shorrop there - coming here to form Boss, the man who dropped that video - i just showed you is worth over $3million - u get money reach am ? $250k na money ? if i tell u 6 figures - that’s up $999,999 so stop confusing yourself and stop simping - you don’t make $250k a year, if you do u will know the basic rules of money

I have given you the George Floyd story, this very video and I will give u another real life scenario - you are yet to give me one real scenario other than your anonymous life which could be stationed at okokomaiko at this moment

last scenario- Dangote the richest man in Africa, richest black man in the world who is worth nothing less than $20 Billion - do you think $2million is anything to him that will hurt him ? go ask his American girlfriend how Dangote will not even give her $40,000 worth of whatever she was asking him help for - so Dangote broke too abi? or he has had a hard life too ?

Real men don’t lead with their wallets and
if that’s who you are, then sorry no one can redeem you, keep simping and am done with this topic gat better things to do and oga that makes $250k dooooo keep spending $500 to impress women on a date - you will be broke someday and even the devil will deny he was not responsible for your misfortune

bye!

Like I told you bro, enlighten yourself and broaden your horizon, you simply don't type like someone that's spent 3 years in the USA not to talk of 30. Your combative stance is that of a pauper not of a well to do individual. Please stop embarrassing yourself G, enjoy your ignorance in bliss grin grin grin

If you live in Chicago, book an appointment with Femi Aguda. He will teach you the secrets of getting a property without paying a dime. Your tenants will be the one to pay your mortgage monthly for you and stop crying here on NL over 12k annually…It is very hard for alaroro to survive abroad.

Yea what happens when the tenants stop paying, you now have to foot the mortgage bills because the economy crashed, people are no longer renting at prices that makes sense. Oh then life throws in a wrench and you lost your job, now you have mortgages way above your income, you start borrowing from credit card, you can't pay back, your score drops, you go bankrupt, the houses are repossessed and you are back to penury. Femi Aguda will not tell his clients the downside/dangers of this method grin grin grin

I like the System the Whites are Practicing.

Even the Property Tax is too cheap. They should raise it to $5000 Per Year.

You "Greedy Heartless Nigerian Thieves" would just want to own the World to yourself. Imagine in this Nigeria, There are individuals who has more than 50 Houses while a Human like him doesn't have ordinary a Mini-Flat to occupy.

Nigerian Government replicate this development. At least 1 Million Naira should be paid for every house yearly.

This will discourage the Greedy Insatiable Individuals from acquiring too much property.

So you mean if you worked hard to amass wealth you are not free to buy or build properties for investments because some are too lazy or unfortunate to afford a mini flat? Sounds like socialism mixed with a hint of communism........Karl Marx is that you grin grin grin

my brother - stop justifying SIMPING - $150 to pay for food for a woman with multiple kids arriving on a first date to feast on your pocket is nothing decent - the rich or financially well to do in America do not throw their money around anyhow except the person is a drug dealer - Let me concede that despite I make 6 figures - that I am broke according to you - what about my friends who make much more than me? they didnt threw their money away first dates and still do not throw their money away on feeding women on first dates because they are loaded with cash - you are just a SIMP - period, end of sentence
-

LISTEN TO THIS MAN BELOW - HE AINT BROKE - LISTEN TO HIM and in case you do not have data - listen to 1:55min-2:10min 3:30min - 6:30min and tell yourself you are a grade one mugu grin

My broda you're simply shrewd, I already told you to speak based on your pocket not based on the pockets of others, you can make six figures and still be broke in America, 5 years ago I was making 120k and still felt broke, now that I'm closer to 250k, my perspective changed. If I can spend $500 monthly on hanging out with friends what makes you think $150 monthly on a woman I have interest in is haram? Again upgrade your OT, it is people like you that deprive yourself of the simple pleasures in life just because you're trying to prove hard guy......I understand where you're coming from, you're an old G and used to doing things a certain way, there's nothing wrong with that, just respect that people have a different perspective than you and keep it moving......PEACE!

If he was informed and bailed out, his fault. However, if he was not informed, he did the right thing. Why should he be responsible for another man's or even men's responsibility?

The decent thing to do is to tell the woman he won't stand for it and leave! You don't encourage them to eat and even grab takeaways and then leave them stranded. Kids are involved here don't behave like an animal!

