I have been wanting to know this too! Inception12: Hello People,
Just a random question, what happens when you get COPR but your medicals or passport expire before you land in Canada? Does the whole process start afresh or you just resubmit passport and new medicals? |

I had just two years so I decide to add my NYSC to make it 3, I also had to max out my ielts score, meaning you have to get a minimum of 8,8.5,7,7 in lrsw. I am less than 30yrs by the way. My score was 441 and that was the highest I could attain. You can also try to write the french test if you understand french. Goodluck ujay77: Good morning all, please I just have a Bsc and two years working experience. I have used the calculator and the score is still very low .Please has anyone with just a bsc scaled through share your experience and possible ways to increase my scores |

Upload the gift deed with a cover letter and bank statement as one document in the place holder for Proof of funds. You can still upload the same cover letter (including any other details you want to explain) in the LOE placeholder. Thats what i did. Uzoreen: Good afternoon fam.
Pls, quick question.
Should the deed of gift be uploaded with my bank statements or with a Letter of Explanation?
If its with the bank statements, do i need to write a letter of explanation concerning it?
Thanks again in anticipation. |

Thanks! Bsbabe: Please don’t be. Your worry can’t change anything. Ask God to help you quicken their assessment or evaluation or whatever it is they said they are doing. As long as you were truthful in your application and have nothing to hide, it will end well. Timing is not the issue, the issue is that your PPR comes out and your efforts are not in vain. And it shall end in praise (let me borrow TeeCan’s catchphrase). |

Don't give up! I thought I did terribly at my speaking too but I got a 7.5 eventually. Just go and prepare for the rest! 4wearegreat: Hello Everyone,
Please what can I do to raise my morale?
1st attempt (July) - LRWS - 7.5,9, 7.5, 8 2nd attempt (Nov)- LRWS - 8.5, 8.5, 6.5, 7.5
For 2nd Attempt: I Requested for EOR in RWS. None was upgraded (lost 15k)
3rd attempt (Jan) - Had my speaking this week - Messed up big time!!!!
I presently feel so depressed and demoralized.
With IELTS score of LRWS-8,7,7,7........................ITA would fall on me immediately , but achieving this appear impossible #Makeigobegmyvillagepeople |

It was that CPC email address that the initial request to know VO was sent to. This was the response received and they said to keep emails to them to a minimum. I just want to know if we should be worried. optionese: Perhaps you can send another mail. I sent a mail to know my visa officer and got a response in 6hpurs. Search for the cic email address that starts with CPC |

Good morning, Still on this quoted below, we tried to find out the visa office two days ago and got this response. AOR is October 29 What do you guys think? “Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.“ The address it has at the end is Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada | Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada Government of Canada | Gouvernement du Canada www.cic.gc.caSV20586 Abbylee: Hello.
Can someone please shed some light on this? What stage is this?
What if a profile went from the default to “medicals passed” to “we do not need additional documents” then ADR & CSE and then “add docs you provided have been uploaded” to “add docs you provided are being reviewed”?
All this while the background check has been “Not applicable”. |

Raise a CSE and upload it the tax clearance certificate Kevinoh: Good day dear e-family,
I was sent a mail to upload some extra supporting documents to my CIC account with just a one week grace period. Unfortunately I was able to provide all other documents except for one (my tax clearance certificate) by the given deadline.
I attached a letter of explanation that it would be made available to me by my employer some days after the given deadline. The problem now is there is no more provision to upload any other documents after I put up the others by the given deadline.
Please guys, what do you advice is the way forward in my situation as I wouldn't want to take any chances?
Thanks in anticipation for your kind responses. |

Congratulations!!! This speed is wonderful! Quick question, did you need to attach any passport photograph(s) to your gift deed? EngrKen8: So I’m still dancing but let me drop my timeline. ECA - June 2016 IELTS- July 2016 8,8,7.5, 6 Crs score of 396 so I gave up on the whole thing. Then I found you guys, started reading and started believing again 2nd IELTS - 29th July 2017 New express entry profile - 2nd August ITA - 17th August AOR - 13th November Med passed - 24th November PPR - 12th December
Guys it’s been God all the way because my application wasn’t perfect in any way. I had to wait almost 3 months for POF after ITA. Ended up using a gift deed (100% of the funds). Let me stop here for now and go and submit passport. |

1. The school should send it sealed. 2. Use the comprehensive ranking tool (google it) to check your scores, play with the different components of the ielts to see how it affects your score. Highest score ielts can give you is to get 8.5,8,7.5,7.5 in listening, reading, writing and speaking. 3. I think your marriage certificate should do the trick for the maiden name part and a one and the same affidavit should address the third name issue 4. I think that should suffice. Others please weigh in. Hafsat24: I have been reading for months and must say you all have really been helpful, May God bless y'all..so after much ado hubby finally decided to get on board..we are looking at starting the process this month..i would like to ask some questions pls
1. Hubby has a Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics eng'g from the U.K, however he has his transcripts with him..would it pose a problem if he sends it to WES himself? Or he should request for the school to send it since his is not sealed
2. He has over 5yrs experience, what IELTS scores should we aim at to get good CRS scores..
3.My passport is in my maiden name but my degree has a third name..would that pose a problem?
4.We don't have a marriage certificate as the wedding was conducted in a mosque and no certificate is usually issued in the part of North we got married..however i have court declaration of marriage we did at the federal high court just a month after the wedding as i needed it for NYSC then..can it be used for anything or we need to do a court marriage?
Sorry for my long epistle pls |
