Descartes: Any attack on any of the States in the Eastern Region will be a nail in the coffin of this dubious MarriageIt will be the real incentive to part ways. |
If you do that to her, it would really be mean to say the least brother. She had worked hard to keep herself all along and then you came around and convinced her to do it at 25. If you believe in repentance, then you should also believe that both of you can repent. You may need some distance or modifications of the relationship. But to suddenly feel you can open a new page with a new unused girl since you had nothing to lose....come on! Stay with the relationship if you love her, leave her if you don't and really try not to hurt good ladies this much. One day you will get married and the girl you decide to love might not be a virgin. Allow good girls remain good and engage only when you have good plans for them. |
"Deflowering" please! |
These foreign company divestitures are not necessarily good indications. The energy industry is still very active and continual sell offs in any region usually indicates unfavorable business environment or uninsurable risks. Let's hope the local content initiative and indigenous ownership can be steered rightly for local growth. |

It quite funny how a fish could grow specific interest in such a body part. http://patch.com/michigan/rochester/woman-catches-fish-with-reputation-for-taste-for-testicles#.U9ZRx7GlcsA |
What about the people who sat next to the man on the plane? Nigeria.........always slow and reactive. Let's hope no one got it from him because I am of the opinion that we cannot properly manage an epidemic. |
No source? |
When Kumuyi started, TV was not allowed, today where are we? Seems the word of God has adjusted a bit. Then, his daughter's sleeveless wedding gown compared to the Amish inspired gowns worn by brides from his flock. If all these pastors could do more than just talk, Nigeria would be a mile hence. But how can we get better? With pastors being as corrupt as politicians...from Okotie's 120m naira Rolls Royce to their private jets, we see you all. |
What material is this kitchen made of? Do you have more designs? Is your granite top cut here or imported already cut? Thanks |
May he rest in peace. On a lighter note, if there is judgement after death and he is asked to start with how he got there, the laugh will not be small... "I was watching the match and the next thing, Man U conceded a goal and even lost the match....." This guy was already on the brink. |
Relationships can be risky especially when those involved are young. They often turn out to be short termed, strenuous, wasteful and many times leave the love birds' feelings for each other worse off than they were before they started. So, OP, sometimes it's the inertia against taking a leap of faith with a well liked friend at the risk of losing it all thereafter. You will end up dating fewer people than you know and will marry only one or two so the odds are really against the girl and knowing that there is no easy break up, sometimes smart girls just want to keep the friends they have and take those chances with the 'strangers' until they are reasonably sure it will end well. Also, once you have been labeled a friend, it's sometimes tough for them make a successful switch to having romantic feelings for you. It's that same part of your brain that normally prevents you from having such feelings for distant relatives. I tried this with a friend while in school but she warned me that if we didn't go far in dating, it would be too difficult to settle back at what we had. I later found out she was right. |
RIP dear. May all those who knew you find consolation for your loss. Go rest with the angels and start now that journey we will all embark on someday. Adieu. |

Besides her Chats and Calls, you might need help to get into her mails as well. I am just wondering, if I leave my phone, I must be around the house or taking a short walk. |
keep your private life away from the press and public if you want to enjoy your home. |
He used wrong words and was judged for the wrong act. He apologized and was also judged for an empty apology. Now he has made an attempt at restitution by making an apology and a useful donation to the offended and he is still judged. Well, some people would still have to go & ... after all. |
Stop being suspicious. Welcome to the internet age. I sometimes look for local China sites to get good deals. Enjoy his time and stop wondering about his mission on Nairaland. @ OP, I have about 9 Russian colleagues, few based in Sakhalin. An uncle is also married to a Russian. Nice people to know...especially if you can DRINK! |
tope56: I came out with third class but I never allow it to weight me down I didn't even tell my friends except my course mate so that hey will not discourage me and thank God today those that came out with first class are working under me.Glad it doesn't "weight you down" |
Nigerians and desperate measures.....Nigerian girls are all around UAE now. Soon, we might have VISA issues. Just a matter of time. |
My condelence to all those going through this challenge. Wishing that you all experience the joy of having your own kids. In addition to the mitigation steps most of you have listed, adequate stress management is also key. Stress is deadly and can seriously reconfigure our bodies in more ways than we know. Stress and poor diets are very important factors to look into. All the best! |
leggo: tomorrow we'll hear that Nigeria was mentioned in a poem. mumu patriots just hyping shitt.. so a whiteman mentioned Nigeria in a speech and we are supposed to have an 0rgasm?? lolYou are truly a Lego. |
I do wish to state that this is not an opportunity for political fanaticism and that JFK stands in our memories as one of the most admired presidents of the USA. Today being the 50th anniversary of his assassination, gives me another opportunity to celebrate one of the most developed democracies in the history of mankind, remember the fallen heroes like JFK who helped develop it and hope with all eagerness that we will someday celebrate a much more advanced level of governance here in Nigeria. A few weeks ago, U.S senator, Ted Cruz of Texas made his unwelcome joke saying that "the new Affordable Care Act exchange Website of the U.S. was being run by Nigerian email scammers". Could this inclusion of a Nigerian perspective to the JFK event 50 years ago in Dallas be some form of atonement? Find speech details below and reference to Nigeria in penultimate paragraph! "A new era dawned and another waned a half century ago when hope and hatred collided right here in Dallas. We watched the nightmarish reality that in our front yard our President had been taken from us, taken from his family, taken from the world. President John Fitzgerald Kennedy’s presidency – his life and yes, his death – seemed to mythologically usher in the next fifty years to come. What ensued was five decades filled with other tragedies, turmoil, and great triumphs. We were all very young… our lives, our hopes and dreams in front of us. Dallas was very young as well, barely a century old. And given the nature of youth we all felt invincible. Well, it seems that we all grew up that day, city and citizens, and suddenly we had to step up to trying to live up to the challenges of the words and visions of a beloved, yet now late president. Our collective hearts were broken. Like so many of us who were too young to fullycomprehend, I remember being called into the school gymnasium, told the terrible news, and told to go home. Stunned civic leaders at the Trade Mart luncheon awaited a president who would never arrive. Crowds prayed outside Parkland Hospital. Traffic stopped in cities as the news spread from car to car. And the world grieved with us as word went forth. Newspapers reported that flags were lowered to half-staff around the globe. Germans on both sides of the Berlin Wall placed lit candles in their windows. And in Africa, an eight-year-old Nigerian girl, awoken in the middle of the night with the news, proceeded to recite the entire Inaugural Address from memory, as her father wept. While the past is never in the past, that was a lifetime ago......." Sources: http://www.dallasnews.com/news/jfk50/reflect/20131122-remarks-by-dallas-mayor-mike-rawlings.ece |

Lagos can be fun and lovely to live in. It all depends on where life has you placed. |
Some pictures would help. In marketing, appearance makes a lot of difference. Having said that....it's always a huge challenge to compete against cheap labour and low production cost of Asian substitute products. Good luck. |
toluleke: Only.a fool would leave HIS house on fire and go ahead to visit a Neighbour...Only a fool would refuse to take healthy breaks from the constant fires in Nigeria. |
I experienced same with Emirates in Dubai back in 2010. This is significant partly because its a risky incident but mainly because we have had enough with the wishy-washy state of the Nigerian managed aircraft. |
Bottom line.....its illegal to reside illegally! |
No its not! Just buy it and send to me. Hehehehe. |
