I'm sure the analyst meant Kroos plays well when the team is playing well

[quote author= barackohandso]trolling? Lol! Indeed.

You claimed Bayern was butchering the league and making it weaker so i'm asking is Keylor Navas leaving Levante to Real strengthening the league? Did you strengthen the league when you snatched Rakitic and Mathieu from Seville and Valencia?

Your old coach sabotaged us against Madrid with his asinine tactics. Even with a weaker team under Heynckes we advanced. The last WC clearly showed this! And to think some Barca fans are actually giving Guardiola huge credit for Die Mannschaft's success. Its disrespectful

The onus is on you to prove you are not positively INSANE! Why would i have a logical debate with a certified lunatic who is in dire need of detox? Ironically Darcourt was engaging you in an intelligent discussion till you went on your barbiturate fuelled tirade. So sorry i would rather speak to you in the only language you understand! Prove you are not MAD and then we can debate

Beaf is obviously another ret@rd cut from the same cloth as you! You ignoramuses disgust me with your pseudo-objectivity and class you pretend to have! Eediot after realizing your error did you address it in a classy way? I am a staunch Vettel fan still i get along with everyone else who all have their preferred drivers yet an uncommon phool like yourself is here telling more lies than O.J on trial

toba: Firstly, is ozil the same player he was 4 years ago in the
immediate past season? Even if he played the number 10 position, his
doing better would still be on probability.

lastly no player is irreplaceable in any team except you're a Lionel
messi. We thought Kahn was the best, till Neuer showed up. Same way
we've had hasler, Moller, diesler, ballack till we got to the ozil
era
This is a jamb question ooh! Even your previous statement if Mesut failed the team is also based on probables. What is your evidence for that? A few meaningless friendlies?

Kroos had no assist from open play and created fewer chances than the guy that didn't play as a #10

I don't think Mou has forgiven Lukaku for that super cup miss. Trading a certified EPL beast just to keep a damaged Torres, old man Drogba oh well so long as he doesn't lament about lack of strikers later on

toba: I'm sure you don't want us to start this Toni kroos debate
again. If we start, it'll be long before we end it. There're couple of
distorted fact in your post. kroos plays and can play more than one
position. You may wish to review the positions he has played since he
became a professional. Also in the first 4 games at the world cup, what
position did Toni played and what formation was adopted by Low?
Chale don't get it twisted now wey the ginjah of that 7-1 don die down the Kroos bashing is in full effect! If you wan start anything i full ground. I have told you repeatedly the positions Kroos can play 'effectively' in and even described his playing style.

I have no care or concern for where or what he started his career as. For the first 4 games he was the most advanced midfielder in the lineup for the most part so whats new?

Nothing false about my assertion he was the best German player against Brazil but in every other game he was outshone by at least two German players

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by A40(m): 3:51pm On Jul 28, 2014
toba: No. Thiago was forced on Bayern Munich by Pep Guardiola
and earning more. Toni suits well in club and National team. I said if
ozil failed to show up, its only Toni that can step into his shoes and
he did at the WC. don't blame him for moving ahead. that's what I think
regarding the money thing.
Oezil didn't fail to show up he was played out of position to accommodate Kroos but still did a solid job. Infact if we compared Oezil at SA 2010 to Kroos of 2014 Oezil was marginally better

Kroos would be replaced seamlessly by Hojbjerg and Thiago i only pray they are fit the entire season. We would be here asking Toni who? You can't demand astronomical wages and be dropping 2 goals and 4 assists in an entire BuLI Season
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by A40(m): 3:30pm On Jul 28, 2014
toba: don't even play the same role. Gotze is more offensive
player than, but Toni is more versatile. I 'overhyped' his versatility
before the WC and he proved me right to have been selected among the
best player of the tournament. That's a great recognition. he didn't
score more than 2 or provided as many assists as other players, but his
contributions are vital. its either he provides the pass or gives the
ball to the player and will go and provide the assist.
Kroos versatile? A player that can only play as a CM? And is at times decent as an AM? He had a good world cup but he only really stood out in the game against Brazil but even Khedira looked like Zidane that day! He failed to provide an assist from open play all World Cup and guys like Mueller and Oezil who were played out of position still created more chances than he did. Lets not even mention the gift he handed Higuain in the final! while Goetze and Boa-TANK came to the rescue

Dhelake: they are two different types of players, Toni Kroos suits Pep more, Everyone knows Gotze is talented but football is more than just talent, if Gotze was a better player, he would have displaced him in the team.
As for the Madrid beef, I understand, the 5-Alive drubbing is still fresh on you
Götze is a victim of his own versatility! His ability to play more than one position has been abused by Guardiola and Löw was guilty of that too. We see the same thing with Lahm at DM while goddamn Rafinha is playing at RB and Javi Martinez being used at CB when he is really a DM

Earlier in the WC Löw would rather use the Boa-TANK at RB and play a sluggish Mertesacker at CB in his stead does this mean Mertesacker is better?

