But is it safe to use 100% gift deed from one's mom? I'm in the same shoe but my funds are tied up in different places and I don't want to start explaining the lump deposits into my account, but if it's from a gift deed, fine since I'll notarise it.

Would it pose any challenge if it's 100% gift deed even though applicant is a worker?

Happy New Year guys, good to be back here. I wrote my IELTS test last Saturday and the results I saw this morning were L8 R7 S7.5 W6. It's the reading that shock me pass sef. Can I request for a remark for the reading and writing?

Or I should just rewrite the test again?

And lastly, is the POF just to show I have enough funds to sustain myself upon arrival or I actually have to show it/keep the funds upon arrival or before entrance?

I am married. My hubby paid bride price and did one other rite and we started living as husband and wife, we have a son even now .

I did news paper publication for change of name to his name . ..did affidavit for marriage which I used for the change of name .

After that my husband traveled back out since we don't live in thesame country.

Now. If I am to apply for express entry. And I enter as Married, ...without having done court marriage at the time .......... My question is,....what if my Marriage certificate date is showing "post ITA"? ? Would that be an issue? ....if I make it clear from the beginning that I am married . ....but by the time my husband would return from where he stays for the court marriage and all I would have already gotten an ITA by then. ....

Would that be an issue if the date on he certificate is Post ITA? Plus we have a son, ...news paper publication, and the rest from two years ago. ??

Am talking about legitimate judicial sanctioned executions,not extra judicial murders..
The last known execution in Nigeria was 2016 and less than 10 people have been executed in the last 13 years..
America has executed more than 300 since then..
