https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ut8zxBnU2o We need help in this country. People will sit in the comfort of their homes and twist someone's speech. Peter Obi never said that he pulled 439m out of poverty. Watch the video from 22min. He only said that through MDG, China pulled 439million people out of poverty, India pulled 269million people out of poverty. He mentioned another country that pulled 45million people out of poverty. He only said that Nigeria instead of pulling people out of poverty, made more people poor. Why the lies? You can't sell your candidate by telling lies about others. Let us stop this campaign of calumny. God bless Nigeria. |

Sir, do not wear this garment of defeat. Brace up and give it all it takes. The battle is in your mind....unfortunately the way you sounded simply buttresses the fact that you have already lost the battle. Say NO to that voice of failure. You are much stronger than you think. Roll up your sleeves and get to work....winners don't quit. Keep submitting applications, you never can tell where your next breakthrough will come from. You can also think of entrepreneurship. Once you meet a need in the market place, the cashflow will start rolling in. Think of a need to meet in your environment or space....and see people paying for such, massively. Be strong. |
ZeroWorries:Thank you for this good deed. Kindly reach me on Frankabuchi2@gmail.com. Thank you and God bless you. |
Happy Birthday Sir. Thank God for the grace to answer the call of service. I pray that God will release unto you, the grace to finish well and strong. Enjoy your day, Sir. |
helinues:No doubt some of them are unruly...but not the way you have been presenting it in all your comments since this issue started. If you are a frequent traveler, you will understand the import of what is happening. An adage says, "when they carry another person's corpse, another will see it as a log of wood" Until it gets close to you, you may not understand. |

aminu114:Sorry to hear your story. However, HIV is not a death sentence. You can still live very healthy. Don't go about spreading the virus because that will make you a killer....instead spread the message of healthy living. Kindly enrol with any General Hospital close to you for your Anti Retrovirl Drugs and ensure you take them consistently. @24 you are still young and you have a very bright future ahead of you. Decide for Jesus today and see things turn around for your good. Dont despair! |
Afamed:I really don't know how and when we got to this point. Everything is not about wailers and IPOBs. We have only one country and if we don't build this country, nobody will build it for us. Let's call a spade a spade ! |
Charleys:Those supporting brazen nepotism should remember that when it rains, it falls on all. irrespective of one's political divide, appointments should be solely on merit. May God save Nigeria |
sarrki:This man needs serious help. Are you this blind? Can't you engage in constructive discussion? |
wow....I didn't know that Abacha served under Jonathan's regime. ...this includes 97.7b equivalent of $220m being expected from the Swiss, part of what is called Abacha loot recovery... |
Friends before we take sides on this story, let's hear from the other side. Let's ask the following questions : 1. It was alleged that the assassins used matchet and acid on their victim... how come he recuperated within a few days and already helping the police with investigation. The acid that I know of will certainly leave a mark on the victim. 2. How can the arrest be made a day to the court hearing on the child custody battle between the couple? https://www.nairaland.com/3430799/banker-hires-assassins-kill-ex-husband. See publication below: TROUBLE BREWING ALL NIGHT: WOMAN ARRESTED BY HER HUSBAND FEW HOURS BEFORE SHE WAS TO APPEAR AGAINST HIM IN COURT. It is 1:00am. As usual, we stayed up to follow up on a crisis. A woman is due to appear in Court on Wednesday to defend a child custody case her estranged husband had filed against her. But the man does not want her to be present in court. So, the man had the police arrest the woman by 8pm on Tuesday. The woman is a banker, a branch manager. The police did not allow her to make a phone call when they arrested her. As a result, she could not even drop the key to the bank branch office which she has. Obviously, that may lead to her sack, an entirely different kettle of fish. By 11pm on Tuesday night (about two hours ago) the lawyer who has been representing the woman in court and who is to be with her in court this morning contacted me. She informed me that the police had taken her client away to an unknown location. She has been preparing for argument in court on Wednesday. But there is not going to be an argument. Her client will not show up. The husband of their client, against whom they are in court, has seen to it