Sent some one to check out number 78 Sapele Road.
They could only find number 77, which belongs to a block of shops, then next is a pharmacy called GOLDEN B----Y.

Number 81 is a bank premise, as confirmed by my informant.

Though it was raining, which disrupted a thorough investigation, I hope Jennythief still has a shop in that vicinity, because there was simply no sign of it. They will still go back for another check and if truly the shop exists, they'd find it.

Secondly, I was reliably informed that there is a police station in the area. But I suspect she might have some links there to run to when in trouble due to her thieving nature, else why is someone like her still running the streets and running her mouth?

But since that is not the only police station, that can be fixed. All it would take would be some officers storming her shop and landing some well placed backhanded slaps on her puffy face, after which they'd bundle her in their van.

When those her stumpy legs do frog jump for 1 hour, she and her dull looking husband will beg to pay you and pay extra for damages caused.

But I'm not the one involved. There's a limit to what I can do, no matter how pained I am by this issue.

I got a PM from a nairalander who wishes not to be named but wants me to be the burden bearer and relate to us how she tried to mediate in this matter by calling Jennylov on the number she said she saw on the thread.

I will have to choose my words now so I don't misrepresent her.

She said she called her (Jennylov) and spent 23mts talking until she ran out on credit and Jennylov had to call her back and spent 19mts. She said she is telling me so I will know she spoke extensively with her.

She said Jennylov promised to pay back the money indeed (we all know this anyway) but it was the husband who was going to make the transfer and he told her that as soon as he get back from work,( yesterday) he would make the transfer because he is a salary earner and expects to get his salary then. But that while they were at home in the evening, the husband's "oga" (I don't know if it's boss or not) called the husband and told him he saw his name on the internet as a scammer. That his name and that of his wife is online so the husband got angry, and was like, see someone I am trying to settle is now calling me names. (doesn't make sense to me) as such, he won't transfer again. Shortly after, Jennylov's sister from London also called asking why her name was everywhere as a scammer. That since even her (Jennylov's) classmates and customers have been calling to know what is going on (who cares?)

That she (Jennylov) said she would pay Peach's money whenever she sells the bale that if anybody wants to help, the person should buy the bale and she would give peach the money. That she is dealing with a loss running into millions upto 3million that Peach should have understood instead of painting her badly.

They wanted to transfer, yet no account number was asked for.

She is a rich business woman, but she has to wait for her husband's salary to pay 115k.

Her husband suddenly discovered that they were being labelled a scam same day he was allegedly supposed to get his salary and pay, yet if you google her name, you will see that Jennifer Ukanwa, where are my bags, has been online for months.

Her husband is now angry that they are being labelled scams and has now refused to pay.

She is suddenly reading the terms of NO REFUND after agreeing to pay in the first instance. No refund for goods the buyer never received. Her account is apparently a bottomless pit that doesn't vomit any money that goes into it.

This Jennifer ehn? She deserves to be beaten black and blue. If her parents had been beating her when she started stealing, she wouldn't have graduated into the shameless thief she is now.

I called her this afternoon and my calls weren't picked. I gave her time to see if she would call back but no she didn't. However I called her back at exactly 4.56pm and she picked. Asked her about the agreement we had as regards my refund and her response was since I said I don't want her bale, I have to wait for her to get a buyer. That was how my cousin's in law called her aside when they met before the wedding and told her she has to love their family even more than her own family. That she must be calling the husbands immediate family everyday, like person when no get work. This my cousin that doesn't even call her own mum like that, very caring and kind but bad with calls.

Wow. That's a tricky one.
You friend should calculate the courses and the units and do the Cgpa calculation to see if that is still possible. And the project work might be of help too, since it carries more units....

Nobody is saying your cousin or whom ever is a dullard. The fact and stigma there is that she finished with a 2.2. The key difference between a 2.1 and a 2.2 is that a 2.1 graduate is given an opportunity to be listened to, while it's quite rare in the case of a 2.2. Most times, 2.2 graduates perform way better than 2.1 graduates,that I'm sure. There are lots of 1st class and 2.1 graduates out there, and by natural law, applications and privilege go down the pyramid.

Well her masters distinction has cleaned off whatever supposed stigma she had. And if erudite scholars praised her dissertation and asked that she look into lecturing line, then the sky is surely her limit, 2.2 or not.

If left to me the minimum qualification for lecturing should be a 2:1 plus a masters degree.

Then what happens to my innocent and young cousin who was frustrated in 400L and eventually finished with a strong 2.2 of 3.45 CGPA in a Federal Uni.

And she has gone for her masters also in a Federal Uni and her external examiner told her she will be doing the world a disservice if she does not impart her knowledge to others via lecturing (she got a distinction).

In Nigeria, the truth is not everyone who had a 2.2 or even 3rd class is a dullard. It is sometimes a result of bad choices or even lecturer frustration.
