The Bible allows for divorce when adultery is committed. Uncommon sense allows seperation when there is physical abuse or threat to life. Indian Hemp smoking or addiction does not fall into any of these categories. Between,hemp smoking is not as bad as adultery,stealing,looting, homosexuality,idolatory,sorcery, debauchery etc and yet many husbands practice such.
