Ddaji:Buhari is loved by poor( talakawa) northers ( mostly north west and north east). luckily he is good man and upright man that can transform Nigeria for all Nigerians. North Nigeria is complex, religion still play an important role because majority of voters are illiterate who vote base on ethnic ad religious believe. |
Idrismusty97:you don't get it my friend. the north is not a united entity you assert. North west is uniform and with large population North east not as uniform with states like adamawa, taraba, bauchi etc. North central: apart from Niger state that is similar to north west but with substantial christian ( gwagi) population. The only thing uniting the North has been religion ( which is a good thing) for the Muslim but some selfish leaders have been using this to marginalized minorities in these areas. Buhari is Nigeria president because Nigeria voted for him not because of only northern votes |

mufutau55:welcome sir...it is always a honor to see your comment sir. |
job: construction of the substructure( from foundation footings to DPC level) project duration: 2 weeks job descriptions: ground floor ; Two bedrooms, entrance porch, main lounge, dinning room, kitchen, gymnasium First floor; five bedrooms, family lounge, study room. floors plans and elevation to follow |
Good evening room....here is a new project I am handling for a good client i met here on nairaland. |
item 6. sub structural block wall: this is part of the building that is built below the floor level serving as part of the foundation. It is normally built with either hollow 9" block or 6'' block ( but i prefer 9" block). the strength of the block should be within 4 - 1N/mm2 how to calculate the number of block required for a particular foundation. 1. get the perimeter of all the sub structural wall 2. get the height of such wall ( mostly 3ft or 900mm) 3. get the product of (2) and (1) to get the area of the block required 4. multiply the result in (3) above by 1.25 ( which is 25% to cater for breakage of block 5. since there are 10blocks in a 1m2 area of wall. multiply the area from (4) by 10 to get the number of blocks. mortar for the block wall using 1: 6 (one bag of cement to 12 head pan of sharp sand) number of cement required for every 60blocks in 1 bag workmanship for block work, 9" block is been set for 50-70N per block and 6" goes for N40-N50 per block |
I have been away from the property section due to work.
I am back to continue my analysis. |
ayoromer:Nigeria is not all about Tinubu, Amechi or some stupid niger delta oil. the fight is about sincere Nigeria and poor Nigerians against corruption, nepotism and vision less regim of pdp lead government of jonathan administration. Buhari is Nigeria saviour, he is a man i can bet my life on that he will deliver Nigeria from shackle of corruption and underdevelopment. If we developed the agricultural potential of north central and south west, industrialized Nigeria ...Niger delta oil will become irrelevant . |
NobleG1:you are so wrong my friend. Buhari emergency as the president of Nigeria is a delight to northern commoners ( popularly referred to as talakawa), the so called northern cabals are as corrupt as their southern counterparts, they want corruption to continues and hence dont want buhari to be president. these cabals are in pdp and supported the emergency of clueless one to be president. Yorubas are not slave to any group and have the right to choose who to work with. I am a product of yoruba northern diaspora with a mix of nupe ethnicity. Yorubas also do travelled out of southwest or north central to area they found conducive for their living style. yorubas are hardworking and adventurous like all other ethnic group, they plentiful in so many northern states, doing there legitimates businesses in these areas. Suleja (Niger state) is home to me and home to thousands of yorubas and they live in peace with their host (gwagi, Nupes and Hausas). |
NobleG1:yoruba love hausa fulani because they travel up north to kano, katsina, suleja, zaria, sokoto, minna etc. Trade there, assimilate into there culture, worship in the same mosque with them, get employment in their establishment without been treated negatively. how many yoruba men are living in the whole east? how many yoruba men can get land easily in the east and south ( excluding edo state)? how many get employment in government offices in the east? the truth of the matter is most Yoruba's feel at home while in the north...i see no much differences between bida in niger state and ikare in ondo state. i will always support a northern agenda over a south east agenda and i know many yoruba like me share the same opinion |
ProfessorPeter:who is us? what is the similarity between igbo and yoruba? we have similarity with the so called north than you people. old oyo empire capital was in the guinea savana with lot of cultural assimilation and exchanged with the north. with massive education in the north and eradication of some conservative religious practice you will see that south west is more at home with north than easter Nigeria. |
PROUDIGBO:voters turnout was very low in rivers state....i was in port Harcourt during the election. widespread rigging was recorded in many areas, youth corp members were bribed up to N300,000 in abio akpo local government alone |

omoola007:the height of that ware house is more like 4m and gable height of say 6m |
THE HEIGHT OF THE WAREHOUSE ABOVE IS NOT UP TO 8-10m |
coolzeal:Nigeria is more like 300 countries in one.....but employment, poverty reduction, education will help us to get Nigerians who are first Nigerian before hausa, yoruba or igbo |
Chiaka:majority of the oil are from the sea and the revenue to those oil producing states is enough to sustain them |
jared007:Oil companies want to make profit, hence they locate their offices where there is security, access to other services which will make operation smooth. lagos is just the obvious location for that because of her infrastructures like good banking system, international airport etc. Major companies employed competent personnel and if yorubas are the best at that why not. Lagos has a naturally deep harbor which enable port to be built to handle heavy ships. |
