I have used both the HOX & SS3 and hands down the SS3 in my opinion is a better phone, didn't think I was going to like the SS3 but I have to admit it is hands down the best android phone I've used yet. The HOX was a good phone but I felt like the version of the HTC sense software was just buggy plus multitasking sucked monkey ballz on the HOX whereas the SS3 has been as smoove as butta . I will be staying away from HTC after my experience with the HTC One X, don't know if the One X+ will be better off imo. |
Eko o ni baje, oya over to you oga Fashola ![]() |
Bitter about what? The insecurity, bad roads, no electricity, everyone trying to get over on you, lack of basic necessities? Look, I cannot speak for everyone Diaspora but whenever I visit naija even though I am glad to see my family & friends, I always look forward to returning back to my base where things work like they ought to. If some folks in Diaspora seem bitter, it's because most Nigerians have settled for mediocrity & less than they deserve. I contemplated splitting my time btw naija & my base but there are just certain things that I cannot deal with in Naija, my sanity is just too important for me to deal with all the horse shyte naija has to offer ![]() |
GEJ currently has no use for INEC/Jega until next presidential election when INEC's rigging machine will be put into action, then funds will be released sharp, sharp.......I dey laugh, baba iyabo smirk on my face ![]() |
Sky Blue: NTA really needs to upgrade, they are a disgrace. I thought the ringing in my ear was tinitus till I paused the video for a second to realise it was the video quality. You couldn't have said it better plus the flipping awful cameras that NTA uses, always seem like the videos are shot under low lighting...... ![]() |
Should make a great read and I am looking forward to grabbing a couple of copies..... |
I hope GEJ includes himself on that list!!! Where does he get the moral audacity to strip other ppl of National Awards due to their character when his azz is of questionable character? Naija never ceases to amaze me, pot calling kettle black ![]() |
Promises are like babies: easy to make, hard to deliver https://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/65.gif
You, my friend couldn't have said it any better! |
I can definitely confirm what the poster has stated. I've several family members that work in the medical field in the USA & I've been told of several stories of 9ja peeps attempting to apply for visa & the U.S consulate pulls up their info & tells them they owe for prior delivery in the USA & ask them to pay the outstanding balance after which the applicant pays however their visa application for entry into the USA is denied afterwards for up to 10yrs as a punishment for skipping out on their delivery bill. |
BullShyte........National Award for what kwanu? |
currently using a HTC One S & just picked up the Sammy S3 and from what I've seen so far I think it's the best android phone out right now !! |
IBB should go sit his old arse down, dude stop trying so hard to stay relevant cuz you're old news......Lock yourself up in your minna, mansion and let your conscience judge you for all the wrongs you have done to nigeria.... ![]() |
Danka7777: Who told you Abacha ate a prostitute's apple? You and many Nigerians need to desensitize yourselves of all the lies told about Abacha. History will some day pronounced Abacha the best leader Nigeria ever had. I know this is hard to swallow now. Have you asked yourself this question: Is it sensible and rational that they were able to trace billions of dollars stolen by Abacha in foreign accounts and not a penny or cent, not even a kobo was traced to IBB, Obasanjo, Abubakar and many others? After you asked yourself this question, take a deep breath, relax and think! And you my friend believe jerry useni? ![]() |
Danka7777: '\That's the number problem with nigeria & will continue to be is the gap toothed lad in minna, IBB pretty much pulls the string & lets not fool ourselves he does not have the best interest of the nation in mind. He is a fing manipulator & the main cause of all the unrest going in naija right now. If he cared so much, why has he not stepped in to mediate since he has all the contacts? I say until IBB & his boyz are gotten rid off do not ever expect any coherent peace btw the north & south because as far a they the mallams are concerned it is their birth right to rule Nigeria. Obj was able to rule nigeria as a southerner because he was able to neutralize & checkmate a lot of IBB boyz by posting them away or completely removing from sensitive positions that could sabotage his rule. With OBJ's smirk on my face, I DEY LAUGH. GEJ has played into their hands as they had anticipated |
Conflict of interest plus insider info that leads to insider trading......Naija never ceases to amaze me o ![]() |
Didn't even realize that kabo was still flying........ ![]() |
My mom used a nissan pathfinder for a couple of years & she really never had any major issues besides routine maintenance, have a friend that owns an Xterra & the transmission just went bad and was quoted about $3750 for repairs........ |
