He's very correct bro. Not all Indians are as skillful as you think. I worked for SuperiorCS , a new York company owned by an Israeli descent. The Argentine who was my project manager and the south African in my team , even the guy from El Salvador was sacked because of the Indian there. Dude said he was bringing In 3 Indians and brought In 15 , and sacked all of us. I was supposed to be paid $15 / hr, he reduced it to $9 an hour and seeing I still was able to meet up, he engineered my sack and relieved me of my job duties. Not just me, everyone on the team except his own Indian members.
I still talk with my Argentine boss. He works for Remax in Argentina now.

Well based on the pay you just described, we are not talking about the same skills! I'm talking about people making over $40 an hour, these are tech experts, my company will never hire someone from India to come and make $15 an hour, the visa process is too time consuming and expensive for mediocre talents.