Guy you sure say na America you dey stay or u are one of the Nigerian men that flash money and spend recklessly on American women when them no ask you ? Look dude, i have been in the US almost 3 decades and I can tell you for free, American women do not like men that open their wallets and buy them food on a first date - even when they are brazen to ask for it, DONT DO IT - it is a test to know if you are confident or someone who is desperate - meet and buy them a cup of coffee if it’s cold season and if it’s summer, get them a glass of liquor or soft drink or any drink and talk about your relationship goals and if they want to - you can have a second date some other time and get to know each other better - most times, if she is into u, she will be the one to tell you she can’t wait to see u again

But if you open your wallet and start to buy buy food for them on the first date - 90% chances you will never see that lady again because she will conclude that’s how u buy food for every woman u meet and u will come across as very desperate - and thy hate to feel you are a weak man - so Oga, that behavior of yours irritates American women and na mugu wey no get game dey do that rubbish here, especially ugly naija big belle men wey tow tow dey hard and yet they still will not get layed 🤣

Imagine you take 10 ladies out and spend $150 on them on a date in a year before you find that relationship that is worth it, that’s $1,500 in dating losses for the year, you will have to file tax losses for that amount with IRS at the end of the year 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Don’t be a simp bro, make the woman buy u food instead and see how she go carry her tow tow dey porshu u everyday 😀

I am very sorry that your 30 years in America gave you this point of view, it clearly shows you've not made it beyond basic survival. Back when I was in the dating game, $150 dinner ain't nothing, I've spent 1200 on fine dinning at an upscale restaurant, over 3k on a cruise. I've even dated women who spent on me, from first class tickets to Belize and so on. See my friend, when you make real money in America, $150 dinners would be like buying chewing gum......What you see as simp behavior, might just be basic human decency.....DON'T OVERTHINK IT grin grin grin

And thank goodness you said your own kids. They are yours! Not someone elses and that's one the point few others are stating, the kids ain't his. Am nt in support though whether you've got kids or not, when i am to go on a date with you. Please tell me before hand so i'd be prepared and not make a fool of myself when the waiter comes to collect the bills. That's just that.

He was encouraging them to eat and even grab take away pack! Does not sound like someone that was not prepared financially. I know life is hard but damn, kids mehn, KIDS! Whether yours or not, there's no way you toast a woman with kids, agree on a date and then do something so cold because she brought her kids....That's that immature bullshit men nowadays need to be done with, don't mess with kids mehn, that shit ain't cute!

Cause literally i had made a budget for just u and i and you went along and brought nt 1 nt 2 bt 4 kids! Without my consent. What am i to you? Charity? Nah never! Your kid bills are all on you. What if all i had on me was just for the both of us? undecided

Well we all mature differently, she was wrong but a mature man won't do that to those kids. That money might break someone like you but someone like me it's nothing but snack money. I spend more than that when I take my kids to Chuck E Cheese so I get where you're coming from undecided

you think say $150 na beans (small money) for America ?

Do you know how much of fake money George Floyd took to store that caused his death and almost caused a race riot in America? which led to properties worth tens of millions of dollars destroyed and was so pivotal in a US President losing re-election amidst a global pandemic ?

$20 ……… and you say someone should just pay $150 and move on - if George Floyd had $150 on him on that day of his death he probably would still be alive today and Donald Trump will still be US President today

Been living in America for almost 15 years now, even $10 no be beans money but if you want to date and be a man, affording a $150 dinner once a month or two is expected.....How can you take care of a woman when you can't even afford basic dinner at a restaurant?

The entire bill would be less than $150, why the fuss? Just pay and let her know later that you ain't feeling her, why do the kids like that? SHAME!

Nigeria can't be fixed by one man, make una wake up from slumber! What we expect of Tinubu is to fix one or two things and set up a system of transition like Lagos. Top 5 agenda for any president should be:

1. Sound fiscal economic policies to encourage local production and foreign investments, WHICH ULTIMATELY LEADS TO MORE JOBS!
2. Electricity o, stable electricity, without it no economy can prosper!
3. State police/ local security group.....It is clear insecurity is a huge hinderance to prosperity, let each state control its security.
4. Once and for all be done with subsidy, this is a scam that has gone on far too long!
5. Without adequate and efficient refineries, we are just deceiving ourselves. Create public and private partnerships aimed at ending this madness of exporting crude oil and importing petrol.....MADNESS!