The #1 problem plaguing every sector of naija is incompetence & lack of accountability. I have a saying that "casualness leads to casualty", when you have unqualified & incompetent morons beings awarded positions based on whom they know & not qualification then we will continue to experience preventable incidents like what just occurred. We have very well qualified & trained personnel in naija but unfortunately they are not allowed to perform effectively due to some slowpoke being their bosses & always finding a way to hush or kill any type of initiative that does line their personal pocket. Accountability is a top down approach which in naija is non existent, just my 2 cents ![]() |
I personally think all the security chiefs should be sacked for failure to curb insecurity in the country, a worthless bunch that can't perform. In any functioning country the so called security chiefs who have been replaced immediately, I get tired of naija peeps making excuse for non-performing or under-performing officials. Mediocrity should not be excused or accepted, period!! |
Life begins at 60 as defined by PDP. I think this guy is using his soccer age 60, if we did a DNA test on that mofo he would be more like 80yrs atleast. Gotta luv naija |
She need to go sit her arse somewhere, will she allow a full audit of her financial dealing going back to when she served under OBJ? Freaking hypocrite, if she's so clean & her ethics are impeccable then she should make all her financial dealing including that of any member of her inner circle available for a public audit, |
Sanusi should be FIRED, the CBN has no business making donations to victims of violence or either financially endowing any educational institution in Nigeria. The constitution does NOT allow it, This is a case one one over-zealous individual (CBN Governor) going above & beyond what the constitution allows, but hey we're talking about Nigeria here where anything goes ![]() |
@ Poster, I think you as well as many of the Nigerian masses like yourself have settled for accepting mediocrity as being patriotic (Not knowing what your fundamental rights are as a citizen of Nigeria, Fela (R.I.P) said it best, "animal can't give me human rights, because human rights nah my property") , FYI, there is a HUGE difference in being patriotic & just being a mindless follower |
bro, you are thinking with the wrong head, If & when the ish hits the fan, you will be the same person on NL seeking advice and blaming it on the devil like sey person force you smash am, We all have urges but that doesn't make it okay to act |
Why must tribalism make its way into every topic on NL , Ignorance is not bliss, if you are going to attack or make a comment couldn't it be done based on the individual without it involving an entire ethnic group? Gosh, it really saddens me to read some of the ignorant comments made by some members on the forum as they spew crap out of their mouth & we wonder why naija is as f'ed up as it is? The topic was about a pakistani trafficker and the minute an accomplice was mentioned, the tone of the topic changed immediately to that of tribalism. |
I wouldn't call it rules, it's more of an expectation from each party in the relationship so neither person is working on assumptions, |
Biggest problem in nigeria is that most Nigerians will praise thieves/ mediocrity as long as there is money to be had. The flipping dude TY donates a $1 million of stolen wealth that was obtained from the people of Nigeria and has the nerve to say that Nigeria needs the help. Of course , Nigeria needs the help with a million thieving bastards like himself roaming free & having access to the goose that lay the golden egg. Retired as a Gen @ 41? Please spear me, in any country where you have to actually go through the ranks, you could never make the rank of a general @ 41. It was due to him and a bunch of the other imbeciles skipping ranks (killing the moral in the military by the way) due to coup or whom you knew is why he can boast about retiring as a general at 41 & to hear the comments of some people here trying to make it seem like he did something great, Please go & sit your arse down in a corner before coming here to spew your ignorance, |
Over-reaching & brash delivery, and since he understands the Nigerian mentality of people not knowing their rights is using it to his advantage to introduce islamic banking in a secular country like Nigeria, |
Why wait for one flipping day to profess your love when you can do it whenever? Any day of the year can be made very special for that loved one, in my book it's called a "just because" day |
yup, I have a 13 mos old child & I have gotten quite good at diaper duty My brother in-law visited us from nigeria & my wife asked him if he had ever changed his child's diaper & he had the look of a deer caught in a head-light (clueless) lol |
Old fool, there's no excuse for being that daft at his age. Agabaya, anu ofia, Innocence ko, innocent ni ![]() |
