It's either these your people didn't tell you the full story or they're just making assumptions. The main thing IRCC need are your IELTS TRF and ECA ref# and since these are from reputable international organizations, they can easily verify authencity of your fillings from these organizations with or without one uploading the documents but there are nor required to be uploaded. IRCC has never categorically stated these documents should be uploaded in post-ITA.

She has a great profile. Just tell her to evaluate her transcript using IQAS or ICES(a few people here have confirmed positive evaluation of their law degrees as a professional degree using ICES, but ask more people). She also needs to take the ielts and try to max it out LRSW 8.5/8/7.5/7.5. Her husband also needs to take the ielts and aim to get a minimum score of LRSW 8/7/7/7. Did you see the statement " 6months average balance"? You must have mistaken it to mean 6months bank statement.

The bank would write your average balance for 6months on the reference letter. As long as you can get this, the applicant would be fine.

6month bank statement "MAY" be applicable if the person has a lump sum deposit that needs to be explained. That's in a case where he/she is not using gift deed. Or when it is required by IRCC which rarely happens. Again, it is not a "MUST" to submit 6months bank statement.

I honestly understand your desire to help. But, just take it easy and take corrections where applicable.

Again, if you feel offended, no vex! Last last na make all over enter Canada na e matter.

Yes you can.. if the draw comes at 466 or below, you'll be fine...but take into consideration tiebreaking rules for draw at 466..

The laws were written by man and isn't set in stone therefore can be changed. The audacity you have to quote law nonsense for me when the police often disregard the law 99% of the time. How many people are in prison without fair trial across the country? How many have died there? How many police officers have been brought to book for all the extrajudicial killings? I prefer if every erring officer gets hanged. So this judge was merciful in my book

Nah I think this is a good precedent and it definitely should be law. If we can’t keep our law enforcers grounded and humble, we will never have a good country. I commend this judge for his decision.

I am 27 years old, single with a masters degree and 3years work experience, my fiance is 30 with no degree but learnt a trade which is car wiring and has been doing this for over 5years with all other businesses, we are not married yet but we want to get married and apply for the Canada express entry, I want to know if our points will be good even though my partner does not have a university degree,

you honest opinion is required.
