I have been in a relationship with my girlfriend since September 2019. I intend to marry her.

However, you are incorrect in mixing up or confusing sexual incompatibility with sexual denial... It is possible to be sexually turned off by someone whether or not they willing. This is well documented and proven time and time. Look it up.
