I would have otherwised partied with. We managed it and later built a limited liability company from it. That is paying our bills till date though I now run it while she is a full time wife and on salary. And today I am a graduate and a professional to have 3 jobs in 3 different companies in Nigeria working part time at my convenience. Plus managing the side biz.
She made me the envy of my family.
You see ?.But that rough life still lurks at times. So I try hard to contail it but it's difficult.
So when I married her, I vowed I won't cheat on her. I get tempted a whole lot but I still struggle to keep my vow.