How many of the individual entities of these Cells you mentioned were actually allowed to exercise their franchise? Again if truly what you stated here has any form of closure, your Tinubu should have atleast gotten twelve million votes. Despite the alarming distortion and mutilation of other candidates votes and subsequently grafted to your tinubu's. You Guys are trying hard to smear the arguments of ethic and tribal stench. But that wasn't the case. No body has personal issues with your Tinubu, but very critical and ominous signs. Bothering mostly on health grounds (mental health). You could recall: the embarrassing moment during the campaign period. From Bala blu, to leaking the 🎤, series of uncoordinated moves. That's going left when the instruction clearly says right. A sane person will not allow an incapacitated man to manage his poultry. Let alone his council. Soon he will have a public appearance that can not be remotely stage manage, by then shame will not allow you to start mentioning, Mansai and zulu tribes again. In the meantime tell him not avail himself for any inauguration, He never won any where including bouillon.

Now ask yourself where are all the gaffes now? Suddenly after winning election he has a spring in his steps, he is more eloquent with his words and seems to be more attentive than ever......Sounds like he gave una exactly what you wanted? Cheap gossip and distraction......The sooner you realize you've been played the earlier you desist from this mental health angle and accept your fate......If Tinubu fails it affects evcery tribe, if he succeeds it affects every tribe.....In the end choose positivity or negativity, na you go still suffer am grin grin grin

the excuse of network failure was all a game plan by the evil inec chairman. Yes we had option but the fraudulent INEC chairman had on several national n international media forum announced that the option that would be used was realtime transmission n that there would be no excuse or going back on that. The only thing is that Nigeria is a doomed nation else the victims won't be celebrating their oppressors.

Well the INEC chairman is not God, even the most advanced countries are susceptible to technological or human errors. This is why the Electoral Act made the provision for alternate processing. Again ask yourself without using sentiments, strictly speaking on legality, was manual processing illegal? Your tantrum is like that of a student that got angry at the lecturer because the exam questions were essay style instead of multiple choice.....WAKE UP!

whatever it means bro...the major issues is that till date over 9000 polling units results haven't been uploaded on the BVAS yet because INEC can't match the original figures from those units with what they announced, same thing they tried to do in adamawa. Secondly the issues of realtime transmission of results have to be decided cos that's where the whole controversy lies.

Why would results being uploaded on BVAS matter more than iREV? Further, real time transmission is not an issue since the Electoral Act allows for manual processing in case of technological failure. The case is so easy to dismiss I'm sure the lawyers are laughing on both sides.

Offer and acceptance is what is known as a contract. If the wage is unacceptable, don't accept the offer! Even big companies have their warehouse/production lines in Asian countries because the labor is cheaper compared to Europe or the USA. Not everything is sentimental, some decisions are strictly logical.

This is the literal meaning of the word "AND"
But we are aware that the Nigerian judiciary can come up with its own version of the world after all Tinubu and the chief judge had already met in london to finalize issues concerning the Tribunal.

The first definition completely contradicts your argument. If I said buy me 5 bread, 2 fried eggs and 1 yam with 25% of each going to 2 of my 3 children, would you buy yam alone and give it to the children?

Law is simple when applied with common sense, why would Abuja be the determining factor in an election with 36 states? Why would they campaign in all states, if all they had to do was win Abuja convincingly to ensure the other candidates never make it to 25%? Make una think grin grin grin

It is the duty and responsibility of government to create not just enabling environment - which meaning Nigerian politicians do not know - but the right labour policies that will enable job creation.

Aside that, government also creates direct employment by participating actively in the economy through government run establishments which becomes the yardstick for the private sector in implementing labour policies.

So this statement by a Nigerian government official is a fallacy!

In any major country, public/government jobs accounts for less than 15% of the workforce. Labor policies are part of that enabling environment, these include tax incentives, security, making sure employers pay what is fair and timely, etc. With that said, government has failed in all these areas.

Abeg where dem wan put all these graduates? 2020 set still dey wait for job, 2022 is loading, 2023 forget about it.

Government should enable an attractive business atmosphere and provide tax incentives so that the private sector can do its damn job. Further, the so called graduates and awaiting workers should understand the Nigerian job market and diversify their skillset rather than waiting for one job from heaven.
