Though the Indian job is in line with your career as you said, consider the stress, pressure and inferiority treatment associated with Indian jobs. However the teaching job gives you the opportunity to do so.

The honest truth is that both jobs should be seen as short term jobs. I do not see you spending a long time in either job due to the salaries on offer.

You would obviously be looking for other opportunities irrespective of which of the 2 you chose.

I would advise you take the job in the Indian company just for the work experience so long as you have a plan to move on within the next few months. The money and working conditions could be terrible but the work experience would be invaluable.

At this stage of your career, work experience is more important. Some people even work for free just to gain relevant work experience.

If you take the job in the school you may enjoy the working conditions but the work experience may not be that valuable.

Irrespective of which offer you take, just don't plan to remain there in the long term.[b]

I love my job, my Boss and my colleagues. As an Accountant, our job requires that we sit long hours on our computers updating the Companies expenditure and asset database. however, there is a challenge.

My department colleague is hardly on sit during working hours. he loves to leave to chat, socialize and even do personal runs during work. I have tried to help him severally by discussing (one-on-one) as par 'man to man', but no effect. He is simple and very intelligent but not focused because he is to playful. This has affected our department's output severally, as personally I discussed this matter with the HR, my own Boss and other familiar Bosses, but all seem not to be too concerned. They just sympathize. I love my work, we are well paid and really doing well as a company.

Please kindly advice me on what to do

Some weeks ago, my roommates and I were involved in a serious argument about this issue..the original argument was whether we can marry someone that earns 100k as monthly salary..most people argued that 100k was too small, when you include daily expense, plus house rent etc..
I argued that 100k was enough to start up a home, if the rent has been paid. Also if the man has the tendency to do better..then I see no reason why I can't settle down with someone who earns that amount...

Sooo ladies , over to you...what do you think??

For the fact that she opened a business and was still applying for jobs,means that the business was just a last resort and not her passion.
so she should close down the business and go for her 8—6pm job with 80k—100k salary.
That is what her brain is wired for.
People whose paradigms are designed by default to be in the left quadrant,have no business trying to be in the right quadrant because they will one day return to their natural habitat.

If she is still confused on what to do...
She can aswell close the business,reject the job offer and go back to her village and start weeding farms for people.

Please could you suggest the best locations to pick for residence if work location is in Mushin taking the following into high cognizance and you could also state what to be wary of in the whole Eko house/ agents, agreement thingy with possible range of prices for a one bedroom flat (agreement and agent stuffs inclusive)

- Proximity to work location (highest of two connecting buses)

- Good housing facilities (security, flowing water etc)

- Nice Ambience (at least place where person go dey eager to go back house if work close based on the fresh air at home).

- And any other important and necessary factors to consider that you know of based on your street credibility .
