BUT! our resident load management denier claims it doesn't exist, well, I guess he knows and watches more than Sir Charles Barkley.

The next CBA will be very interesting. I think with the load management though the teams are also complicit.

Where the pushback will come from is the TV networks. Will the likes of TNT and ESPN be willing to cough out the money Adam Silver would be looking for? I won't be shocked if they balk at his offer and then the only option out there are streaming services. Amazon, Apple etc.

I also think the NBA has done a poor job of selling the next face of the league. You guys are ranked 23rd out of 30 teams in the defensive rating this season and this is before Kyrie's acquisition. Some sites have you ranked 26th, others 25th.

I was expecting Kyrie and some fringe defensive specialist trade. Hell if they can get Pat Beverley I don't mind. It's not that Kyrie and Luka will not score in bunches. It's that there's no 5 man lineup that can stop anybody

PSG don't have any proper spine. I'm only scared of Mbappe. If it were the good old Bayern days of prime Robbery and Muller we would rush these guys first 30 minutes. My problem with Pavard is he's always good for a boneheaded play or brainfart. We were fortunate PSG were too toothless to take advantage. He picked up a card from the 25th minute. If it were a composed defender I'd be relaxed but this is Pavard we are talking about here.

With Mbappe you're going to need a fullback with pace. That is your only hope. Coman tracking back and Davies will be essential
