Some years ago during the Ebola epidemic, some Ugandan doctors went to Liberia, where hundreds of people were dying from the disease. Uganda used to have high numbers dying from the disease 20 years ago, but their medics developed methods that helped them reduce the incidence...and they went to Liberia to share experiences.

China has just managed to reduce the incidence of covid19 in their country...and since it is where the problem started, their medics might have ideas on how to deal with it that might be useful.

(And no, they weren't brought to treat the late Kyari. Kyari would have died even if our health care was in tip top shape, or even if he was flown abroad.)

Nigeria even sent public health workers to other West African countries during the 2014 Ebola crisis...

These nations have much better healthcare systems than us, devised telecommuting, have better bandwidth, faster speed and reliable electricity.