Dhelake: I hope this your Gotze lives up to all the hype
He lived up to the hype the minute the ball left his feet and hit the back of Romero's net

toba: Reus to return to full training in 2-3 weeks, well ahead of schedule. Good news for BVB, they need his goals to take pressure off newcomers
Guardiola, on Kroos: "Myself & the club have tried everything to keep him." Offering €7m/year, €1m<Thiago & €5m<Götze, isn't "everything"

Guardiola on Lahm: "Without Toni, I see him in midfield

Bild: BVB set to sign 18 y/o Swedish CF Carlos Strandberg from BK Häken. €1.5m fee, 5-year contract. Bit of a mountain at 1.85m & 90kg
Dude! Kroos has left already! No way we were going to pay him more than Tommy Gunn or Alaba or Neuer he is not more important than them and its not like he would sell us more shirts like perhaps a Götze would. Let him have a nice time in Madrid I only hope for his sake that he doesn't end up being discarded like yesterday's newspaper just like Sneijder, Van der Vaart, Robben, Mesut and now potentially Isco and Di Maria that would be a darn shame

toba: Guardiola says Badstuber (post 2 consecutive ACL tears) is the best player he's ever had. Listen here for €0.99: http://www.bild.de/bild-plus/sport/fussball/bayern-muenchen/guardiola-lobt-innenverteidiger-36937498,view=conversionToLogin.bild.html

More competition. If boateng displays some poor form like last season, he would go to right back to compete with Rafinha or sit on the Bench. Dante remains a super defender and the best CB for Bayern since he joined in summer of 2012. Yes he was poor vs Germany, same can be said of Pique who allowed Holland put 5 past Spain along side his colleagues. Defenders too have off days
Boa-TANK would be our best defender next season! Gba beski!

Good luck banking on a Dante who is 31 already. I hope you know Brazilian defenders rarely age well
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by A40(m): 1:54pm On Jul 25, 2014
dayokanu: Some snippet from Pep interview today
on formations: "We can play a back three and a back four. We will probably play a back four. We don't have the players for that yet though [due to the World Cup players missing]."
Badstuber: "I'm very, very happy with Badstuber. He's a top player."
new signings: "You have to ask Matthias Sammer. Maybe we need a new goalkeeper when you think about the injuries last year. I want three goalkeepers."
Alaba: "David can play anywhere. He's a candidate for the 6 and the 8. He's a big gift for the club."
Lewandowski: "I immediately saw his quality, but he has to get used to everything. A move is never easy, it takes a lot of time."
Schweinsteiger: "He will play in midfield, not in defense."
Problems after a World Cup: "I experienced this situation with Barcelona. We will play with players like Scholl or Gaudino if necessary."
Kroos: "It was a big honor to be his coach. I wish him the best. I thank him for what he did last season. He always played. I hope he will be happy in Madrid. We tried to convince him to stay, but we have to accept his decision. Unfortunately he wanted a new challenge."
Lahm: "He's a midfield player now, but we have a lot of midfielders. It depends what we want in certain situations. We want very intelligent players."
I don't know what to make of this interview tbh and Guardiola is making me antsy, how can our best fullbacks be converted to midfielders? The most mind numbing thing about it is the fact that the replacements at their position are ridiculously inferior, it took a divine Mustafi injury that allowed Lahm to return to his natural position at the World Cup which I doubt would have been won if not for Mustafi's injury (crazy to say I know but can it be disproved) what baffles me the most is Lahm seems perfectly ok with it but it is pretty clear that he is not an excellent DM! Certainly not better than Schweini or Javi

Lool at three goalkeepers when we clearly need a CB. I think Guardiola doesn't give a $h!t and just wants to get fired. I hope he knows if he winds up ruining this team his reputation goes down the toilet

Although I would gladly eat all my words if we go on to lift the UCL in Berlin

Relying on a player that has torn his ACL and required knee surgery twice in such a short span is plain folly to me. I don't like how we have performed in the market so far. We could easily have locked down a guy like Garay before the World Cup I didn't even know he was sold for less than €10mio.

I think I get where Nateevs is coming from, Chelsea's situation is a unique one but what is the use of running a youth system when not one young player in the academy is deemed worthy of garnering 10-15 apps in the senior team per season. Are you telling me there is no DM in that youth team that would outperform a Mikel? Or Ramires? When Eto'o, Torres etc were struggling for goals you mean nobody in your academy could even be brought in to bring something different? The Salah wey una buy is he all that?

Despite relying on all those old ninjas Mourinho still went trophyless! so the end did not in anyway justify the means