that the woman was taken by the police at the right time. Now, this lawyer realizes that their opponent has upped the ante and this is not what she bargained for. The lawyer is brave and feisty. She is passionate and wants to do justice for her client. But now she needed DPA. You may get to read the interesting chat communications between that lawyer and me. I admire her and respect her. But we agree that the matter has escalated beyond her control. Before I give you the entire story, I will direct you to a petition the arrested woman wrote to the police against her husband. But as you know, the police do not respond to a petition written by a woman against her husband. But once the husband writes against the wife, she is arrested. That is how this woman wrote a petition against her husband asking the police to protect her, only for the police to arrest her. That is the game tonight but we are dealing with it": _________________ "We are counsels to Mrs. Oluchi Onyeabushi (herein referred to as our client) and on whose instructions and authority we write this letter. "Our Client wedded Mr Tochukwu Onyeabushi on the 11th of January 2014 in Lagos State. Shortly after that, Our client became a victim of Domestic Violence, all the affections that Mr Tochukwu had for our client ceased. He turned her to a punching bag at the slightest provocation without any recourse. This domestic violence perpetuated on our client went on for months even during the course of her pregnancy. "On the 27th of April 2014, our client went into premature labour and gave birth to a baby girl at 31 weeks or 7 months old as a result of the severe beating she had received from Mr Tochukwu during the week when he repeatedly beat, slapped, kicked and hit her with his fists and his belt. "Our Client endured all the beatings and humiliations until the 29th of September 2014, when Mr. Tochukwu at about 10pm beat her up and pushed her out of their matrimonial home. Our Client sought refuge with her parents at their Ayobo Home. She was with her parents for 3 days before Mr Tochukwu came and apologized and she went back with him. Nevertheless, that did not stop him from battering her. "On the 1st of November 2014, at about 8pm, Mr Tochukwu beat up our client so bad to the extent that she passed out for some time. It took the quick and timely intervention of the Nanny to revive her, Still Mr Tochukwu remained unperturbed. On the 2nd of November at about 6.30am, Mr Tochukwu for no just cause and without any provocation on the side of our client started battering her. He held her neck and attempted to choke her to death. Our Client managed to free herself from his chokehold and ran out of the house with her six month old daughter dressed in only her night wears. This last incident of 2nd November 2014 informed our client’s decision to move back to her father’s house because she fears for her life and that of her 6 months old baby. "Since our client moved back with her parents as a result of the domestic violence she received at the hands of Mr. Tochukwu, he has been threatening her life. ...Tochukwu now goes into the banking hall of our client and abuses, embarrasses, insults and threatens her life in the presence of her customers and other bank Staff. The Human Resources Department of the bank has called him severally and informed him on the legal implications of threat to life especially in a public place like a bank; still there was no change from Mr. Tochukwu, who has been repeating the same act, even as recent as on the 7th of January 2015. "When Mr. Tochukwu threatens our client, he uses words and phrases like “I WILL KILL YOU”, I WILL BEAT YOU BLUE AND BLACK”, “YOU ARE A BITCH”. He has also threatened to forcefully take custody of the baby girl of the marriage who is only 8 months old. Mr. Tochukwu has infact on two separate occasions attempted to forcefully take the child of the marriage from our client’s father’s house while our client was at work but did not succeed. "It is our utmost belief that Mr. Tochukwu is capable of causing grievous bodily harm to our client or even taking the life of our client as he has attempted to do so in time past. "Sir, we humbly urge you to use your good office to put an end to this intimidation, embarrassment and harassment of our client by Mr. Tochukwu Onyeabushi in order to preserve the life of our client. Thank you for your anticipated quick and positive response." ______________ NOTE: It is a shame that the Nigerian police never acted on the above letter. However, the same man that should have been a suspect was able to get the police to arrest the woman in the middle of the night. This is looking like a classic DPA fight. Please I need the following information: (1) The name and phone number of the police commissioner for Ogun State or the Police Pu[truncated by WhatsApp] |
These brains would have wasted in the creeks.
