Greatest chunk of chop money-N500bn is for GMB to spend as he pleases- on social program or his initiative with no oversight! He doesn't have any existing structure to manage this fund administratively. This is another way to reward his cronies and those who sponsored the election.
Meanwhile Fashola's ministry and education all get about N430bn respectively while a program without any minister gets N500bn.
This is the easiest way to transfer wealth to his cronies..

GMB has had 16 yrs of democracy and foundation to leverage on.
More so, he had 12 years of " preparation" to become president to get the job done.

And they place request for items required to guarantee security of an area with assurance and I provide it, I don't expect anything else to go wrong.

At least even if I expect the police to fail or DSS, I won't expect a military regional commander to fail!!

All the governor has to do is stop providing any logistics to any of those agencies -which is a waste of resources seeing how poorly they performed - and channel his energy towards raising a neighbour-hood watch or vigilante group!!
