LadyMercedes: All because of Tribal Marks?
[s]It may sound impossible, but don't pay attention to what people say about you[/s]. To me, as long as you're not [s]feeding me, clothing me, putting a roof over my head, [/s]or shagging me, I really don't give a rat's ass what you think of me.
[s]Who cares if you have tribal marks? Why should you let that determine how happy you should be? What of people who have no sight, or who have no legs and hands? There's more to life that mere physical appearance, you know. At the end of it all, we would all end up 6 feet under.[/s]
If you don't see anything valuable about yourself, no one else will.
Cheers! Sorry, sorry, just learning how to change font size and cancel text. Got it...got it! Thanks |

carammel: So you have inferiority complex because of tribal marks?
Well,I dunno where you came from, but if you are Yoruba, there are more than enough Yoruba women with tribal marks and they are doing just fine. You are the only person that can help yourself,be proud of your look and never allow anyone look down on you,a man would love you for you and the good thing you have to offer while he overlooks your tribal mark.
I will seek the permission of my sis inlaw to upload her picture, she is very beautiful,a pharmacist with nice accent and married to a handsome man with kids, she even did shakara in her single days.
Come out of your shell and stop wallowing in self pity please. Finish Complete The end Thread closed. |

emtebe: Please friends i need your advise on this issue. I have a girlfriend we have been dating since four years now and also we have been staying together since early last year, but she always have guys number on her phone even she is dating them as well, have been complaining about this issue since last two years,i even change her line but that one won't stop her. Just of recent someone send love message to her,i now call the person because the phone was with me when the message came ,i call the guy and explain things to him but he change it say rubs words,he even tell me that he funk my girlfriend more than i do he even say am not the only one dating her. What now pains me now is if i ask of sex from her,i will have to beg her like a new born baby. I later told my girlfriend that have called the guy, u won't believe she change it with me. I just reported similar issue to her mother last week but it seem it like doing. Please i really need your advise? Hmmm. First of all, lesbian relationships are very complicated. You are a lesbian, right? Cos your moniker indicates you are female. You both sound very young and not yet ready to settle down. I say accept the reality, she's cheating on you and not being faithful. You should move on, your broken heart will mend and someday you will come to like heterosexual relationships and find a man who loves you enough to want to marry you and you'll look back on this lesbian relationship and laugh about it. It is well. |

Will she be the type that has the mentality that this is the opportunity of a lifetime to run away into obodo-oyibo and never return? Is there any understanding with her family that they r taking her abroad? And at who's risk? Its not just "yes, dont discriminate, take care of her, etc. ", what kind of a person is she? |

bukatyne: @OP: Yes
However, in light of mysticgal's submissions, a husband cannot be prosecuted for raping his wife neither can a wife be prosecuted for raping her husband.
Although, if any party sustained physical injury during the act, the perpetrator can be charged with assault/battery. At this point u would want to separate Morals from Legality. |

mysticgal: Lady, there is a probability you are not in Nigeria but if you are and claim to be a lawyer, then you don't know your onions and you are outdated in the practice of law, so I suggest, you go back to case laws and the criminal code which for now reigns supreme... And I advice, before giving or dishing out such crap you think you know, research and then serve because you never know who reads it
And I never said what I said because it was what I think, rather it is what I know... I have joined a senior counsel to court on a case bordering on marital rape and you know what marital rape is not criminalized in Nigeria... So beware of what the heck you say. Lemme refer you to section 1 of the interpretation section of the criminal code, section 6 of the criminal code and 357 of the criminal code and beautifully calm down and read this https://www.google.com.ng/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://iiste.org/Journals/index.php/JAAS/article/viewFile/25622/26274&ved=0ahUKEwiQo9iasYTQAhWEAsAKHRHwAb8QFggaMAA&usg=AFQjCNHw9mdSX9eiol8_cS9Clrvh-pQQnQ&sig2=DZfY9fa4WcVjfVlH2uG7Zw
Have an inspired day ahead
CC.. Teespice and 5minsmadness Lol, leave these people, they will never admit they are wrong even if you prove it to them. Coming from another angle. (my angle). 1. On the natural average men have a higher libido than women. So men woukd most times want sex more often than their wives. In countries where marital rape has been legalised does this not translate to marital sex being only for the benefit of the female? Since most times it is the male that does the asking, is it not an unfair constraint on the malefolk? 2. You seem to be speaking on the context of religion, may i remind you that even under law a married couple have become one and hence rape cannot occur in this case either? 3. If a man forcefully has his way with his wife and women are screaming rape, is it not also justice that any woman who takes money from her husband's wallet without his permission or uses his credit card without his consent or willingness or strongarming or lying to the husband to obtain financial favours from him is in fact guilty of theft/robbery abd should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law? |

edwife: Yea maybe favorable for men but not for women...
Women had no say when or how they will get married, they didn't even see their supposed spouses until wedding day Aw c'mon, this isnt true. Dont know how i missed it. Of course both spouses knew who they were going to marry and woukd have caught a glimpse of each other at the stream or farm or village square. And yes, women/daughters had a say. They also had a chance of being refused but this did not happen often. Same with the men. Marriages weren't arranged on childish sentiment but on grounds of best productivity. |

Billiondoe: What are the characteristics of a good marriage, am 25 and single and staying in a relationship is like world war 2... seems like love is not all it takes... am in a relationship with a 27yr old man and we r In love and we are both university graduates but I dont think we can make it to the alter cos it's a different drama everyday, never caught him cheating and he respects me but his family controls a better part of him and he isn't ready for marriage anytime soon and I have this ex who is very willing all I have to do is tell him am ready and am no longer in a relationship, he is rich and has different cars and houses but am not so into him but he loves me for sure.... Marry the rich guy. In a few years all the love-love wont matter. |

baby124: Lmaooooo. So the balls get stuck on your tighs and you sit on it too? You can't make this stuff up. Many jokes will come out of this. Like "oga have a seat, mind your balls o" The pain is legendary. You see a well suited up man go up to the podium and have a seat, at the last minute he miscalculates and sits on his family jewels. But he cant jump up cos then everyone will know, right? And he cant scream out in pain neither. so you see him cautiously adjust with a fake smile plastered to his face while his eyes drain watery tears of agony and perchance some one beside him asks whats the matter he goes "MMmmmHHhmmm" "Mhhhhmmmm" cos he really cant talk cos of the pain and anyway all he is thinking right now is if he'll ever be able to have kids again... |