No man is born without a gift.... there is something good in everybody. |
Quite nostalgic! Adding "Santa villa" would have nailed it. Very very lovely...i rep UNN |
tuale4u:This guy is totally divisive. People like you are the problems of this nation. Why attack different ethnic groups instead of addressing the issue at hand? |
The way to go |
Mynd44:@ Mynd44 even you? That was the transition period when marketers were holding the nation to ransom due to the "same subsidy" that your likes protested for. There is no justification for what is happening now in this country. The next step will be for you guys to blame the past administration....... That was why Nigerians "voted" them out for "change" I want a positive change and not a negative one. It appears that the 3million jobs annually is gradually being achieved by turning area boys and some unemployed folks to fuel merchants. After all they are part of the "middle men in the oil and gas industry" |
It is certainly obvious that some youths are the problem of Nigeria. How can a sane person be making such baseless argument? Maybe you are not a student of history. The price shot up to N140/litre due to the "sponsored" subsidy protest. Now we know better. We all agree that we have to pay some price to get things working. However, the price should not apply to the basic things in life. We are no longer asking the government to provide again......make these things available and we will buy with our "hard earned money". This fuel and power brouhaha is getting too much. I pray that God will direct our leaders. God bless Nigeria. |
NFF is certainly the problem of Nigerian football. Why would they negotiate with another coach when a valid contract with Oliseh was still in force. The same thing they did to Keshi during AFCON. However when it was rumoured that he applied for a coaching job in SA, they issued him a query. They always have this mentality of "appoint and shame" Nigerian coaches. They couldn't keep to the terms of the contract signed with Keshi and Oliseh....and they were busy scheming on how to boot them out and bring a foreign stooge that will do their bidding. Who is Micho, what track record does he have? Never heard of his name before. Sincerely speaking, the current board and their hangers on are the reason why Nigerian football is in shambles. Why not appoint a coach on a four year contract and allow him do his job? Sincerely, I am happy Oliseh took a bold step by resigning before being disgraced out of office. It is on record that he kicked them before they kick him. Oliseh saw the hand writing on the wall.....technically, he is smarter than the whole board. God bless Nigeria |
I am really surprised at what is happening in this "righteous" regime. Indeed the devil you know is a lot better than the angel you dont know. What on earth is the rationale behind paying 3.4m as fees to prepare a candidate for UTME? God will deliver Nigeria from these people. |
Boko Haram in the North, Niger Delta militants in the south south, IPOB in the south east, fulani herdsmen in North central..and now Shiite in the north. Let us keep political affiliation aside, this Government needs serious prayers for divine direction. They need prayers to make the right calls! If this issue is not handled carefully, we might see another terrorist group in the making. The time to act is NOW! |
All these fake leaders and unknown organisations should stop making baseless accusations! What do they mean by that "unnamed contacts" or "aides whose identities cannot be disclosed" ? You either name and shame them or you shut up! If we must fight this corruption lets start from these set of journalists who keep spewing thrash all the time. Name them or keep quiet! |
dapizy02:That's not GLO bro...that's The HERITAGE MAN! He always leaves smiles any where he goes...he pays hospital bills for the poor, pays for meal ticket for students, celebrates those who deserve to be celebrated and above all... puts smiles on people's faces. Heritage Bank...your timeless wealth partner. He ends all his meetings with "have a nice day" That's cool I must say. |
Na waoo This probe might not go far since the incumbent government is involved. Why didn't the saints question the rationale behind the ONSA distributing statutory entitlements to ex-heads of state? We might change the key word to #buharigate# |
Bros , you said that even if Buhari presented his NEPA bill instead of his WAEC result that you would vote for him. Don't lament yet! It just 6 months....we have at least another 42 months to go. Relax and enjoy the ride....sorry the change |
We are watching keenly as the drama unfolds. |
dustmalik:INEC did not appeal for any candidate rather they are trying to protect their integrity. They made a decision by declaring Nyesom Wike the winner of the 2015 governorship election in Rivers State....and they are standing by their verdict in line with facts "on ground" at the time of the election....not just hearsay from people who were not on ground. Defending one's actions and verdict is a strong sign of integrity. It means that you cannot be swayed to change your position under pressure |
All these shenanigans by a section of the judiciary and the ruling party will not do us any good. If we sincerely believe in the integrity of the man at the helm of affairs of the electoral umpire, we should also believe in the outcome of the electoral process. Truth be told, there were lots of issues with the election in most states ..but what is special about Rivers state? What happened in states like Kano, Bauchi, Katsina and co...where underage kids were caught on camera casting vote? He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. The judiciary should not be dragged into politics. God bless Nigeria. |
The BVN regime will only enhance the security and interconnectivity of our financial data. If someone fails to register within the stipulated time, the person's money is still safe. However, the person may not have access to any electronic transactions rather only cash transactions. It will also help financial institutions track someone's credit risk as all the person's account will be linked to a single BVN. The whole essence is to check fraud. |
